Hilton Garden Inn St. Louis Airport - Saint Louis

l'hôtel était très très bien. Propre, de très grande chambre, un lit confortable. Le plus avec cet hôtel, c'est la proximité d'un métro. par contre, la piscine est très petite. en passant, je vous suggère de placer le panneau "ne pas dérager" si vous voulez dormir après 9 h. le personnel pour les chambres commence leur travail très tôt.

LOVED the dial a confort bed...sleep was devine....

hair in shower. shower design(water, door, towels) bad, clear glass bad. excellent bed. coffee pot not clean. no continental breakfast. design of building(parking, front entrance, desk, etc) poor. location to interstate confusing and to st louis not good.

great soundproofing - no noise evernthough close to airport and interstate. 24 hour shuttle also a boon for our 4:30 am ride to airport. rooms very nice as well.

The staff was wonderful including the Manager. He was very nice and spent a lot of time talking with my 5 year old. He even treated us to breakfast because it was her birthday. Very nice.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Shuttle was a convenient way to get to the metrorail.

We were worried the location would be way out of the way, but we didn't end up being downtown all that much anyway, so for the EASY drive, it was WELL WORTH the savings - $80 a night savings compared others that we were considering. Room was updated, clean, no complaints. The pool area is a bit small but nice, and was fine for us - kids still loved […] it. We didn't eat at the buffet, so can't comment on that. Has a frig, microwave, and coffee maker which is nice and wireless internet. You hear a plane occasionally but not a big deal. Beds are a bit hard even on lowest setting. I have always wanted to try the Hilton Gardens and this was a great opportunity to do so. I was very impressed with the in house restaurant and the service, food and atmosphere was great. I will stay at another in the future.

We enjoyed our visit at this hotel. It was clean and central to the locations that we wanted to visit. The only complaint that I would have about this hotel is that I wish that they would offer free breakfast. What they charge for a breakfast buffet is too expensive. This hotel was right off of the free-way. It was easy to find. My sister and I asked for joining rooms to accomodate our families with young children. The bookings were for King Bed Evolution Ste. We were pleased with the overall rooms and the hotel assisting with placing our bookings to adjoining rooms. The only thing that we were disappointed with […] was that these paticular rooms had showers in the bathroom rather than bath tubs where we could bathe our young children easier. We made it work to give them quick showers. A nice feature to the location of the hotel was that there was a nearby park/pond that we went to. You can't access it easily by walking through the grass, but it didn't take much to drive around to the parking area at the park. The park is nice, clean and in a nice location. Lisez la suite

very nice ,very clean,and very restfull hotel.

The hotel was very nice the only compliant if you would call it a compliant is that the pool area is very small. The online photos make it look much larger. The kids too over there wasn't a lot of room for couples w/o kids to enjoy the area.

Although I only stayed 1 night, the service was great and the room was modern and clean and I plan to stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Garden inn. My daughter was looking forward to swimming but the pool was closed for cleaning. Jeremy made sure we were shuttled over to their other hilton property so we could swim and had the driver pick us up. We felt very taken care of and we will return next visit!

We felt the rooms were very big and quite comfortable. We used the shuttle service and were able to park our car at the hotel for $5/night making it quite convenient. There's not much in the immediate vicinity of the hotel and it's a couple miles from the airport entrance, but there's also little traffic and it's easy to get in and out. My sisters and I were having a girls weekend with our daughters. We called several hotels to determine our options and decided to go with Hilton Garden Inn St. Louis Airport hotel for one night instead of a suite in another hotel. We asked for hotel rooms with an adjoining door during reservations and they noted the account. Two days prior to our reserved […] night we called the hotel directly and confirming that we had rooms with an adjoining door. Upon arrival to the hotel the desk clerk told us only one of our rooms was ready. When I asked about the adjoining door the clerk told us we would not be receiving the rooms with the adjoining door. The clerk was very unprofessional seemed judgemental because we had used a third party to reserve our rooms. The clerk assured us at that time that our second room would be right next door and all we would have to do when we returned was give the night clerk our name. When we returned to the hotel the night clerk gave us our room key and instead of the second room being "right next door" as promised we were placed across the hall and two doors down. The hotel was sold out for the night so we could not be switched. The next morning my sister's room had ants. I was terribly dissappointed and had it not been for their oversight followed by the unprofessional behavior of the desk clerk our trip would have been fantastic. Lisez la suite

This hotel was not only super easy to access right off Hwy 70 W but very close to the airport and the casino. Outside you could almost see the pilots in the planes they were so close but inside you could not hear any outside noise. We were able to sleep late without ever being disturbed considering that we were practically across the interstate from […] an international airport. This hotel is very clean inside and out and the decor is beautiful. The staff was very nice and friendly. Check-in was fast and easy. We will be staying here again. Lisez la suite

