Nous venons de passer une semaine fin février 2012 dans ce bel apparthotel. Bien situé près de l'aéroport et pas loin de playa de las americas,il est néanmoins dans une zone touristique qui visiblement connaît la crise!! beaucoup de chantiers abandonnés ... Personnel très serviable,bonne ambiance.

Cet hôtel est un paradis pour les sejours en famille. qui plus est ne parlant pas la langue il est possible de communiquer dans notre langue d'origine ou d'essayer la communication par des mots simples en anglais ou en language des signes ! Au final je recommande expressement cet hôtel appart' qui est vrai petit paradis sur terre !

Bel hôtel. Emplacement satisfaisant avec arrêt bus très proche. Questions prestations rien à dire. Personnel souriant et à l'écoute des clients. Au départ, lu critiques sur les avions qui volent très bas, mais ce n'est vraiment pas gênant. De toutes façons c'est pareil sur une grande partie de l'île. Donc bonne note sur l'ensemble.

The stay was good. Although the pillows were very poor quality, i.e. rubber foam. The poor quality of the TV with it's limited facility, i.e. only 2 English programmes and they were just news. Plenty of programmes for Germans or French. The pools were small and the majority of recliners had towels on them all day but no one using them.

Not sure this is a 4-star hotel: decent but more like 3-starish -- cheap soap and shampoo, no beach towels (you get them against deposit), broken safe deposit box, wi fi connection is antiquated, breakfast is blah (relatively rich but most items are of below-average quality). Extremely clean and good quality rooms, swimming pool has plenty of sunbeds with a pool table outside. The entertainer is hilarious! Receptionists could be a bit more helpful but everything else about the hotel is good and an easy commute to the local towns by bus. We booked this hotel based on the reviews on various websites. There were 4 of us that traveled 2 adults and 2 older children, we went self catering so never used the dining room or it's facilities. The hotel is situated approx 15 mins in a taxi from Tenerife South airport, there are various comments about aircraft and the associated noise when reading […] the reviews, before we booked this didn't concern us, but after a week of aircraft flying over just make sure you have some ear plugs as they are arriving 24 hours per day which can start to wear a little thin after a while. The hotel is kept very clean and is well maintained. We had a large corner apartment which had 2 single beds and an L shaped sofa which converted into the childrens beds all were comfy and the linen changed frequently. We had a ground floor apartment and wish we had requested a top floor (there are 3) as we could hear every movement in the apartment above and trust me there were plenty. The bathroom and kitchen was well furnished and we didn't have any issues with either.The local amenities are not great there is a good Irish bar which serves good pub food at 6 euros and they have a happy hour where local beer is 1.5 euros a pint apart from this though there is very little within walking distance everything else is a taxi ride away. We enjoyed the hotel but wouldn't go back as felt it was slightly out of the way. Lisez la suite

We stayed at the Golf Plaza for a long weekend in Jan and were really pleased with our choice. The first thing we noticed on arrival was how clean and well kept everything was; our room was lovely with an amazing view and a seperate bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette. Very nice hotel. Staff were helpful and the hotel was kept in a good clean condition. Our room was clean and spacoius with a good view of the sea. the hotel is very close to the airport and planes do fly over head but i wouldn't let it put you off.

GOOD: Huge room - booked a twin bedroom and got a huge bedroom, big bathroom with shower and bath, also a big lounge and seperate kitchen all included! Plenty of wardrobe space and a safe in the room you can hire for 2euro a day. Outdoor area is big and spacious. Has a pool table and a games room (you have to pay to use these) and has 3 computers that […] cost 1euro for 15minutes to use. Has a bar that is open almost all day and a restaurant downstairs. Right next door to the spa and has a taxi rank and bus stop right outfront. Taxis are only 15euro from the airport to the hotel. DISAPPOINTING: 13.50euro for dinner (we did half board so wasn't included) - the food was OK. Choice of different salads, meats etc but not anything worth raving about. Its better value to go down to one of the restaurants down the road (either down the main road or down by the beach front) as they all have 3 course dinners for around 8euro! The airport is very close so you have planes flying over you almost all day - didn't hear any late at night but did get woken up by one at 7am once. The buses aren't extremely reliable so if possible definately hire a car if you can - the island is quite big and buses only come once an hour. There isn't much to do at the hotel in terms of activities. We had a relaxation massage - it was OK but not great for 28euro (25 minutes). There isn't any public transport from airport to the hotel like there is to Los Cristianos or Playas De Las Americas. Lisez la suite

