Les points positifs: le parking, la propreté, le petit déj. Les inconvénients: l'hôtel est à environ 30mn à pied du centre ville et le quartier n'est pas des plus touristiques.

Like a home away from home,very friendly staff,breakfast was exellant.

The accommodation dates back many years and has undergone a number of refurbishments. The room was very small with hardly any space in which to move and the En-Suite hadn't been fully cleaned. The worst part was the fact smoking for guests was permitted just outside the entrance and so there was no clean access / egress to the accommodation.

The service was good and the room does give a nice comfortable feeling. However the downside were the noise due to thin wall, slight expensive on weekend and the lift was not working and ended up having to carry our luggage 3 floor high.

nice chatty barman bit of a grotty hotel staff mostly eastern Europe rough neibourhood

bedding is not heavy enough for time of year very clean but more suited to a guest house rather than hotel when you go into reception you are surrounded with a bar full of workmen in work clothes shouting at tv and football mot what i expected at all

Staff friendly and welcoming. Was there for evening kick off at anfield. 30min walk 5min cab!! Bar was open late. Very hospitable friendly atmosphere, will use in future! Reasonable price too!

We stayed here for 1 night and the room, the service, the price and especially the breakfast were all excellent!

We booked into the Beech Mount apartments mainly because it was near the Heart and Chest Hospital, Everywhere was sptolessly clean, management were helpful and would reccomend it

This hotel was absolutely perfect for us. The outside street was not particularly attractive but the hotel itself was great. Very clean and comfortable room, a magnificent breakfast which would put some of the 5* hotels that I have visited to shame. We left our booking till the day before and I was considering paying over double this amount to stay […] at a city centre hotel which had great reviews but no breakfast nor parking included. tiny room pipes banging all night ...... comfortable bed but room so small could hardly open door to squeeze into the ensuite

We stayed 2 adults and 4 children in a suite for 6 persons. Good beds, enough towels to everyone. No traffic noise. Walking distance to Anfield. Good bus connections to city center. Groceryshops,Mac Donalds and good Indian restaurant nearby. Friendly staff, spacious breakfast room,delicious breakfast. This hotel is in a brilliant location to visit Liverpool city centre as it is only a mile away and whilst parking can be pricey in the city, it works out a lot cheaper than staying in a city centre hotel and having to pay to park constantly. We took a taxi into the town one night and it cost £6 each way - not bad at all. The hotel itself is more like […] a house and the rooms are lovely and cosy. The bad - we did not have a fridge as advertised, one of the blinds was broken and the plastic edging of the shower had come away. Also, we faced the main road the traffic noise during the night was pretty loud. The good - The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. We had a few drinks in the bar and the prices are reasonable. We asked at reception how long it would take to get to Manchester (we were going on to there for a night's stay) and the receptionist not only told us but also found us a route planner and wrote down all the directions! The breakfast was really good quality, my partner had a cooked breakfast each day and I only eat continental but there was loads to choose from! We stopped in this hotel midweek and whilst I was weary because of some negative reviews, it was very good accommodation, especially as we paid a very low price. Yes the rooms are a bit small and I would have liked to have a desk or a table to sit at, but it was very comfortable and you couldn't hear noise from the rest of the hotel rooms. The staff are happy to assist you in whatever you need - we didn't have a hairdryer in our room as advertised or any bottled water on the second day but they apologised and provided us with them. I had booked 2 rooms for 2 nights with my wife and 2 kids. When I checked in, the staff said he got 2 rooms for us, but they would be located at different blocks! My wife said we booked the 2 rooms as 1 reservation and expressed her unhappiness that we had to stay separately with our kids. Finally he arranged to give us 2 rooms at the same block and […] same floor. Why didn't he give us right the way!! The room was located at the 3rd floor and when we arrived the ground floor, there was a notice at the lift stating that it was out-of-service. My goodness, we had to carry our heavy lugguages for 3 floor without any help from the staff! Next day, the notice was still hanging outside the lift and it seems that nobody was taking care of it. On the check out day after breakfast, the same notice was still hanging outside the lift door and my son was curious and tried to press for the lift. He found out that the lift could rise up and down the floors. Finally we had use the lift to transport our lugguages down but we dared not to enter the lift. It seemed that the hotel is not taking care of the utilities and also not caring for the customers. The only thing I felt good about the hotel was the breakfast was surprisingly good. Lisez la suite

Not in the city and terrible neighborhood, not pleasant to walk around in the evening. Having said that, room was of good quality, parking, internet and generous breakfast + friendly staff. Close to Motorways for easy access.

