"Hôtel surprenant"
Hôtel très propre et personnel très courtois. Grande chambre pour famille avec 2 enfants. Le déjeuner compris est excellent pour un voyage en famille et la variété offerte est impressionnante. "Voyage familial pour la relâche scolaire"
Nous étions une famille de 2 adultes et 2 enfants pour un séjour de planche à neige à Gunstock Mountain et de magasinage.Suite grande et propre avec déjeuner excellent.Nous avons aussi profiter de la piscine.Près des Tanger Outlets(2 minutes) et à 20 minutes de la montagne.Nous y retournerons certainement.Avis véridique Hotels.com

"3 C's (Convenient, Comfortable, & Clean); 5 stars"
My husband and I found the location extremely convenient. Nearby were Walmart, Market Basket (great prices on groceries), the Tilton Diner (a MUST for dining), gas stations, convenience store, Upper Crust pizza (delicious pizza and cold beer), and the Tangers Mall (numerous upscale stores). All were within close proximity yet far enough away so that […] the hotel was serene near the pond. Each morning we enjoyed the (included) continental breakfast in the dining area and then left to visit family nearby. Each afternoon we came "home" to a clean room with freshly made bed. I found the bed to be slightly uncomfortable. The towels were rather scratchy. My big gripe was with the noise level granted this is somewhat beyond the control of the hotel especially with it being the first weekend before school vacation but it did effect my stay.Avis véridique Expedia

We've stayed here several times this past year to visit kids in scool and i've never had one thing to complain about. It's a newer property so facility is in great shape and the staff is always more than accomodating around our schedule while we're there. The hotel was very clean and nice. The pool, workout room and breakfast were great. On our first night however there was vacuuming being done on the third floor above our room from 10:30 to almost midnight. I called the front desk to see what was going on above us since we were all trying to sleep. He advised me he would find out. We did hear it for […] about another 30 minutes after my call. This is one of the best Holiday Inn Express hotels that I've stayed at. I had no idea that they were different. There is a nice fireplace in the lobby. The beds were really comfortable. The hotel pool and hot tub were warm and nice. We had a Queen suite and it was a perfect size. My friends had a suite that had an extra family room with a fireplace. Although our coffee pot could have used a better cleaning, and the exhaust fan in the bathroom wasn't working, everything else was clean, well kept and comfortable. Obviously they can't fix something that they don't know is broken so I informed the desk clerk when we checked out. Rooms were not overly clean. When leaving we were looking under beds and around furniture cushions to make sure we hadn't left anything behind and found some kids toys under the bed and found a USED PREGNANCY TEST next to one of the chair cusions!! Talk about disgusting!!!!! Rooms need to be cleaned more thoroughly. Also, the hide-a-bed, was the most […] uncomfortable thing I have ever slept on. I know they are not the most comfortable to begin with, but when you can count the coils in the mattress with every part of your body, it's a problem! Also, parking was not great, and the end of the building we were on, there was no parking area by the end entrance, so it was a little sketchy walking in at night by yourself. It seemed like the queen size beds were really a full size. The complimentary breakfast was good. The hot tub and pool were nice and relaxing. While most of the room was very clean, it seemed like the bathroom floor had not been properly cleaned. It smelled like urine. Absolutely fantastic place to stay! We were delightfully surprised with the friendliness and service of the staff, the immaculate room and public areas, and the rates. We will definitely stay here again. The only thing that left me wanting more was the breakfast experience. Although we were happy with the better than most continental breakfast (they […] had eggs, pancakes, and ham, which is so much better than some included 'breakfasts' consisting of a plastic wrapped vending muffin and coffee with donuts), we weren't done eating or refilling our plates when the kitchen started closing down. The refills of the egg, ham, and roll tray was slow leaving a line waiting for food. They had only one staff person and I almost felt I should go into the kitchen and help her out. That said, she was MOST accomodating and even took my son into the kitchen so that he could choose whatever kind of cereal he wanted more of.
