Hotel International très confortable mais avec le charme en plus ! Situé dans le centre, à proximité de tous les shopping centers , si on aime ça..... Un séjour presque parfait si à l'arrivée nous n'étions pas tombés sur une réceptionniste un peu bornée....Le fait de nous refuser une chambre avec trois lits séparés sous prétexte que cela n'existait […] pas , nous a empêché de dormir correctement la première nuit. Par chance, le lendemain l'un de ses collègues nous a trouvé la chambre adéquate. Hormis cet incident ennuyeux, tout était fantastique; à commencer par la belle piscine au 4 e étage .... Hôtel très bien situé, proche du Raffes, de Marina et de Simlin Square, avec le métro accessble depuis les galeries marchandes rénovées de Bugis Junction qui jouxtent l'hôtel.Finalement plus agréable que Orchard rd où j 'avais mes habitudes. Les parties communes ont beaucoup de caractère dans le style Peranakan, mais la chambre (Club) était meublée […] de bric et de broc sans vraiment de style et sans Wifi gratuit (cher).Par contre, le Wifi est gratuit dans les salons Club avec également des ordinateurs disponibles, le service y est excellent, le petit-déjeuner abondant et varié, ainsi que des collations fort copieuses et délicieuses tout au long de la journée.Très bon séjour, même si les chambres Club manquent un peu de style!!! It was just great! Close to MRT and right on top of Bugis Junction mall. Central to every major location. Book a club room for vip services.

Our stay in Singapore was made even more enjoyable because of the conveniences of the hotel we stayed in. Hotel intercontinental is a short ride to the places we went to: Marina Sands when we watched "Wicked," Sentosa and a lot of shopping places. We even just walked to Toy museum.

I booked an executive room and, for a few quid more, you get an awful lot! Great service and staff, I recommend this hotel!

Second stay here the last was two years ago and it was as good as before everything up to the same high standards We will be back!!!

I had to inform the Concierge service about their own city. The MRT is really excellent and cheap - buy a card if you stay 3+ days. Forget wine and check price of beer - can be S$4 to S$18. Internet access expensive unlike super airport. Big plus - convenient location!

Only criticism was that my room seemed to have a lingering nicotine smell, even though it was designated non smoking

I'd stayed at other IC hotels before, and the level of service is to my expectation. Although this IC is a bit more run down than I'd expected, but I think this is why they offered us free WiFI, a US$50 restaurant credit and a late check out; so those things had compensated the fact that the hotel is due for a reno. spent my new year holiday there and found my choice to stay there a good decision. the hotel is near MRT with sufficient choice of food and interesting area. the hotel is very near little india and the Arab street (SGD 4-5 by taxi) and China Town (SGD 5). So it add conveniency to my trip as I travel with family.

Most of the Singapore hotels are significantly high, but InterContinental delivered great value for the price that I paid, and it was one of the best locations, being right on top of a relatively well - done neighbourhood; we had mid/high end retail at one end, and nice, "street" food on the other end. Another plus was that the hotel was practically […] on top (well, maybe 100m or so walk) of an MRT station, which meant I could zip to another part of Singapore with ease (and not as pricey as taxis). Great hotel in good location

The Inter Continental is a great hotel, attached to Bugis Junction shopping area. Walk two blocks toward the bay, turn left, and there are several local restaurants, complete with ducks hanging in the window. Had dinner there, and the cost for 2 people was $10.00US. BEST meal we had in Singapore. The dining and drinks at the hotel were rather, (in […] my humble opinion) pricey. Kaluah on ice was SIN$17.00, or about $14.00 US. Breakfast buffet was $30.00US, and dinner buffet was $70.00US. I am sure that the food was excellent, but I cannot eat that much ! Book the hotel for the facilities and the location. The hotel is a delight. Was there for a 3 day business visit and found it to be conveniently located, well designed hotel. One can walk down to great shopping and entertainment spots like the Chijmes or Bugis junction nearby. Had a great comfortable stay.

The hotel was situated close to lots of eating locations, so for us, we simply ate and shopped around the area. If its a first time visit i'd definitely recommend going to this hotel. We planned 2 days of walking around the downtown area, visiting locations such as Arab Street, Little India, Lau Pau Sat Market, The Merlion, The Asian Historic Museum […] (not 100% sure about the name) and Chinatown (NOTE: Don't visit Chinatown on a Sunday! Its pretty much closed). As for transportation, the Bugis Street MRT is only a few walks away. The Intercon Singapore provided us with a very comfortable stay with attentive staff and service. If you are seeking a more homely environment in a deluxe hotel...this property could be for you.

From the moment you arrive you are treated as a VIP. The service, rooms and all staff were above expectations. Very close to Bugis St Markets and we walked everywhere (Or $5 - $7 cab to bost places). Tip - upgrade to Club - the extras are well worth it!

This hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly. However, internet service was terrible. It was slow in many places when it did work. Many times the internet strength was not strong enough to support Skype which is how I do most of my business. Oh yeah, I failed to mention that the internet costs US $27/day. The hotel has a great location and is connected to a small shopping Mall "Bugis Junction" with a great variety of food outlets. While most staff are extremely friendly and helpful, there are some that need to focus on listening to guests particularly at check in. Hotel has excellent staff and I had a pleasant stay. It is a Hotel of 2 halves, one set of rooms are in a high rise block and there are other older (being renovated during my stay) rooms spread along the hotel frontage. Great hotel in the heart of the city for sightseeing (get the all day Hippo pass to see the major sights) shopping and dining.

