"Aleke's Wedding Reception"
Nice place. Toilet needed to be secured to floor better. No blow dryer. Luckily I brought my own. very clean friendly service. nice restaurant next door. not to far from the BP station which has everything you need including a liquor store and grocery store built into it. I would stay there again next time I go that way
"close to church where the funeral was held"
The room was non-smoking but reeked of cigarette smoke. My granddaughter is highly allergic to smoke and had a hard time breathing.

The only reason I gave comfort a four star instead of a five is because for my taste, the mattress was too hard but otherwise, this is a super clean, super friendly, comfortable, safe place to stay. I am looking forward to staying again!

Clean with good beds. Quite area. More parking spaces needed. Will stay there again next time we come to that area.

Stayed for 1 night, just needed a place to sleep and shower while visiting the area. Nice clean motel, friendly staff who let us check in early. No frills, simple TV with cable channels, cold fridge and microwave. Park right in front of your room. Four Seasons family diner next door with good food for cheap money. Definitely will stay here again.

Was very pleased with this hotel. Considering it was an older hotel, you would not know that staying there. Highly recommended!

We arrived after 6PM. The room was very clean and comfortable. The walls are a little thin-could hear others. But the proprietors were friendly and accommodating. We ordered pizza that was delivered and ate a nice breakfast the next morning at The Log Cabin Restaurant as recommended by others. It was very good.

Hotel was very clean and comfortable and good $. Four Star "family" Restaurant right next door w/large menu, good food and prices, and right next to that is a gas station w/groceries and liquor store w/good prices also. nice motel for the cost, good service. next store to a decent resturant and a convience store. free shuttle to ho-chunk. would definately stay here again.
"Thunderbird"
Just what we wanted, no pool, no spa, no breakfast but clean and freshly refurbed. Baraboo is a great town, Jen's Alpine and Log Cabin are 2 very good restaurants

Very close to the Dells, and cheaper than motels in the Dells. This place is an acceptable option. It won't wow you, but our room was fairly clean, service was pretty good, and there were plenty of towels. The TV was pretty crappy, but there was cable.

Room was clean and well maintained. We stayed during off-season, so there were only a few others there. Friendly and concerned management. The circus museum is about half a mile away. Great eating at The Log Cabin Restaurant several blocks down the street.

"Simple yet clean"
The Thunderbird is not new or fancy. But my room was clean. I good a good night sleep on a satisfactory mattress. There was excellent water pressure in the shower and free wifi, too. I had a coffee maker for my morning coffee; and if I'd needed it, there was a microwave and small refrigerator. Bottom line, the Thunderbird met my needs.

"Great Value and Service"
The staff was friendly and professional. The room was clean and smoke free with a mini-fridge and a microwave. If you're looking for a reasonably priced hotel this one is definitely worth considering. It is not fancy or luxurious but it served the purpose.
"Friendly, safe, convenient hotel"
The Thunderbird motel was the perfect motel for us. It's conveniently located next to restaurants and a grocery store, minutes from downtown Baraboo, and 15 minutes from Wisconsin Dells. The staff was attentive to our needs even if it wasn't during typical "service" times. The motel has no pool, but again, for our needs (which was to sleep and eat, […] then leave for the day and return at night) it was perfect for the price. I will definitely return in the future. This is a nice hotel that is a good value, clean and comfortable.

All I needed was a place to sleep and shower, and hit the road the next day. It had a nice setup, coffee maker, refrig, tv with cable and 2 nice queen sized beds. It was perfect for me and could be for you too.
Good value for the spend. Recently rennovated so a all is fresh and clean. Front desk attendant was indifferent at best.