Shower was leaking and squeaking throughout the night. Buffet breakfast was above average. Wifi was excellent. Good clean rooms. On site car park facility was useful.

I was a little worried about this hotel after reading some of the reviews but thankfully was pleasantly suprised. The people at reception were really helpful on check in and through out our stay. They gave lots of advice on the bus service, taxi service and reccomended plenty of places to eat. The decor in the bar and breakfast room was nice and fresh. […] The room was an adequate size with fridge and bottled water, which we thought was a nice touch and good for our vino :-) The rooms were clean and warm and more than suitable for a short break. There was some building work at the rear of the building but this is to be expected in a city that is regenerating and is to no fault of the hotel. I felt this hotel was excellent value for money and would definetly stay here again and reccomend it to others. Lisez la suite

The hotel looked very nice on the outside. No complaints about the breakfast which was very well done and generous. It was a bit unfortunate that the hotel is located in a part of Liverpool that has very few restaurants and wasn't a pleasant environment to walk around late in the evening. My only major criticism of the hotel was the condition of the […] equipment in the room (room 8). Upon arrival I noticed that the lamp shade by the bed was broken as was the bulb inside. I ended up replacing it with the one from the wall fitting although perhaps in hindsight I should have called down for a new bulb. One of the curtain rings was hanging off the pole and I had to fix that. When I went to bed I also noticed that the alarm clock wasn't working so I plugged it in! It still didn't work! Something else that I thought was a bit strange was the fact that majority of the radiator in the room was obstructed by the desk and the fridge. This wasn't too much of a problem as the weather was warm but this could be a problem in the winter. However, I thought that the decor of the room was extremely pleasant and looked quite fresh; it was just a pity that some of the fixtures were broken. All things considered, I would stay in the hotel again and would recommend it to colleagues as I feel that the things that were wrong could be easily rectified. Lisez la suite

Perfect location for a Liverpool FC home game. It is only about 9 stops from Anfield stadium on the 28 bus. It is also only 20 minutes from the city center, on a direct route also covered by the 10 bus to Lime St. main train station. The staff we dealt with were all friendly and helpful. Beech Mount is more a guest house that a hotel really, so more […] suited to a lads weekend away, not really a female-centric WAG-impressing place. Because it attracted match goers like myself, obviously late night revelers come with the territory. If you can put up with the risk of some noise after closing time, the location is perfect and the price very reasonable and competitive. The city itself has had a major face lift in recent years and is much improved visually. The streets seemed reasonably safe, but we saw lots of taxis around the main tourist spots if that is your preference. If you are on a father-and son mission, you may find like me that it is very beneficial to have McDonald's diagonally opposite across Beech Street. Small shops also close, the nearby street junction is in the middle of a local shopping district. As an added bonus, between Beech Mount and McD's there is a user-friendly outdoor free web kiosk. There you can record and email his mom a video made live in Liverpool with reasonable quality audio so he can tell her about the trip so far. This kiosk was a clincher for my young lad. FYI to dads, if he is too small to be on-camera on his own two feet, you can get him to stand on a suitcase or something to get into the line of sight, which seems aimed at adults or teenagers. came to see a band and needed somewhere to stay,well wer'nt we so lucky to find this gem,its far better than the blurd tells you,so if you feel lucky try it yourself. The general area its in is nothing to write home about,but the people we met there were great.

Nice enough hotel. The size of the room was smaller than expected and the water pressure in the shower was non-existant. Apart from that the hotel was convenient, clean and good value for money.

