Demetra Capitolina - Rome

Hotel situé à coté de Roma Termini près des transports (bus et metro). Accueil correct, chambre propre pour ce type d'hotel ! Je le recommande pour ceux qui veulent decouvrir Rome et qui rentrent juste pour dormir !

The worst hotel I have ever seen !!!

what a horrible hotel, 6-7 o'clock in the morning carpenters hammered, talked noisy and phones were ringing all the time, the thin walls made it impossible to sleep and the staff wasn't very helpful. when we came to the hotel it turned out that we also had to share bathroom with other people, even though that information wasn't given to us beforehand. […] we had to pay an extra fee to have our own ensuite. we were suppose to stay there three nights, the second we checked out and went to stay at hotel california instead across the road, same prize - ten times nicer and better!!! I have only stayed at this one hotel in Venice so it is hard to compare against others. It doesn't compare to the inexpensive hotels that are near airports that have king beds (not two bends pushed together), big shower, new pillows (not rock solid neck breakers), and nice check in staff. It is also a pain to walk your luggage to from the train station […] (if you don't plan on a river ride there and back. It was really a big surprise to find out that our room had no aircon when the website said A/Cs were available in ALL rooms. Speaking about truth in advertising. In the middle of summer (Aug. 15/11), there was only a small fan so it was far from being comfortable at night. To add to this woe, our room was beside a tram railway so it was noisy whenever […] a tram passed by. Receptionist Marco was friendly but the other guy was not. There's also a weird smell near the reception desk and a foul smell from the common toilet in the 2nd floor so they better use air freshener there. Our room was clean, though, and the hotel was near the Termini so its location was perfect. We'd been to Paris, Brussels, etc. but we found this hotel's price unreasonable if you summarize what it had to offer. It should be priced at least 10 euros less per night. You could consider it with a very tight budget & for a stay of a few days but otherwise, you may look elsewhere. Lisez la suite

the room was very basic and clean. the bathroom was small with a shower-head over the toilet, but the water pressure was great and the water was hot. Also the location was great and i felt very safe. It was an easy walk to the metro, bus, restaurants and close to great sites. we did not opt for the breakfast but instead went to a nearby supermarket […] and bought breakfast instead. We stayed for 3 nights in June, 2011. The hotel was in a good location. The hotel room was fair for the price especially as the hotels in the neighbourhood are all expensive. The staff were not at all helpful and seemed that the work they were doing behind the counter was more important than attending to their clients. They charged my card for one night […] in advance when I told them I would pay them cash on the day we arrived. Although they say in their literature 'thank you for your stay and for your trust' it seems they don't have any trust in anyone else. The shower did not drain the water very well and as a result the bedroom and adjoining hall was flooded. The manager blamed us for their problem. Overall the service and attitude of the hotel was poor and I would not recommend this hotel to any one. Lisez la suite

WE LIKE THI HOTEL

Hallway smelled weird, but our room was clean. Location very close to Termini station. Easy walk to Ancient Roman sights. Staff was friendly. Not recommended if you need absolute silence to sleep: street noise was very loud.

Our stay was awful! The front desk woman was rude when we arrived. The room was very cold and the bed and pillows were the hardest I've ever felt. The bathroom consisted of a toilet, bidet, sink and shower (without any stall) within a 4'x6' area! The proximity to the train station was nice, but homeless people and groups of possible pick-pocketers outside […] of the hotel was not. I'd recommend spending an extra $10-20 and going somewhere else, it's worth it!! Lisez la suite

The accommodation provided by Terni Hotel in Rome was perfectly adequate. It is nothing fancy but if you are looking for a nice, safe, inexpensive room in a great location, this is a good place. There are many restaurants around and only 2 blocks from Termini Station.

ottima posizione, zona circostante tranquilla, personale gentile però l'unica grande pecca del bagno che abbiamo trovato noi nella nostra stanza.. era esageratamente piccolo, non ci stava neanche il piatto doccia e si faceva la doccia con i piedi per terra con l'acqua che andava a bagnare tutto. Bagno pessimo.