We both agree that the hotel was, overall, OK, but it seemed to be very near to one of the airports, so we had planes taking off and landing at least every half hour! Thankfully this was not a problem at night, but it's not very nice to have to listen to that whilst you're trying to relax around […] the pool. With this hotel it seems you cannot pay for your meals at the time of booking (you cannot go bed and breakfast, half board, all inclusive, etc.), however this is a good thing as the food in the hotel, including breakfast, leaves a lot to be desired. Thankfully, there are three or four "supermarkets" - they are actually about the size of a corner shop - near the hotel (one of them is next door), and several very nice restaurants only half a mile away. Det var ok. Jeg er meget utilfreds over det dårlige internet forbindelse. Ud over det blev min søn på 6 år syg. Der stod at de opvarmede pollen op til 22 gråder, men den var til gengæld meget kold og min søn blev syg efter at have bedet i den. Samtidig stod på hjemmeside der at der var indendørs svømning-pol, men så fandt vi ud af at børn ikke må bede […] der. Wir waren kurzfristig auf der Suche nach einem Hotel für 5 Personen auf Teneriffa. Die Appartments sind sehr groß und geräumig - in jeder Wohnung war auch eine kleine Küche und ein großes Bad mit Wanne. Frühstücksbufett war sehr reichhaltig und o.k., 3 Pools standen zur Verfügung. In der Bewertung von anderen Gästen war zwar der Fluglärm als etwas "belastend" […] beschrieben worden, doch das ist Quatsch. Nachts gibt es ein Nachtflugverbot auf dem Flughafen und jeder Straßenlärm ist mehr als die vereinzelt anfliegenden Flugzeuge. Vi hadde sjekket hotellet på tripadviser så alt var som forventet. Vi hadde ingen måltider på hotellet. Vi likte oss svært godt. Neste gang ønsker vi rom på samme siden av bygningen (mot vest). Det var praktisk med dagligvarebutikk rett ved likeså sykkelutleie. Helt supert.

Jeg synes personalet var utroligt hjælpsomme - de af dem der kunne engelsk. Der er wifi adgang - men den kan ikke nå op til værelserne, så man skal alligevel sidde med sin computer i receptionen.

Meget fine og store lejligheder som har det fornødne indmad. Ligger meget tæt på lufthavnen så man hører på fly hele dagen, men ikke noget problematisk synes jeg. Tværtimod er det meget hyggeligt at se de store maskiner så tæt på, og vores datter sov til middag uden problemer. Lejlighederne ligger 10km væk fra de større byer så en lejebil er næsten […] et must. Men med bil er det nemt at komme til Los Christianos eller Las Amaricas og man kan holde i parkeringsområder i de store byer for små penge. Golf Plaza har parkeringskælder som man kan parkere i mod et mindre gebyr. Rengøringen var tilstrækkelig og ikke en øre mere. Nye håndklæder og tømte skraldespande hver dag men hvis du efterlader krummer på køkkenbordet så er de der også med garanti når du kommer hjem fra stranden. Vi ville gerne vende tilbage til hotellet. utrolig dejligt hotel med meget venligt personale. vi er en familie på 5 som rejser meget rundt i verden, men har sjældent oplevet så store, rummelige og dejlige værelser som disse, endda med store køkkener og terasser. det eneste minus er de hårde senge, hvor en topmadras ville være skønt. legepladsen er fin. poolområdet godt med masser af liggestole. […] restaurenten er flot og indbydende. aftenunderholdning varierende og god. spaområdet er skønt. 5-10 min gang og der er andre restaurenter ved vandet. minus kan være støj i dagtimeren fra fly til lufthavn. der er ikke mange shoppingmuligheder, men med bussen som stopper udenfor døren, tager det kun ca 15 min til los christianos. hotellet skulle begynde at se på forbedringer rundt omkring, nu hvor det er så nyt. ´Hotelpersonalet var ikke særlig imødekommende. Hotelletværelset var meget lækkert med udsigt til poolen. Poolen var dog lidt for kold. Beliggenheden er ikke optimal, da det det ligger langt væk fra Christianos by, dog er der en bus, som kun tager 10-15 min . Vi fandt selv en hyggelig by 15 min gågang fra hotellet, Abricos, super hyggelig med lidt shoppingmuligheder […] og en god tapasrestaurant. Men den bedste tapasrestaurant, lå lige ved siden af hotellet, med en super betjening. Vi tog den sidste uge ved ved place de americas, på et mindre lækkert hotel, men med en super beliggenhed ned til stranden Lisez la suite

Vi havde en uges ophold på hotellet, hvilket generelt var ok. Omgivelserne og priserne bar præg af at være udelukkende turistmiljø, med fokus på englændere. Der var ikke noget seværdigt at bruge tid på i nærområder med bortset fra en sti langs kysten. Det var pragtisk talt umuligt at bade ved stranden, da den er uvejsom med store sten og megen strøm […] og bølger, men ganske smuk at se på. Hvis du vil have ferie ved siden af poolen eller bruge den på golfbanen, er stredet velegnet, men vil du opleve Spansk kultur skal du vælge et andet sted at være. Måske nord på øen nær Santa Cruiz.
