Super prestation. Appartement spacieux et au calme . Situé près du centre (accessible à pied en 5/10 mn et arrêt de tramway au coin de la rue) et à proximité d'une supérette. Attention, il faut penser à contacter l'hotel avant l'arrivée pour obtenir les codes d'accès car il n'y a pas de contact sur place. Posssibilité de parking dans la rue, gratuit le week-end mais cher la semaine (2€/h soit 20€/jour)

Comme partout en Finlande, l'accueil est courtois et agréable. L'hôtel n'est pas tout neuf, mais il est propre. Le sauna coûte 6 euro pour une heure, mais il est privé, moderne, et très agréable (j'y suis allé les trois soirs où j'ai séjourné à cet hôtel). Le petit déjeuner est un buffet à volonté, gratuit, et très varié. Seules les viennoiseries françaises sont absentes des tables. L'hôtel est peu cher, mais il se rattrape sur sa connexion internet qui est filaire (c'est un avantage), mais qui coûte 20 euro pour un usage illimité tout au long du séjour. Enfin, terminons par le point le plus positif. Cet hôtel est particulièrement bien situé. A pieds, il est à deux minutes de la gare et de l'Ateneum, à cinq minutes du centre ville et de ses commerce, et à moins de 15 minutes de la mer et des bateaux en partance pour Suomenlinna. Pour un rapport qualité prix aussi avantageux, je recommande volontiers cet hôtel.

Je séjourne régulièrement dans cet hôtel à titre professionnel. Les lits sont confortables, la chambre est propre, la SDB petite mais correcte et le restaurant est très bien. Le personnel est sympa.
Situation
L'établissement Hotel Kuninkaantie se trouve au cœur de Espoo, à proximité de Parc aquatique Serena, Barona Arena et Hvittrask. Les sites Palais des Expositions WeeGee et Musée d'Art moderne de Espoo se trouvent également à proximité.

The saunas and the swimming pool are a real add which not many hotels can offer. The staff is very friendly and helpful. As they were not many guest at the time we were there, we wonder how the hotel can survive. For us it was like a little paradise.

"Do not go there"
This hotel is like aged people's house. The room that they gave me first was not clean and was smelly, had a toilet bath of disabled people, I complained and was given another room, still it was not very good. There was shower door missing and as soon as you turned the shower, it would overfill and it seemed as if I was bathing in the puddle. Please […] find another hotel if you can. I also ate at the restaurant, no grettings, no smile and did not even bother to ask if food was good or not, probably they already knew it. Our budget hotels in UK are much better than this. "A great deal outside of Helsinki"
At half the cost of hotels in Helsinki proper, this hotel is a great deal. Free wireless internet is available. The hotel also offers free breakfast in the morning, with a good selection and good food. I stayed in a single room and it was more than adequate, with a comfortable bed, desk, and a couch with a coffee table. The minibar in the room, as well […] as the sandwich and snack selection in the lobby, were a welcome sight for a hungry late night arrival. However, stop into the market off the track 1 side, or the full supermarket on the ground floor of the mall on the track 4 side of the station to buy some food and drink at much cheaper prices. There were some items that caused some minor inconvenience, however. The TV channels, for the most part, did not work. Also, I was not able to get hot water for my shower. It usually just came out lukewarm, even after running the water for a while. Also, just for information, if you are used to background noise to sleep, this is the quietest room I have even had. There is no heater/AC fan or blower to run for noise, and the window opened to a field, and the walls are all brick. As someone who lives in the city, it was a little too quiet for me, there is literally no background noise. This hotel is in Espoo, about a 20 minute train ride outside of Helsinki. I never had to wait more than 15 minutes for a train into or out of town. Some information for a shortcut to the hotel: Once you arrive at Espoo station, exit on the track 1 side, then go past the K market and take a left to walk along the edge of the parking lot (past "PizzaTaxi.") You cross a street then you'll see a park on the left. Join the path into the park, you'll see a brown and a white brick building ahead, that's the hotel. Just follow the path through the field, it'll join a paved path, then take the next path on the left past the playground to the hotel. It's about a 5 minute walk. "Reasonable lodge-type hotel"
A budget hotel by Finnish standards/prices - breakfast rather basic and rooms are not cleaned at weekends it seems. In a Helsinki suburb so cheaper than staying in town - we used it as a touring base, and since it's close to the station, went in by train.

"Kuninkaantie"
Hotelli on lähellä Espoon Ikeaa ja rautatieasemaa, mutta siinähän ne tärkeimmät olikin. Helsinkiin on matkaa eikä Espoon keskuksessa sinällään ole ulkopaikkakuntalaiselle mitään. Saapuessani hotellin aulassa ja huoneessa haisi viemäri. Hienona yksityiskohtana kuitenkin mainittakoon toisen kerroksen salin ikkunoista näkynyt Espoon Tuomiokirkko.