Traditional service/hospitality on offer here with very comfortable rooms. Hotel has direct side access to shopping mall/ food courts & Raffles Hotel is only a short walk away. Would stay again & can recommend to the discerning traveller.

Beautiful hotel with excellent service in a very centrally located area with plenty of amenities.

We stayed at the Intercontinental in Singapore for one night. At the price we booked it was a superb value. Close to everything and very nice. A large room with an excellent bath. We would stay there again in a minute.

Will not go back and will not recommend anyone to stay there. Worst services among the 4-5 stars hotels in Singapore.

地下鉄駅からも近く　便利でした。掃除も行き届いており、従業員の教育が　しっかりできているという印象でした。買い物・観光へ出かけるのに　地下鉄に乗る必要があるのが難点といえばそうですが、地下鉄料金も大変安く、慣れてしまえば気になりません。

ＭＲＴブギス駅の真上という立地条件の良さ。シティ・ホールやアラブ・ストリートまでは歩いていける距離。チャイナタウンやオーチャード地区もタクシーですぐに行けちゃいました。（ＭＲＴも便利！）加えてブギス・ジャンクションやブギス・ヴィレッジ自体もお買い物に便利。夜遅くまで営業しているお店も多いため、他の地域で観光したりお食事した後にホテル周辺を夜の10：30頃までウロウロ…というお楽しみもありました。　ホテルの部屋に関してですが、湿度が高い国のためか、洗濯物が乾かないのは困りました。結局ホテルのランドリーサービスを利用したので問題はなかったのですが…バスタブの他にシャワールームがあったのはとても嬉しかったです。食事は朝食のみの利用でしたが、生野菜が豊富でパンの種類も多く、カレーやお粥など多国籍の料 […] 理も楽しめました。　全体的に満足のいくホテルでした。 Lisez la suite

羽田からの早朝便で到着後、直ぐにホテルに向かいました。高齢な母との旅行の為、少しでも休めれば…との思いでカウンターに向かったところ、直ぐにチェックインすることが出来、大変助かりました。空港到着後、多少の体調不良を訴えていた母ですが、休養することが出来その後の旅行を満喫することが出来ました。また、クラブルームのスタッフは日本語の出来る方も居て安心出来ましたし、つたない中学生程度の単語力でも根気よくお相手をして頂き、最後まで楽しく過ごすことが出来ました。大変快適な旅になりました。

予約時に予め3人で部屋を押さえたにも拘らず、アメニティー全てが一人分不足していた。5つ星クラスては、普通 有り得ない。

Fint hotel. Super beliggenhed. Dog er Morgenmad meget dyr og fitnescenteret meget gammelt. Og luften i vores værelse var ikke god - sikkert pga gammel aircon. Anlæg.

Zuerst einmal muss ich sagen, die Menschen waren sehr sehr freundlich und daran gab es nichts auszusetzen. Das Frühstück war auch sehr schön und das Hotel selbst wirklich zu empfehlen. Was mir nicht gefiel war der Schimmel über der Klimanalage und in dieser sowie Schimmelflecken im Badezimmer. Die Minibar roch stark nach alten Früchten und erst nach […] 4 Tagen wurde dieses vollständig behoben. Flexibilität war leider nicht vorhanden, da ein Zimmertausch spätestens nach meiner 3 Anfrage hätte erledigt sein müssen. Der Pool war auch schön jedoch fehlte dort bei der Hitze ein wenig die Versorgung mit Getränken. Der Fitnessraum war wirklich nicht das was ich für ein Hotel dieser Klasse erwartet habe, also nicht zu empfehlen. Ansonsten ist alles sehr sauber, also das was man auf den ersten Blick sehen kann. Nach anfänglichem zögern haben wir uns für einen Shophouse-Room mit Loungezugang entschieden und es nicht bereut. Ein Hotel das mit gut 400 Zimmern nicht zu den größten gehört, aber das merkt man auch am sehr aufmerksamen und persönlichen Service. Die Betreuung und die angebotenen Speisen und Getränke in der Lounge waren ausgezeichnet. Die Lage direkt […] an/in der Bugis Mall ist nicht schlecht und man ist mit der MRT (die durch die Mall zu erreichen ist) sehr schnell, überall in der Stadt. 　年末に家族で３泊しました。クラブ　インターコンチネンタルルームに予約しました。チェつくインから朝食、ミニアフタヌーンティーやカクテルタイムなど、滞在中、クラブルームに煩雑に利用させてもらいましたが、全て無料で利用できることに感激しました。コストパフォーマンスが素晴らしいと思いました。また、英語が苦手な私たちでも、親切に対応していただき、とても気持ちが良かったです。家族でまたシンガポールに行く時は、是非ここに泊まりたいと思います。

Broadband viel zu teuer und wenig flexibiltaet im Angebot.

清掃済みであるはずの部屋に戻り、トイレの便器の蓋を開けて驚きました。そこにはバスルームの清掃で集めたと思われる髪の毛がどっさりと捨てられてあったのです。多分、流し忘れたのだと思いますが、気分が悪いことこの上ありません。すぐにフロントにクレームを告げ、改めてその部分を清掃してもらいましたが、一応、謝ってはくれたものの、ほとんど悪びれた様子も無いように感じました。清掃の完璧さについての感覚の違いがあるのかもしれません。このホテルのその他の印象がとてもよかっただけに残念でした。
