Etablissemùent irreprochable. L'ensemble est neuf bien que le batiment qui abrite l'établissement ne le laisse pas penser au 1er abord. Ce n'est pas un hôtel, il s'agit d'un appartement cloisonné sans aucune isolation. Nous n'avons pas pu dormir correctement une seule nuit, dérangé en permanence par les discussions, les bruits de pas et de serrure des voisins. L'hôtel est bien situé bien qu'assez difficile à trouver à l'arrivée. L'accueil sympathique, aimable. Silencieux car en retrait de la rue , à 10 minutes à pied de la place rouge.

Great stay overall. More like a hostel than a hotel but if, you are OK with that, the overall value is very good.

Was clean and had everything you would want for the reasonable price. Note though tahat it is on the 4th floor with no lift and also the walls are paper thin so bring earplugs in case the guests in the neighbouring room have the TV on.

We booked for a room with window, only to find that they had double booked, We were offered windowless room. After strongly objecting we were offered window room but had to move three times in four days. Note Twin Rooms at lower end of price range are internal rooms 5 & 6 & do not have ventilation, are claustrophobic and to us a fire trap. This is not […] obvious on hotel website. Hotel staff look after own staff before paying clientelle, i.e. they had window rooms whilst we were moved around. I can't say anything bad about my 3 night stay at Petrovka. The room was clean, well-furnished, and more spacious than I expected. The shared bathrooms are always clean. Petrovka is close to the Red Sq, St. Basil's, GUM, TSUM, and is within the weekend stomping grounds for the elite of Moscow as many of the higher end stores, restaurants and nightclubs are within a few blocks. There is no insulation in between the walls so you can hear everything that goes on in the other rooms. The door locks are the loudest we have ever heard so if you have to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night, you will probably wake everyone else up. The hotel does not have a good presentation up a side alley off Petrakov 17 and up 4 flights of stairs, but is spotlessly clean and extremely well positioned. The staff were helpfull. there is no breakfast room but there are plenty of eateries close by. Our room was very small and there were no English Languages channels on the ancient TV. That said, the position was excellent, near the metro and within walking distance of Red Square. Ubicacion muy buena (10 minutos al teatro de Bolshoi y al metro, 15 minutos a la plaza roja andando) para un precio muy razonable. Edificio antiguo y muy sovietico, está en la cuarta planta sin ascensor.. Cuidado si llevas maletas de ruedas. Hotellet ligger på bra avstånd från det mesta. Dock ligger entrén i en gränd, sängarna är sjukt obekväma och personalens engelska är halvtaskig. Å andra sidan är hotellet värt pengarna och vi trivdes helt ok.

ブランドショップが並ぶペトロフカ通りのゲストハウス。 表通りの裏にある団地内の4階（エレベーターなし）なので、女性ひとりで夜着いた時は不安で引き返そうかと思ったが、泊まってみると快適だった。フロントのお姉さんたちがいっしょうけんめい英語で話そうとしてくれて親切。トイレとシャワーは共同だけど、清潔で若い女性でも好感が持てる。朝食はなし。赤の広場、クレムリン、ボリショイ広場は徒歩圏内。節約したい旅行の場合におススメ。

Hotel limpo, confortável e muito bem localizado.

赤の広場から1kmほど歩きますが、通りの環境もよく安心して行けます。ホテルの入口はちょっと見付けづらく、4階まで階段で上る必要がありますが、扉を開ければ10部屋ほどの大変小奇麗なホテルです。小さなホテルでお部屋のみですが、エアコンも効いていて、3つあるシャワールームと2つのお手洗いも、どれも綺麗にしてありました。寝具も良い物を使っていて、ゆっくり休めます。この立地でこのお値段は、非常にお安いです。ホテルの近くには、お店などもたくさんあります。

Проживали в этом отеле 4 ночи. Плюсы: 1. Прекрасное месторасположение (около 5 минут пешком от м. Театральная). Рядом Кремль, ЦУМ, ГУМ, Охотный ряд. Большинство достопримечательностей в пешей досягаемости. 2. В отеле везде очень чисто. В номерах убирают каждый день. Достаточно душевых и туалетов. (Удобства общие). Очередей не наблюдала. Напор воды […] хороший, перебоев с горячей водой не было. 3. WiFi работал отлично. 4. Наличие кондиционера. Ездили в жару, так что в номере было хорошо и прохладно, с учетом отсутствия окон в номере. (Если хотите, что бы его не выключали на ночь, просто скажите об этом на ресепшен). 5. Недалеко есть продуктовые магазины (недорогой находится по пути к м. Чеховская), аптека, банкоматы. 6. Приходить и уходить можно в любое время. 7. В отзывах читали про плохую звукоизоляцию – ничего такого не заметили. 8. Полотенца для душа имеются. Минусы: 1. Мы жили в комнате с 2-мя кроватями. (Хочу отметить как плюс, достаточно большими, правда одна была слишком скрипучая). В нашем номере не было окон. Места не так много. В расположении у нас был телевизор, минибар, сейф, зеркало и 4 вешалки, больше ничего. Так что готовьтесь, что вещи придется хранить в чемодане. 2. В отеле нет кухни, что в принципе лично для нас проблемой не было, т.к. мы бы все равно не готовили. По надобности предоставляют чайник, столовые приборы и т.п. Итог: Проживанием остались довольны. Hyggeligt lille hotel. Svært at finde. Ligger i en opgang på 4. sal. Værelserne og bade/toilet var pæne og rene. Et par af værelserne har ikke vinduer. Kan klart anbefales.

Kleine einfache Zimmer, auseichende Duschen und WC`s auf den nahen Flur. Alles sehr sauber, freundliches Pesonal, Top Lage im Zentrum. Wer günstig im Zentrum wohnen möchte ist hier richtig .

Hotellet är prisvärt med tanke på de relativt höga priserna i Moskva. Hotellet ligger på gångavstånd till de flesta sevärdheter, det tar ca 10 min till Röda Torget. This is a diamond in Moscow! Very affordable, perfect location, clean, quiet and with a fantastic staff helping and serving 24/7. We will definately use again next time in fantastic Moscow!
