Avis d'un client Hotels.com envoyé le 13 janv. 2013Le personnel a été très accueillant avec moi, étant un Français qui ne parle pas très bien anglais, ils ont pris le temps de m'écouter, une personne de personnel m'a même fait une petite visite guider en voiture, c'était très sympa. La chambre est propre et bien équipé. Malgré que l'hôtel soit placé proche d'une usine, il reste tout de même à proximité de plusieurs commerces. En conclusion, j'ai passé un agréable séjour dans cet hôtel.

Avis d'un client Hotels.com envoyé le 13 juin 2012I stayed at Pelham Lodge since I had booked a show at the Opera House. Pelham Lodge is five minute walk from the venue. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable and the staff friendly. The breakfast consisted of fruit juices, a selection of cereals and a cooked breakfast. Nothing to complain about!

"Functional almost city-centre business trip hotel"
Hotel is a bit out of the way - not in the main centre but then nothing is in Preston. Very powerful shower, towel warmer that worked but the towels were a thing of uniqueness - paper thin and falling to bits. "Weekend break for 53 degrees concert"
Excellent stay. This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and it is a very clean "business" type hotel that is great for weekenders. The Hotel was very good value, modern, free onsite parking, clean, comfortable and the staff I encountered were excellent. The only negative was that it was difficult to find as my sat nav couldn'd find the Hotel using the post code, I had to ring Reception and have them direct me in. The hotel looks nice; it is clean and well-maintained. On our visit the staff were friendly and helpful. On the downside, the breakfast room is in the basement and though its very clean and pleasant, there is a musty smell that suggests damp. My biggest complaint though, would be that the bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Hotel was great! Clean, model and comfortable! Food was poor standard and over priced. Staff were nit efficient - empty restaurant were they could not work out how to place a table of 5, we were asked 3 times if we had ordered, the pork,gammon, etc - which we had not. Purpose built hotel in easy walking distance from station (on a nice day). Great room, well-sized. Free wireless and outstanding full-cooked breakfast. "99% fault free hotel"
Great hotel ,Handy for Preston city centre,( shopping,rail and buses)The hotel is very easy to find and is next door to Preston university .Good car parking ( no charge, unlike some hotels) Lots of smiles from the staff . A jolly good breakfast. What more can i say .? .Well a bit of noise from the traffic with the window open which is to be expected […] as it`s on the ringway.So we closed it problem solved.We will stay again and again when we visit Preston.
