Hotel Alcazar - Séville

Trés bon accueil du personnel tout au long du séjour, petits déjeuners copieux et variés, nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans le calme malgré les fêtes de la semaine Sainte. Pour une prochaine visite à Séville nous choisirons le même hôtel.

hotel tres bien situe mais vraiment quel manque d 'amabilite concernant le personnel!mais bon hotel bien situe mais ne merite pas le prix deboursse!

Amoureux de Séville depuis plus de 20 ans, et certainement pas à notre première visite, nous avions fait un premier séjour à l'hôtel Alcazar en cette année 2011, en février et malgré quelques petites insatisfactions concernant un membre du personnel , nous y sommes retourné, là, en juin... même personnel , et... nous y retournerons encore , car un effort […] de notre part quand à la communication (et non pas la langue) a permis de nous positionner autrement . The hotel was easy to find and located in a convenient area of town. However, our room was small (just enough room to walk around the bed) and the front desk service was lacking. We heard the front desk clerk (male) tell one American guest that they would have to pay a translation fee to translate a Spanish hotel announcement that was left in the room […] by the hotel staff. The woman behind the desk then came over to the guest and handled it without a fee. The front desk clerk was curt with Americans, friendlier with people who spoke Spanish. Location was perfect for walking to downtown and most attractions, restaurants, etc. Hotel was clean and most staff friendly. We left Sevilla for a couple days to travel elsewhere and liked the hotel enough to book another couple days there later in the week. Our first stay was on the first floor & we were able to get wi-fi in our room. The second stay […] was on the 5th floor & we had to go to the lobby for wi-fi. Defenitely value for money. Perfect location. just needed to cross the road and through some beautiful gardens I ended up in the historical city centre. Literally 7 mn away from the cathedral. The single room I was allocated was too small though.

The hotel is very centrally located with just a short walk to the sights of the city so if you want a hotel close to the tourist sights, but not actually in the tourist area so much this is a nice place. for the money, i would have expected a slightly cleaner, nicer room based on stays at other hotels within spain the last few weeks, so that aspect […] was slightly disappointing. also the walls in the hotel are very thin so at times seems like you are sharing a room with the people next door. felt like this hotel was overpriced for the quality based on recent stays at other hotels in spain. The hotel is in a central location for all major sights. A good continental breakfast is served from 7.30am. All staff were friendly and very helpful. The beds were comfortable and firm. Our room was peaceful and isolated from the noise of a busy road outside. A wide choice of nearby restaurants and tapas bars. Only drawback was stong smell of drains […] in bathroom but only in early morning. Hotel was in good location. The staff were mostly unhelpful. Left my sister and myself to struggle up steps with our suitcases. The room was very small and the bathroom even more so. The hotel safe was down in the basement at the bottom of very steep steps. When we left and wanted to leave our suitcases to collect later, they ex;pected us to struggle […] down these stairs with our cases! Very convenient location to old city center and bus routes, including airport bus stop. Very clean, nice continental breakfast. Would be nice to have wifi in the rooms, but available in the lobby.

This hotel is conveniently located for walking to the cathedral and the old town area. There are many restaurants nearby. Great location Great service Great pool

Internet was only available in the lobby and we could not get our iPad/iPhone to connect, staff was not interested in helping with that. Also, in August when temps are in the 40s, oddly they turn off the AC at about 7am and it goes back on at 1ish- so if you sleep in, you are very sweaty when you wake up! Hotel was conveniently located to sights and easy for parking our car.

It is easy to find and close walk to all the main places to see in Sevilla. Overall, a good deal for the price. Not too loud and pretty clean.

Nice enough if you get a good rate. Very clean, service is good, room is fair but not new. Bathroom is a good size but toiletries are basic. Bed and bedding is also relatively simple. Overall a very good choice for the right price. I would had preferred something in the Santa Cruz area but this hotel is close and the price was right.

Decent little hotel. Can go wrong for its location from the attractions and price. Beds could be a little better...overall great little hotel.

