Un peu dispendieux mais très propre et près de tout. Lit très confortable. Déjeuner aurait avantage à être un peu plus de qualité (muffin au goût chimique).

David the Valet really set the positive tone for our stay upon arrival. We stayed in Chicago one and had very good experience. This one in Providence provided the same quality of clean room, but I was surprised to see the bell man just standing and watching my wife struggling to push the luggage through the door without any help.

We have stayed in a number of hotels in Providence over the four years that our son has been at Brown. Other than the high cost of parking, which one would find anywhere at a downtown hotel, the location couldn't be better, or a better value for the money. Plus, it's very convenient to have a selection of breakfast items available and included in the […] room price. In addition, 24-7 they have coffee, tea, and hot chocolate and fresh fruit in the lobby. The exercise room is clean and up-to-date, particularly given a hotel of this size and cost. Nice location, on one of those winding, one-way streets you find in Providence and Boston. The hotel is a two-minute walk from the river, three minutes in the opposite direction to Kennedy Plaza. Huge breakfast comes with the stay. The business center is fine, and the fitness center's dumbbells only go up to 50 lbs., but that's pretty common for this […] type of hotel. We were visiting BROWN after our son was admitted. HAMPTON INN was the closest downtown hotel to College Hill. GREAT SHUTTLE running to Brown all day. Very friendly Staff. NICE LITTLE BREAKFAST included. LUXE ROOMS. MAKING OUR FALL RESERVATIONS SOON!!

My husband and I stayed recently just one night and had a wonderful stay. The room was beautiful , and roomy and very clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Wonderful staff. Terrific that the generous breakfast is included and the price was super for our king sized room. Would definitely stay again in this convenient location.

I booked this hotel based on the reviews of a number of websites and it more than exceeded my expectations. We were given a room overlooking the canal and the staff could not have been more helpful. Valet parking at $25(all inclusive) a night was great value and very convenient. Everything was great! Friendly staff, great valet parking!

We stayed here on a Friday night in January 2012 when we traveled to Providence to see a concert. We were easily able to walk to the Dunkin' Donut center in less than 10 minutes. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. My husband and daughter loved the breakfast. This is a definite must-stay next time we're in Providence.

This hotel is located within walking distance to everything. It might not be the prettiest area, but the price was perfect and we were able to walk everywhere we needed to go. The hotel itself is really nice - you'd almost miss it from the outside if you weren't specifically looking for it. We had a room on the 9th floor overlooking the river. It […] was winter so wasn't much to see but you should be able to see the RiverWalk during the summer from that floor. Our heat/AC was a little particular and took us a while to figure out. It can be noisy as it comes on and off, at least ours was, so if you are a light sleeper, you might want to consider bringing a white noise machine. Lisez la suite

Despite the shuttle van being 20 minutes late on pickup time and the toilet leaking water this hotel was great, staff is excellent, prompt to guest needs and goes above and beyond to satisfy guest at all times, they upgraded me to a king suite from a double queen room because it was open and they thought I would be happier in the king room instead at […] no additional charge. Location is GREAT! walk everywhere or take a local bus that picks up right in front of the hotel! The rooms were amazing!! Fresh and clean everyday, one thing that was miss leading is the views, they say city are river views from every room, well my first room had a view of a parking garage and my second room (king suite) had a view of a brick wall! Easy walk from the train station, was able to spend the night and walk down the block to pick up my rental care at Enterprise. Reception was very helpful and went out of their way to be sure I had everything I needed.

The Hampton Inn downtown Providence is in a perfect location for a night on the town. Once there dining, theater, and nightlife are all within short walking distance. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The included breakfast is much more elaborate than most hotels. Excellent overall value.

This hotel is in a great location and is very comfortable and clean! I would stay here again and tell others too as well! There are so many good restaurants near by and it was less than a 5 minutes walk to the PPAC.

The hotel and staff was fine, but the only trouble was all the roadwork currently taking place on surrounding streets. The hotel staff accomodated our request to change rooms for our second night, due to excessive elevator noise next to our initial room.

Very friendly staff. Good breakfast, waffles, fruit, eggs, etc. Good downtown location. Easy walk, although uphill, to RISD and Brown. Took the valet option with the car as some other surrounding garages were closed on the weekend, or their pricing was confusing. Would go again.

I made a prepaid booked stay at the Inn but in jet lagged state, checked out a day earlier than I had meant to check out or indeed paid for! Noone at reception remarked on this at my departure. Noone said you are booked and paid for another night!! Considering the shower door had fallen in on me when I was showering that morning, I felt that not everyone […] was on the job in terms of guests interests. We stayed here during our trip to take our daughter back to RISD. The service and accomodations were excellent! The room was clean and we had everything we needed. The free breakfast and beverages in the lobby were a plus. We rented a car and did the valet for $25 - a small price in exchange for convenience. This allowed us to drive freely to nearby […] locations, such as the Target in Warwick and Ikea near Boston. Excellent hotel. Free breakfast included fresh fruits and juices. Do not use valet parking. You can park 5 ft away from the hotel for $10 per day.

The expectations created by the excellent reviews were met. This is a beautifully restored hotel in downtown just across the river (5 minute walk up a big hill) to Brown University. stay was great, 2 complaints. 1 parking $25 fee too high, escpecially since we arrivaled late (9:30pm in pouring rain) and left before noon the next day. Room service seemed reasonable BUT hidden fees equaled pricey and tasted LOUSY! besides that the hotel itself was VERY clean and comfortable. Full breakfast was ok.

It's what you expect from the brand, and is in a good location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Provides a free shuttle to the airport.

Location is central for shops restaurants& pubs. We arrived at 1 pm and were checked in immediately and given our rooms. Breakfast wwas excellent and rooms very spacious. $25 to park but you are in centre of downtown

Stayed there for a night. The place was clean and comfortable and being in downtown it had great accessibility to all the sight seeing and stuff. Definitely a good place to stay