Beech Mount Executive was on the outskirts of the city centre (£5 taxi fair) and I would say 3 star accommodation. Rooms/Reception in need of a refurb.

The room was so small we could hardly move around the room. Hot water only lukewarm. Surrounding area not so great. Breakfast ok.

Hotel staff very friendly and very helpful. 10 minutes on the bus to city centre and 10 minutes to Anfield.

Rooms were quite small, they had made an effort and was very clean. Nice front room and a good breakfast. No air conditioning and was hot in rooms. Also although the hotel was nice, the area was very run down - boarded up houses, and kids throwing stones to try and smash the Lidl windows. Was worried about leaving my car on the road.

We had 2 single rooms for 1 night. neither room had a window, just a skylight, both rooms extremely small. Room 1, the bedside clock wasnt working, the kettle wouldnt switch off, this was reported to reception at 6pm, the man said "I will look at it", hadnt done so by the time we left, metal trim on velux window fell off when I tried to shut the window, […] Room 2, velux wouldnt shut, blind wouldnt lock in place to cover window. Gästvänligt hotell med bra service och trevlig personal. Ca 3km till båda centrum och Anfield, ett bra alternativ för hela familjen. Bra frukost!

Beech Mount hotel har alt hvad man skal bruge, hvis altså man er kommet for at være ude i byen. morgenmaden er meget god og der er rigeligt og en god service. Hvis/når man har været inde i byen og spise og fået en enkelt øl eller to så er hotellet heller ikke længere væk end en kort taxa-tur. Jeg tror at vi kom at med ca 6,50 Pund for at komme fra bar- […] restaurant- område i city og hjem. Og hvis man ikke har råd til sådan en tur så bliv hjemme. Værelserne er pæne og rene og badeværelset er også fint. I det hele taget havde vi ikke noget at klage over ved hotellet. Deres bar har forresten længe åben. Hotellet ligger måske ikke i det bedste område. Og der er måske ikke de store seværdigheder i området. men der er ikke langt til de 2 fodboldstadions, hvilket må siges at være et par af de største turistattraktioner i Liverpool. Lisez la suite

Uggen lukt på rommet, ganske slitt hotell. Luktet litt mugget.. Gode senger og god frukost, den ene av de 3 frokostene vi spiste :)Billig med taxi til sentrum. Rom priser og for 3 netter.

Beech Mount Hotel er et yderst hyggeligt og fint lille hotel, ankerne falder lidt hen på Faulty Towers :o) Det ligger i pæn gå afstand fra byens centrum og puls og en god gå afstand til Anfield Road. Servicen er i top og i det hele taget er byen meget gæstfri og venlig. Jeg kan ikke forstå hvorfor nogle mener nabolaget er ubehageligt at befærde sig […] i, vi har ingen problemer haft af nogen art. Hotel realmente muito legal, quarto e banheiro bons. Lamentamos só ter ficado para dormir, tendo chegado tarde e saído bem cedo. Confortável e aconchegante. Recomendamos

venlig betjening. værelset var lille men det opfyldte behovet. Morgenmaden var god.

Gutes und sauberes Hotelmit gutem Frühstück, kleines manko ist extrem kleines Waschbecken im Bad. Die Lage: Die Innenstadt ist zu Fuss in ca 20 min. zu erreichen.

Het hotel mag zijn naam wat aanpassen. Het woord 'executive' mogen ze zeker weglaten. Het hotel is ook gelegen in een mindere buurt van Liverpool. Als je er buiten komt heb je er echt geen goed gevoel bij. De kamer was zeer klein. We konden bijna niet bewegen. Ook de badkamer was hooguit 3 vierkante meter groot. De meubels waren van een zeer goedkope […] makelij en het bed was zelfs geen 2 meter lang. We moesten dwars liggen om in ons bed te passen. Ik kan alleen maar zeggen dat je niet naar dit hotel moet gaan om er een goed gevoel bij te hebben. Lisez la suite
