Great value! Great experience!! Overall We enjoyed our stay and wished we would have booked for a longer stay ... next time. The only drawback is that it is a little noisy but it will not affect me booking there again.

The hotel was situated off a busy road, which was good because it gave a sense of exclusivity. The room was quaint, and intimate, yet still chic. My only bad thing that I will say about the hotel is that the customer service needs some improvement.

Unique hotel. Converted factory. Thick cement walls provided very quiet atmosphere. Couch was very uncomfortable. No reading lights near bed. Great view of river. Close to airport. Computer available to print out boarding passes. Restaurant on site. Reasonable prices. Mall across the street. Staff very nice and helpful. I would stay there again.

Bed was very comfortable! The room was a little small but perfect for a couple. Modern furnishings and good use of recyled materials. Location is on a river so ask for a river view as opposed to street view. Also, very close to mall and quick access to highways. Hotel lounge was very cool. Would definitely stay there again. NYLO's urban vibe really appealed to me. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was really cool. My only complaint would be that you are able to hear the other guests water running when they are using the bathroom. It wasn't so great to be woken up at 6am to the sound of the shower. Otherwise, really liked NYLO

We found the NYLO online and took a chance. It was a great choice. We have already raved about it to many of our friends. We plan on returning soon. The funky decore made us not want to leave the room. The staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel was exceptional clean and well kept. The price was also a pleasant surprise. We have stayed at NYLO several times, and choose it because it's so different. It's loft-style rooms in an old factory are so interesting and modern. The beds are the most comfortable we've ever slept in. Courteous staff and an excellent location to malls and restaurants and the highway. We'll stay there again.

Concrete walls, floors and ceilings don't impact any sense of warmth or comfort. Shower stall instead of a bathtub. But it works. The king-sized platform bed was comfortable and the staff was great. If you're okay with a funky "urban loft" feel, then go for it.

NYLO Hotel is very nice. Last minute plans to stay here meant we didn't get the water view, but otherwise our stay was nice. We stayed in the Glass King Loft on the fifth floor. The bed was extremely comfortable. Would stay here again if we were in the area.

We always enjoy the home made a la cart breakfast at Nylo , unfortunately , this time they have a very poor continental breakfast , with the excuse that the chefs don't stay long working at the hotel. we look for the whole thing , and what we are use to have at Nylo hotel.

Great Staff, Nouveau rooms and styling, Very nice Bar and Restaurant. Nice out door dining and lounge area adjacent to water view. Close to mall shopping, other restaurants and main RI highways. Tricky entrance off access road if coming from I 295 and RI 5

Loved the modern feel of this hotel and keeping in the style of the mill building and the area. The bed was super comfortable and the lighting provided beautiful ambiance. Booked here again!

My husband and I stayed at NYLO this past weekend for a his brother's wedding. The hotel was great--staff was great, atmosphere was very cool, very modern...the bed was SOOOO Comfortable and I loved the bathroom--the showerhead was the best...our room overlooked the canal and not the parking lot, so that was great. Loved the Keurig coffee maker in the […] room! The only thing I didn't like was the parking lot and the location of the hotel. I wish the parking lot and the street in between the hotel and parking lot had more lighting. This hotel is located kind of "off the beaten path" and if we didn't have GPS we never would have found it. Maybe more signage on the main street before you turn in would be helpful? Otherwise, no complaints--I was surprised by the continental breakfast, I did not think it was part of the room but it was nice that there was something available!! Would probably stay here again. Pros: Super comfortable bed, clean, nice workout facility, free parking, close to the airport and highway. Cons: Very thin walls (I could hear my neighbor burshing their teeth!), very close to main road so you can hear all the traffic, very little counter space in the bathroom, slow service at the bar/restaruant, they offer wi-fi but too weak of a […] signal to use in the room. THE NYLO hotel was comfortable; excellent atmosphere and easy to find! The service was as good as any I have had; highly recommended!

