Nous avons passé 5 jours agréables dans cet hôtel, très bien situé par rapport aux sites touristiques et aux transports en commun; personnel agréable, francophone pour certains. Chambres bien équipées et bien insonorisées. Le restaurant de l'hôtel n'a pas d'intérêt (triste et menu pauvre) mais le quartier regorge de pizzerias et autres trattorias

Les chambres ont été rénovées et sont confortables et propres. Le petit-déjeuner est correct, mais sans plus. La vue depuis la salle du petit déjeuner est très bien. L'hôtel est très bien situé. Le personnel a l'accueil parle français.

Hormis le fait que l'hotel est vraiment prêt de l'aéroport, si vous devez vous rendre à l'aéroport avant 6h30 vous devrez prendre un taxi qui vous coutera 20 €, très cher pour 4 km. Sinon vous avez la navette à 6 € pratique. L'hotelier vous organise votre réveil et le taxi, ça s'est bien mais le petit déjeuner c'est 6h30 ...avant juste café possible. "Résidence La maison Jolie: Très mauvais accueil"
J'ai appelé la réception de l'hotel depuis le bus qui nous transportait de Rome à l'aéroport pour savoir où nous devions prendre la navette pour nous rendre à l'hotel. Le réceptionniste m'a donné des indications erronées. Par 3 fois, je l'ai rappelé car je ne trouvais pas l'arrêt qu'il m'ndicait. Mais à chaque fois je semblais l'ennuyer et toujours […] pas d'indications correctes. Du coup, j'ai demandé à un personnel de l'aéroport qui m'a renseigné. Nous sommes arrivés à 20h00 et sommes finalement arrivés à l'hotel à 22h05!!!! Le réceptionniste a vraiment fait preuve de mauvaise volonté et d'une mauvaise foi incontestable. We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The rooms looked new and modern and the bed was comfy, bathroom new and clean. It was priced perfectly for that overnight stay we needed to catch the early morning flight... but here's the issue. For a hotel that will primarily get people wanting to stay to catch a flight the next day, they should offer complimentary […] shuttle service to the airport. They told us there was a shuttle, which in the US usually means complimentary when they are close to an airport, but they charged us for it! Also - our flight was very early - prior to the start of their shuttle service and the taxi charge to go the 3km to the airport was 20 euro so you may want to take that into consideration in your budgeting. First of all the front desk lady Melissa was not helpful, she was very rude. We stayed here for a night because we thought this hotel was close to the airport but we ended up paying more than 14 euros to be transported to the airport. The common area for wi-fi is the lobby which is a 10x12 room with the recepionist's desk and a sagging love seat. There are no restaurants near by. It is a residential neighborhood with no sidewalks. If you don't have a car you are stuck and can't […] get food for the kitchenette. The "shuttle" is simply a taxi. It was 40 degrees F and we had no heat. After checking in to the room to get some sleep before flying the next morning, had to call the front desk to ask for a different room due to the smell of cigarette smoke - it was causing headaches. The night staff person was very quick to get us changed, but it was a bit of an inconvenience especially with having to go outside to get to different rooms. The […] continental breakfast area was less than glamorous and the available product seemed to be mostly just vending machine food. Location from airport was very convenient, though the hotel felt like it was hidden in some back neighborhood off the main street. Since the only purpose for this room was to be close to the airport, and we were only there for about 9-10 hours, it wasn't worth being too upset about. The guy at the reception was kind enough to let us use a computer to check-in and print my boarding pass, but forget about using Wifi in your room. "Clean, simple and close to the airport"
The Inn was nice. I'd probably stay here again if I had an early flight out of FCO. My only complaint is the WiFi didn't work in my room and we were directly over the office in room 14. So, while it wasn't awful to have to sit outside or in the lobby, it just would have been better in the comfort of my room. They have an elevator. Breakfast is simple […] stuff. The shuttle to/from the airport is 6 Euro per person which is a little cheaper than a taxi (15Euro) but it only picks up at the airport after 4pm. And to save you time, you get taxis into Fiumicino right outside terminal 2 in front of Parking lot D (you have to cross the road and go to the parking lot). The other taxis only want to take people to Rome. The sea is about a 2km walk from the hotel and there is a fruit market and pizzeria at the end of the street. I'd recommend the little pizzeria, Pizza A Taglio. They were so nice! They gave our toddler stuff we didnt order and they really tried to help us out. It was also very affordable. One note, take mosquito repellent!!! I got 12, no exaggeration!, mosquito bites on my ankles (my only exposed skin) within 30 minutes of being in Fiumicino. They're everywhere!! Also, nothing is open in the area on Sunday. Seriously, nothing but some pizzerias if it's the right time. Rooms are clean and fairly spacious. The neighborhood is fairly quiet and is mid to low scale residential, not commercial (but there are lots of barking dogs). Overhead jets are occasionally very loud, but this is not a problem after 10-11 pm or so. Staff was very helpful. Standard continental breakfast included. Shuttle van (6 euros) from the airport […] to the hotel is very difficult to find outside Terminal 3, and is shared with other hotels, so it may fill up leaving you stranded with taxi as the only other option. This was a very nice place to rest our heads to catch an early flight the next morning. The room was on par with most places in Italy and was very clean. It is located about 5km away from the airport, but in an actual residential neighborhood. Very nice, kids playing outside, no signs of trouble. I know this shouldn't have much bearing on the rating, but the TV was probably 10" and didn't have a single English speaking channel. I only mention this because, as stated before, we were staying the night before taking a flight. There isn't much to do in the local neighborhood after dinnertime (the local restaurant was incredible, BTW), and the WiFi didn't work in the room we were staying in, which made it difficult to kill time. "Pictures online are a bit deceiving."
The hotel wasn't as nice as the pictures I had seen for sure. Once inside, there were hairs in the bed sheets. The shower has a hand held sprayer, but not one that you can put up and use so you have to hold it the whole time you're showering.