We found the Alcazar to be just what we wanted. It is spotlessly clean and the hotel staff and very pleasant and helpful. The continental breakfast was good and there was plenty of it. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist wirklich in Ordnung, ebenso Service und Personal; der einzige Schwachpunkt: dünne Wände, also nimmt man am Geschehen in den benachbarten Zimmern teil, und: wir hatten ein Badezimmer ohne Fenster, sodass das Raumklima zu wünschen übrig ließ.

schnell zu erreichen. Nur kurz durch einen Park und man ist schon in der Altstadt. Das Hotel liegt zwar an einer großen Straße, unser Zimmer zum Lichtschacht war aber ruhig. Leider etwas muffig. Das Frühstück war sehr continental und der Frühstückraum von einer trostlosen Modernität. Beim nächsten Mal würde ich lieber im Cafe nebenan frühstücken - warscheinlich […] billiger. Das Hotel bietet fürs Auto einen Parkhausplatz für viel Geld. In der Nähe gibt es viele Parkplätze mit Parkuhren. Beim Schlachthof(?) -auch in der Nähe- haben wir einen bewachten Parkplatz gefunden für einen Euro pro Tag. Wegen der zentralen Lage stimmte das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis des Hotels. Lisez la suite

Hotel Alcazar ligger vid en mycket trafikerad gata i Sevilla, de har satt dit extra isolerande fönster som hjälper hyfsat mot trafikljuden men inte totalt. Vi kom till Sevilla med försenat flyg mitt i natten och hade aldrig tidigare varit där, men det var definitivt lätt att hitta hotellet (vilket inte alltid verkar vara fallet bland stadens gytter […] av smågator). För oss som skulle vidare med långfärdsbuss dagen efter visade sig läget vara perfekt, bara ett par kvarter från den stora busstationen vi skulle åka ifrån (det finns två busstorg, beroende på vart du ska vidare i Spanien). Sevilla är en fantastisk stad, om man ser lite bortom de mest hysteriska turiststråken, och hotellet var kändes "fair play". Det var enkelt och rent och vi upplevde att man får vad man betalar för, så att säga. Och jag kan säga att det kändes helt okej att traska tillbaka från busstationen för att bo på samma hotell på vår väg tillbaka. Lisez la suite

A localização é muito boa. Os quartos são espaçosos. Mas, não há wi-fi no quarto.

Perfeita localização para quem vai conhecer os monumentos históricos da cidade. Muitos restauarantes, cafés e bares próximos ao hotel.

호텔 바로 옆에 터미널이 있어서 위치로는 진짜 끝내줍니다. 공항에서 공항버스타고 스페인광장쪽에서 내려 걸으시면 얼마 걷지 않고 호텔로 도착해요. 다만 호텔이 너무 오래되서 내부는 많이 실망스러울 수 있습니다. 솔직히 맨처음 들어갔을때 방에서 퀴퀴한 냄새가 났어요. 그래서 놀랬다는... 그래도 생각보다 침대는 매우 편했습니다. 깨끗하고 좋은 호텔을 원하시면 비추지만 위치나 가격은 괜찮습니다.

・アルカサル宮殿、セビリア大聖堂へは、広い道路を渡り、公園を抜け、徒歩7～8分程度で近い。スペイン広場、黄金の塔、マエストランサ闘牛場も徒歩圏内。 ・AVEが発着するセビリアの中心駅からは遠く、市内バスやタクシーで来る必要がある。なお、セビリア旧市街地とセビリア駅を結ぶ路面電車路線が建設中であり、これが完成すると駅からの利便性が増しそう。 ・セビリア空港と往復するバスの停留所や、周辺の主要都市とを結ぶ中長距離バス路線のターミナルが近い。 ・有料の無線LANが設置されている。 ・泊まった部屋にはセキュリティボックスがなかった。

Angenehmes Hotel-moderne Einrichtung und sehr gut gelegen.Zimmer etwas klein aber ausreichend. Parkgarage vorhanden,jedoch gibt es genug Parkplätze in der blauen Zone ums Hotel (sogar zur Feria genug frei). Man zahlt von 9h-14h und 17h-20h Parkschein lösen,Nachzahlung nur €4,25.-Ohne Parkschein €80.- Frühstück und guter Kaffe gleich an der Ecke. Alcazar […] usw.10 min. entfernt. Mi estancia en el hotel Alcazar ha sido muy satisfactoria. Tanto por el trato recibido como por la comodidad y limpieza de sus habitaciones. Muy destacable la ubicación del hotel Alcazar que permite desplazarse y pasear por las zonas mas centricas de Sevilla.

Accoglienza gentile, camere pulite, posizione piuttosto vantaggiosa (anche se ci sono hotel più centrali). Unica critica: prezzi abbastanza alti se si considera che non avevamo neanche la colazione inclusa. Lo consiglio a chi si vuole trattare bene, senza spendere cifre esorbitanti ma sostenute.

Hotel bien situado, buena combinación con Aeoropuerto y a dos pasos del centro. Aunque sin grandes lujos, cumple con las espectativas. Quizas el desayuno deberia mejorarse. Por lo demás, si lo que quieres es dormir después de disfrutar Sevilla durante el dia, es un hotel ideal.