Мне понравился отель,очень приятный персонал,все говорят по-английски,довольно удобные номера со всеми удобствами и удобное расположение отеля,рядом с вокзалом термини и многими достопримечательностями

Tened cuidado, bueno no es que haya peligro, pero lo cierto es que las habitaciones que aparecen en las fotografías del hotel no tienen nada que ver con la realidad, el hotel es bastante viejo y, aunque es cierto que parecia que lo estaban reformando poco a poco, a nosotros nos toco la parte que aun no lo estaba. La habitación tenia el mismo aspecto […] que el que hubiera tenido hace treinta años, sin aire acondicionado, con un baño algo peculiar. Por otro lado el servicio es bastante bueno, no tengo queja alguna. Las inmediaciones del hotel son tranquilas, aunque puedes ver a algun raterillo dando algun tirón. El hotel esta bien situado si vas a visitar Roma por tu cuenta, tiene cerca la estación de Termini desde donde puedes ir a cualquier lado ya sea en tren, metro, tranvia, autobus... Lisez la suite

Godt for pengene. Men der måtte godt have været air kondition da det var 35 grader.

Old decroation , bad toilet with no shower box. No air conditioning, only a small fan placed in the room. My room faces the tram rail side and underneath is restaurant, it is noisy at night. There are insects in the room and overall the environment is bad. The price is too high for such bad hotel.

駅からは５分弱で分かりやすい場所です。近くにもレストランはたくさんあります。デメリットはトイレ、シャワーがもの凄く窮屈なぐらいのスペースの中に存在してますのでシャワーを使用するとトイレが必ず濡れて毎回便座を拭くことになります。部屋によってはトラムの線路の横の部屋なので朝方は６時ごろからかなりうるさく起こされます。エレベーターも古いタイプです。料金は安い方だとは思いますが次は違うホテルを選びます。

Veldig god service. Rent sengetøy + bad. Ingenting å klage på. Veldig lave priser. Ligger i hyggelig gate. Gangavstand til "alt".

Dit hotel is hard aan een flinke renovatie toe. Het enige wat goed was op onze kamer was het matras. Dit is blijkbaar pas nieuw. De ligging vlak bij het Termini station is handig. Jammer dat de metro pal langs het hotel loopt. Personeel niet vriendelijk. Ontbijt geen tien euro waard.

Helt greit hotell for de som ikke nødvendigvis trenger å være på hotellrommet hele oppholdet. Virker ganske trygt, hotellet har stålgitter med ringeapparat som du må benytte for å komme inn i resepsjonen fra gata. Ta med sov-i-ro hvis du har vindu mot trikkeskinna og restauranten som ligger klin inntil ene hotellveggen, ganske heftig bråk hele døgnet, […] hvis man ikke spanderer på seg air condition og dermed kan lukke vinduet. Hele badet fungerer som dusjkabinett, så legg inn litt ekstra tid til å tømme badet før du dusjer og til å evt rekonstruere det etterpå. Frokost var ikke inkludert under vårt opphold, så den vet jeg ingenting om. Nærhet til buss/metro/taxi er et pluss, i tillegg er det mange rimelige restauranter i området. Som sagt; helt greit, bare tull å bruke penger på hotell i en by som er full av kultur, pizza, øl, kaffe og is, peis på! Lisez la suite

not a good experience and I really dislike the so called bathroom. anyway, the only one good reason to stay there is that the place is close to the train station.

We only spent one night in Rome on our way to Naples after a late flight, so we wanted a low budget room close to the Termini station. The room was a bit worn but neat, clean and spacious. We had a shared bathroom which was fine, but there was also a sink in the room. We were prepared to the noise from the outside with earplugs and slept very well. […] We knew that a tram goes on the street next to the hotel, and our room was also next to the stairway and there were people coming and going, so the earplugs proved to be of use. The staff at the hotel was friendly and helpful and we could leave our luggage by the reception after check-out to take a walk around town before our train left to Naples. I would recommend this hotel as a cheap, clean and safe place to stay for a night or two, but for a longer stay in Rome I would probably choose to stay somewhere else. Lisez la suite

Et 2-stjernet hotel med det der er brug for, nemlig seng og bad. Glimrende til prisen.