Ainoa negatiivinen oli että päivä jolloin menimme ei vastaanotossa oleva henkilö osannut neuvoa kun kysyimme tietä juhla paikalle minne olimme menossa. Hän ei myöskään infonnut että hotellissa on parkkihalli jonne voisimme auton viedä, koska yöllä oli pakkanen noussut lähes 20 asteeseen. Kun kerroin aamuvirkailijalle hän kertoi parkkihallista, olisi […] ollut hyvä jos olisi aluksi infottu, asiakas ei voi tietää. Muuten kaikki meni nappiin, ja hotellivierailu oli onnistunut. "Kiitolisuus"
Olen erittäin kiitollinen hotellin sijainnista ja palvelusta Kokolattia matot tosin ovat jo menneen talven lumia.Allergiankin tähden. Hissi oli nopea.Paloovet vähän raskaat käytävien alussa, matkalaukkujen suhteen.

Hyvä rauhallinen, työmatkalaiselle erittäin sopiva hotelli. Ravintolassa kohtuullisen hintainen ja hyvä ruoka. Myös erittäin hyvä aamiainen. Seuraavalle käynnille täytyy ottaa vain uimahousut mukaa....

Todella joustavaa palvelua. Saavuin lentokentältä n. klo 2.30. En voinut ilmoittaa tarkkaa ajankohtaa etukäteen, koska matkapuhelin oli unohtunut kotiin. Lähtiessäni soitettiin pyynnöstäni taksi. KIITOS.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The overall condition of the hotel is not that good. It seems to be built in the 80´s and hasn´t been renovated since. The shower seemed not that clean in our room. There were only 2 pillows in a double room and they were very poor in quality. The breakfast was ok but the dead flowers in a moldy water in the […] tables were very disgusting. Also, there had been a party on the night before and the terrace outside the restaurant looked like many people had been drinking there. The glasses etc. had not been picked up. The location is quite good i.e. only some hundreds of meters from Espoo center train station. There are some shops and restaurants within 1 km from the hotel as well. However, Espoo center is not that nice of a neighbourhood. I will recommend to the ones looking for a decent priced hotel around this area. Lisez la suite

Hyvä palvelu: aamiainen järjestettiin lauantai aamuksi klo 5.45, vaikka normaalisti aamiainen oli klo 7 alkaen. Ruokailu järjestettiin juuri ennen ravintolan sulkemisaikaa klo 21.55. Hyvää palvelua!!
Terassi olisi saanut olla kauemmin auki, tarjoilu loppui klo 21.30 ja meni kiinni kokonaan klo 22: oli yksi kesän kauneimmista ja kuumimmista päivistä...

Positiivistä hotellissä oli ystävällinen palvelu. Itse huoneet olivat meille pettymys, sillä sitä ei ollut siivottu kunnolla ja oli muutenkin kolhon oloinen. Aamupala olisi voinut olla monipuolisempi esim. erilaista jugurttia, muroja, leikkeileitä ym..

Плюсы: бесплатная просторная парковка, недалеко от Хельсинки, сытный завтрак, вечерний бассейн с сауной, быстрый WiFi в номере. Минусы: в номере грязно, вокруг отеля всё в окурках, мини-бар заклеен контролькой (не использовать в качестве холодильника), бесплатно только 2 канала ТВ, в номере душно, а окно не открывается, только маленькая форточка
"паркинг"
Попали на штраф в 40евро за стоянку автомобиля у отеля. Потом оказалось, что нам на ресепшене должны были выдать парковочный лист с датами проживания. Мы обратились к администратору, она обещала всё уладить, т. е. по идее должны отменить штраф. Всегда предупреждайте администратора, что вы на атвомобиле!!
"Palvelun taso"
Hotellissa on aivan poikkeuksellisen ystävällistä henkilökuntaa, joka saa todellakin vieraan tuntemaan itsensä tervetulleeksi. Ruoka on laadullisesti erittäin hyvää sekä kokki ystävällinen ja ammattitaitoinen. Ravintolan muu henkilökunta ovat myös erittäin ystävällisiä.

"Hotelli Kuninkaantie Espoossa, yöpyminen 4/2011"
Hakukoneiden mukaan ainoa hotelli Espoon keskuksen läheisyydessä ja sen takia sopi meidän tarkoituksiimme hyvin. Espoon keskus on varsin rauhaton mutta kulkuyhteydet olivat plussaa (lähijuna). Itse hotelli on rauhallinen ja sijaitsee jonkin oppilaitoksen kupeessa. Henkilökunta oli juuri sopivan aktiivinen, varsinaisen varauksen hoidimme hotels.comin […] kautta. Ravintolassa emme ruokaileet muuta kuin aamiaiset, valikoima oli kohtuullinen mutta ei vaihdellut käytännössä ollenkaan 3 päivän aikana. Nälkä kuitenkin lähti hyvin. Huone oli siisti ja plussaa oli meidän huoneessamme oma parveke. Sopii ihmisille jotka eivät hae luksusta vaan kustannustehokasta majoitusta Espoossa tai sen lähialueella. Lisez la suite

"Reissaajan vaatimaton yösija"
Hotellia oli internetin karttaa seuraten vaikea löytää. Nyt on jo maamerkkejä. Vastaanottotiskin henkilökunta palvelualtista. Huone vaatimaton ja hyvin siivottu.
