Bonne situation mais il ne faut pas réserver dans les étages du bas qui bouchent complètement la vue sur la baie, promise sur le site. Le personnel est accueillant et de bons services. Dommage que l'entretien des lieues laisse à désirer(moquettes sales, serviettes qui trainent...). Une seule cabine d'ascenseur pour 18 étages, la seconde semblait être […] en panne. Important: pas de parking. Ceux qui sont aux alentours obligent les clients à se lever avant 06h30 soit pour enlever le véhicule soit pour remettre un ticket. très bon appart hotel : le plus : très très bien situé !!! le moins : la connexion wi fi était très médiocre au 11 ème étage très bon rapport qualité prix on reviendra sans problème

Hotel très bien situé, mais bruyant au 12eme étage(bruit de la rue), les personnes de ménages ne changeaient pas les serviettes ni ne passaient l'aspirateur et pour le lit, ils rabattaient uniquement le dessus de lit sans remettre les draps. Pour le bruit, on peux dire que cela peux arriver par rapport à des événements, mais par pour le ménage qui est […] déplorable (durée du séjour : 6 jours) pour un 4 étoiles. L'hotel n'a pas de parking, mais un parking public se trouve juste en sortant de l'hotel, très pratique si l'on loue une voiture (comptez tout de meme 7 dollars pour laisser sa voiture la nuit). A recommander, bien situé, sécurisé et surtout notre chambre d'hôtel est magnifique, spacieux et confortable. Le personnel nous offre un accueil chaleureux et un service rapide. Nous y retournerons sans hésitations!

Hotel satisfaisant, bien situé dans Auckland, appartement bien équipé, personnel acceuillant et serviable. Salle sport à dispo mais dans un immeuble voisin. Pas de climatisation, donc génant en été. Supermarchés assez éloigné car situés en périphérie du centre. Nous sommes tout à fait satisfait de notre séjour au Chifley Suite d'Auckland.

très bon hôtel, très propre et très bien situé (au coeur du centre). la chambre était très bien équipée et la décoration sobre mais efficace. J'y retournerai sans hésiter et le conseille vivement pour tous types de séjours.

La chambre n'était pas assez chauffée. On a dû demandé un 2e radiateur. On aurait aimé avoir une chambre non pour handicapé.

The checkin was excellent, very helpful staff through out our stay. The apartment borders on luxury but is let down by the worst toilet paper I have ever used!!!

I only stayed one night, but the staff I met during this time were very helpful and friendly. For the first time in my life I was up-graded which was a thrill and was given a 2 bedroom suite with 2 bathrooms, kitchen and a lounge!! I appreciated the spaciousness, but most of all the cleanliness. The house keeping staff are to be commended. I would definitely […] stay again. The hotel is well connected and has loads of positives the can make it better by changing the room service rule of cleaning the sheets and towels once in 4 days.

Grfeat hotel, plenty of room and excellent provisions but the standard of the toilet paper is nothing like the standard of everything else? Why skimp on the toilet role and give luxury everything else???

The lobby area is nothing to write home about, but the room was pretty much as advertised. Spacious and clean - everything worked. We enjoyed the view from the 22nd floor and for the most part, the room/suite was comfortable and inviting, if a little sterile. Excellent just a bit noisy as on lower floor

A bit noisy (from the street and the pub acorss the road) late at night, but otherwise very good.

Having booked this hotel online, I was not certain what to expect. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel. The booking was a deluxe studio, however we were upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite. Our accomodatioon was large, bright and airy. We had a washer/dryer in the unit, fabulous! The location was perfect, a block away from Queens Street. VERY CONVENIENTLY LOCATED. SUPERB SERVICE. VERY COURTEOUS STAFF

The Chifley Suites is in a great location in central Auckland, easily walking distance to Vector Arena and the shops in town. The room was beautiful and much more than what we expected so we were really impressed. I would definitely recommend to others. We were really happy with this hotel. Walk to harbor, shopping, train and bus conncections. After flying 12+ hours, we liked being able to use the washer/dryer in the room to wash our travel clothes.