My husband and I took a 4-day vacation to St. Louis for a mini honeymoon. Two of the nights we stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn-St. Louis Airport. It was fantastic! The staff was super nice from the minute that we walked into the hotel. My husband and I attended a Cardinals game at Busch Stadium one of the evenings. We were concerned about how we would […] get there, we did not want to drive. The hotel had a shuttle that took customers to the metrolink station, nearby restaurants, and the airport. We took the shuttle to the metrolink station and rode the metro over to Busch. On the way back we called the hotel a few stops before our destination (North Hanley metrolink stop), and the shuttle was waiting for us as we walked off the metrolink. The shuttle and metrolink also took us to Laclede's Landing for a nice dinner at The Drunken Fish, and we watched a live band as well. The shuttle was AMAZING! The hotel room was clean and comfortable. The beds were pretty cool too; you could adjust the firmness of each side of the beds. There was no continental breakfast; however, you could eat at their restaurand for a certain price. Also, their whirlpool in the pool room did not work and it looked a little green. They hotel immediately had staff come to check out the situation as soon as I informed them of the whirlpool. Other than the breakfast and the whirlpool this hotel and the service was great. I really enjoyed this stay and I plan to stay at the hotel again in the near future. The hotel also has a tourist magazine with information about attractions and activities to do in St. Louis. I stayed here on a Friday and Saturday night to see a Cardinals game and some other sights in StL. The hotel is located right off the interstate on the side of the road with two corporate offices. It is quiet considering it is fairly close to the airport. It was nice on our side of the interstate but I was very nervous when stopping at the gas station […] across the interstate. The hotel was close enough to the city, not a bad drive but if you are looking to be in walking distance to things this is not the hotel for you. Also, the fire alarm went off at 7am and continued going off until around 8:30. Not great since we were planning on sleeping in. The hotel staff was of no help during this. They did not notify us when it was ok to come back in the building. They seemed to have a problem locating the reason for the false alarm when the fire dept showed up also. Not a great way to start the day but otherwise the hotel stay was fine the remaining part of the trip. Lisez la suite

The Hilton Garden Inn at the airport was a very nice, clean and pretty hotel....but the rooms have absolutely NO soundproofing. You can hear everything going on in the next room. We got woke up by an infant in the next room at 4 a.m. and could hear all the conversations, even the microwave running. Our room was just down the hall from the swimming pool […] and people were running around the halls until late in the night. We were also right next to the ice machine, which was extremely loud. The beds are HARD AS A ROCK. Even adjusting to the softest setting, it was still a very hard bed. Not terribly uncomfortable but if you don't like firm beds, you will have a hard time. Online directions were completely wrong and had us going to a wrong area to get there. Once we figured out correct exit to take, it was easy to locate hotel. There is NOTHING in the area except a small gas station so be prepared to travel if you want to get something to eat outside of the hotel resturant. Overall, it was a nice hotel but definitely not where I would ever stay at again. Lisez la suite

This hotel appeared very new. It was extremely clean. We stayed in a King room. It had a bed with adjustable firmness. It was very comfortable. Our room did not have a bath tub. It had a very nice shower, but it threw me a little curve ball since I was traveling with my 2 year old. There was not a lot right near the hotel, but it appears the area is […] under construction. Room booked through popular discount booking site. Requested King Suite, which is not guaranteed by booking site (though we've never had an issue in the past), and guest services were not able to accomodate. Thus, we got a room with 2 Queens instead (same advertised price). The room was very clean...updated...nice bathroom space and water pressure. […] The bed was very comfortable. Walls were thin, but other guests were respectful to noise levels. At about 5 am, loud knocking sound in wall that continued intermittently through the am. We assumed it was water pipes rattling as other guests began their morning showers. Location is easily accessible to highway and airport. Surrounding area is sparse on amenities. Lisez la suite

The hotel was clean and what I liked about it was that it was close to the Metrolink and we were able to go downtown without having to drive.It also had a big pond in the back that made for a nice walking trail.Shuttle drivers were on call a good portion of the time to give rides to Metrolink.Pool was indoors and very small and there was a strong order […] of chlorine otherwise not a bad Hotel. Great hotel that's affordable, comfortable, and clean, with helpful and friendly staff. Four nice treadmills in workout room, which I appreciated. Didn't eat breakfast there, but it smelled wonderful. I had a little trouble finding my 'number' on the sleep number bed, but after a little experimentation, it was great. Literally the only 'downside', if […] you can call it that, is similar to other reviewers' comments~ that there is nothing else on that exit. There is not much to the surrounding area. Liked the location overall because it was right in the middle of what we planned for the weekend. Closest gas sation I would NEVER go to, it is run down. Hotel overall was ok. I did not like the shower, the pressure was extremely weak and the water would flicker off.

My family constists of my husband myself and my two girls 3 and 7. The hilton garden inn accomidated each one of us perfectly. I would highly recomend this hotel it is very family friendly. My family and I will be staying there for every trip to St. Louis.

The location was horrible, out by itself with no surrounding restaurants. The beds were hard as rocks, the bathtub was grimy and dirty, the coffee was terrible and the "park" advertise with it was disappointing! For a Hilton I expected much better. This was a tremendous place to stay. Except for Hotel Restaurant, no close by places to eat as it's a new Hotel in a brand new business area (as of 5/11) We did use the refrigerator & coffee maker in our room, though not the microwave. We loved the INDOOR pool and hot tub, maybe most because it was 53 degrees the day we arrived. Our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn was a very nice stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The holtel was right off the interstate so very easy to find. We used the pool for a short while seemed very clean and nice. Breakfast was buffet style we had coupons that we found right there in the hotel so the price was nothing outrageous. The only complaint […] I have is the beds were very uncomfortable which most hotels Ive statyed the beds are never like your own. Over all the stay was great for the time we had to spend there.
