Les chambres sont propres. Il y a un grand espace vert situé derrière l'hôtel, très agréable et surtout très pratique pour sortir notre chien.Le personnel est agráble. Commerces et restaurants à proximité de l'hôtel assez facile d'accès pour aller au centre ville de Nashville (20 min).

Superbe hôtel. Nous avons passé deux nuits dans cet hôtel et nous avons apprécié grandement notre séjour. A un quart d'heure du centre-ville ( Broadway st ), nous le recommandons sans hésitation.

très bon hôtel, proche de l'aéroport mais aussi de commerces. Les chambres sont propres, bien équipées. Il y a également une piscine et un spa. Le personnel est à votre écoute. Excellent rapport qualité/prix.

"I would stay here again!"
Rooms were clean. Bed was very comfortable. Pillows could have been thicker and bigger. Getting in & out of hotel was very easy! Staff was very polite and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Overall, a very pleasant stay. I recommend it and I would stay there again.Avis véridique Hotels.com

"Family Time"
Quiet area, lots of shopping near by for the area. Not too far from Nashville. A little pricier than what should be in that area and what you get. The pool was disgusting. It was very foggy and no towels with large "hair balls" floating in the pool as well. Other than that, the room was clean, the lobby was clean, and the breakfast area in the morning […] was clean and nice. The staff was friendly as well. I would only go back if the cleaning crew had put the correct chemical mixture in the pool. I like to swim when I visit a hotel. "Simple, safe, and clean hotel"
The air conditioners are very noisy when they turn off and it's dead quiet when they turn off. If you are a light sleeper, this can make for a miserable night. It didn't bother me too much though. The hotel is very clean and 100% smoke free (very important to us). There's lots of fast food places nearby and a pool on the 2nd floor. Great hotel choice […] for our needs! "Suite vs. Non-Suite"
First of all, this hotel is always close to selling out during the late spring early summer because of its closeness to soccer fields, therefore, you should book early or you could be shut out. The coupon books found at welcome centers won't help on pricing. I was given a handicap room upon arrival but I am not handicap. I asked to be change and they […] did so with no problem. My room did not have a refrigerator or microwave in it which I expected. It's 2011, every hotel room should have these items just like they all have an ironing board and iron and hair dryer. I did enjoy the free breakfast as they had a variety of items even hot food like eggs, sausage, and toast. nice hotel. Clean, nice rooms. Except breakfast was a little sad. First day was down early --- not much out--after we ate then 'he' put more out. (TO LATE.) Then next day we waited a little to go eat, hummm then they were down to very little out. He did bring out some rolls, I said Thank You and he just walked away. Everyone else very friendly at Hotel. […] Just not the man that puts out the food. Maybe he was having a bad 3 days when we were there. If you have children the pool is GREAT. and its inside. Will I stay there again???? "Terrible, terrible experience."
I tried to check in at 1pm, but was told I could not check in until 2. So I verified my confirmation with the front desk and confirmed a late check in, since I had to leave for a meeting. Upon returning they had given my room away, yet checked my into a cheaper room that I had not booked without refunding money or even telling me it was a different […] type of room. After lugging bags upstairs had to return to front desk and demand the room I booked. After much arguing, was told that they in fact had an equivalent room available, but had let cleaning crew go home before it was cleaned. Couldn't book another hotel because everything sold out. Finally, front desk guy offered to clean the room, but the manager on duty did nothing to help. Was finally allowed to check into my room at 1am haggling and waiting for almost 2 hours. I talked to the manager in charge the following morning, and he gave me $20 for my trouble, but refused to comp the room. So I gave up and went to breakfast where the guy serving walked outside, smoked a cigerette, then came back in and handled the food without washing his hands. Both managers were just as unprofessional. However the desk clerk (Kevin) and lady in charge of maid service were very nice and helpful. Needless to say, I will never book this hotel again.