We were thrilled with our accommodation UNTIL the roadworks started on the street below our room. I realize this was not the fault of the hotel & they were not responsible for the workmen, vehicles & jackhammers, etc. keeping us awake until the early hours of the morning - I assume that this is not a regular problem. Stayed in the hotel in late February 2012. Great location but no air condiditoning in the rooms. Consequently had to leave windows open to keep room cool which made sleep difficult due to road and pedestrian noise,

My partner and I recently stayed here for two nights, it was exactly what we expected, clean, comfortable and well presented room and we had a wonderful experience on the first night. Location was perfect, as there's a supermarket only a 2min walk away and a 5min walk from the viaduct. However the next day, we were disappointed with the customer service […] and housekeeping services. It took 5 calls to reception/housekeeping for someone top finally come to clean our room. Reception was little help only letting us know that housekeeping ends at 8pm. in the Chifley Suite guide it states that housekeeping would change bins,towels, make the beds and just do a general tidy up of the apartment if you stay more than one night. 5 phone calls later and after leaving the apartment for a few hours, it wasn't until 7:30pm at night someone arrived to merely change the bins. It was disappointing as it's always a nice experience to come back to a clean,tidy apartment after a day of touring the city, and I found the customer service not up to the standards of the serviced apartment. We were upgraded from a room to a suite which was nice but I'm sure all of the rooms were as good. with everything you need. Although you could get breakfast next to the lobby there is no restaurant as such but you are literally only yards from several eateries so no problem. Excellent location, good size apartments. The 2nd elevator is still not working as per other reviews which was frustrating when everyone was wanting to check out at the same time but otherwise ok. Our room smelt very musty, it must have gotten wet at some stage. Apart from that the rooms were good, comfy beds, modern fit out. The room was really hot […] it faced the afternoon sun, but we were out for most of the time so not too much of a problem. Overall, the hotel is as they have advertised... very good location, close to many tourist attractions, room is clean, well stocked, the washer/dryer worked well, bathrooms are clean. Couple of negatives... no air conditioning / no fan. We went in mid January 2012, not very hot but has to open some windows. Over a Saturday night, there were party goers […] till 4-5am in the morning. Even though we were on the 6th floor, we were woke up by the noise. Great location and front desk service. Good sized apartments. Twin beds were uncomfortable - the size of the beds made it hard to sleep. If you stay here ask for a room on a high floor... The fourth floor was extremely noisy and too light. But that's only if they have fixed the lift. Only one functioning lift meant we waited a lot, or resorted to the […] stairs. Lisez la suite

My family of four stayed here for two nights on a stop-over between San Francisco and Perth. This is more of a serviced apartment than a hotel but they do have a front desk that was helpful. -Plenty of space compared to a typical hotel room for a family of four. -Great central location. -Great value compared to a typical hotel in this area.

Our stay at the Chifley was okay. The room was on the 18th floor and was a harbour view room. It was still very noisy from the traffic below and we had to shut the doors at night and put the fan on, to get any sleep at night, as there is no air conditioning. The room was quite nice and the bed comfortable and all mod cons there to use. However the room […] was not properly serviced for the whole stay of 7 nights, so it got quite dirty, especially the floors. I know this is part of being an apartment and not a hotel, but all the maid did was pull up the bed and empty the bins. Only 1 lift was working the whole time we were there which made it difficult and a lot of waiting for lifts. The corridors are all unfinished cement so not very attractive but the rooms were nice which is important. Our harbour view was glimpses between the buildings but we did pay less for the room through Hotels.com which probably meant the view was not as good as higher up. Lisez la suite

It is a very comfortable apartment and has sufficient cooking facilities for us to cook. It is well organized and the surroundings is quiet enough for tourists to have a good sleep.

We stayed in Chifley Suites for 3 nights and had a very good time. The location is excellent and the apartment was bigger than we expected, clean and very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

this was a great space to stay although no A/C.

Overall great price def. recommend this hotel!

Apartments are excellent value for money (with hotel.com deal). Good beds ,clean and tidy and very close to Queen St. shops etc. Only down side was 1 lift temporarily out of order.