Had to climb over the night stand to get to the window shade. Bathroom wall is frosted glass shower stall, doesn't go all the way to the ceiling, lovely if you are sharing the room and want your partner to hear you having a bowel movement.. Very low lighting, dark rooms, no space on the bathroom counter. Unpleasant.all the way around.

The hotel was very comfortable but customer service was lacking throughout. It took 20 minutes to check in, clerk was constantly interrupted by co worker and she would lose her train of thought, but she was very nice. Hotel website should be updated to reflect that the bar and restaurant were closed from noon to 4pm, we were looking forward to hanging […] out for the afternoon. We had dinner in the restaurant, the food was excellent once we got it but the service and skill of the cooks to handle a party of 11 plus an additional 40 diners was lacking to say the least. We had to wait 40 minutes for our table because the staff could not find the time to pull 2 chairs from the deck. By the time we were waited on, the kitchen was out of 3 of the 9 entrees offered. We were told that the Manager walked out earlier, a bartender quit, and a cook did not show up. I left a message on the general manager's voice mail, but have yet to hear from him, 3 days later. Our time spent at NYLO words can't explain. The hotel staff was fantastic, the food in the restraunte was wonderful. I really liked the industrial feel, but modern decor. The bed was so comfortable as soon as our head hit the pillows we fell right to sleep. Our room was the glass room. I love the way the shower was set up too.

The room was very comfortable but we felt the online picture were a bit deceiving, as the room was very narrow. It was good for a night, but would have been a bit too small for more than that. Also, it's a shame that the huge glass window overlooks the street and a parking lot.

Everything was great. Its not like every other boring hotel it's different. I'll definitely stay here again.

The Bed/Mattress is the shining star, among many in this hotel! Great Decor, Great Restaurant & Bar. Awesome rooms with the most comfortable bed! I plan on booking again for a week-end just to sleep & relax!! Can't say enough about it!! Thanks for the great sleep!!

Everything was good in this hotel except the celiing in my room. It looked like it had been impacted by rain water. There were NO leaks but there were patches that made it look really bad and old.

This hotel was decorated nicely but was noisy and did not feel like a hotel. It lacked comfort(except the beds which was rather comfy)- The room was small and the floors were cold and concrete. The ceiling which were originally from the old factory that was there, caused me to hear every little noise from above. I could also hear every noise in the […] hallway and made me unable to sleep. absolutely incredible in all aspects!

we loved the hotel and want to come back during the warm weather to enjoy the deck. the food was excellent the staff was friendly and helpful. the only suggestion I have is to provide a dresser with a few drawers in it. otherwise the room was large and and cozy. the bed was very comfortable . we loved the shower and the comfortable size. hope to see […] you again,, S.S. We had 6 in our party and rented 3 rooms. The staff accommodated us to have the rooms close to each other on the same floor. We visited the bar and restaurant - both were excellent. This was a pretty funky hotel room. It was very clean and modern, with nice amenities. Loved the Kurig coffee maker in the room. The bed was very comfortable. Also it was allergy free and I have allergies so that was another plus. The people at the desk were great, very nice. The only thing that bothered me was where you have to park and how dark the […] entrance was. Being a women alone it made me nervous, plus I had an early flight. But I asked the women at the desk to make sure I got to my car ok at 4am, and she was very nice about that also. This is a jewel. A former textile mill transformed into a New York loft. Hip, cool, luxorious. This is not your father's Holiday Inn. Rooms are a hair smaller but finished with high end luxuries. The lounge and restaurant are beautiful and overlook an outdoor deck and river. About two minutes from a major mall, two miles from the airport and close to […] Interstate 95. Very pleased with the restaurant, hotel room comfort, front desk attendant was incredible. I will definitely return to this hotel.

I am so happy this hotel is open again! It is great, very modern and chic, and the service is amazing. Very clean as well! Breakfast is great, you should try it!
