hotel tres bien situe, mais chambre petite ,climatisation super bruyante et refrigerateur egalemment tres bruyant , dommage ! Par contre un personnel super attentif.

Agréable moment pas de désagréments majeurs , bien que nous n'y ayons passés que deux nuits séparés , c'était correct idéal pour les gens qui doivent faire une escale d'une nuit s'ils doivent partir en croisière !

Quelques précisions sont à apporter sur le descriptif de cet hôtel, ainsi que les évaluations déjà postées. 1°-le parking se limite à 2 places,qui st tt le tps occupés par la gérante et son homme à tout faire, donc on se gare dans la rue, qd il y a de la place. 2°-c'est la 1ère fois que je vois une gérante d'hôtel sortir les clés des chambres de sa […] poche de pantalon et non d'une armoire à clé.c'est également la 1ère fois,que j'arrive à ma chambre, et que la porte est grande ouverte... 3°-je cherche encore le coffre fort... 4°-1er contact avec la propreté, l'état du pdj, disposé dans le hall d'acceuil(environ 15m²)sans table ni chaise, juste un bout de pain sur une table basse, avec des restes de melon du matin à l'air libre et une cafetière... 5°-2ème contact avec la propreté, les draps sales Jamais trop exigeants, c'est la 1ère fois que nous prenons aussi vite nos jambes à notre cou...pour aller dormir ailleurs... "Worth the paid money"
As I staid in two hotels in Miami Beach during this trip, I can tell you, that this hotel is worth the money I paid compering with another one which was more expensive and very dirty. Hi there, I thought that the hotel was run down and quite old. However it was clean but very dated. The owner was very pleasant and helpful. I have a phobia about bed bugs so we checked the room thoroughly before placing anything on the bed. I was very thankful to discover no signs whatsoever of bed bugs past or present. stayed here during Art Basel Miami Beach, and it was GREAT at less than a hundred a night - it's about a fifteen minute walk north of the NADA fair at the Deauville so up beyond the craziness of south beach in a fairly quiet neighborhood, the room was clean and very comfortable, it's directly across the street from the bus stop so for $2 you can either […] take the bus down to the island side fairs, or across the causeway to the mainland fairs (beats the heck outta dropping $35 to get to the wynwood district fairs or hoping that the fair shuttlebuses won't be packed), it's right around the corner from Walgreens at 74th and collins plus several small markets which makes getting sundries for the fairs much easier, as well as a handful of fast food places and a great burger joint called "burgers & shakes", also at at 74th and collins - for the price you are NOT going to find a better hotel on the island side, just hellishly noisy places further south Lisez la suiteAvis véridique Hotels.com

Quaint small boutique hotel with a shady looking exterior but clean and nostalgic lobby and rooms. The huge problem is parking. They have three parking spaces on the hotel property. This was actually clean little hotel. The lady at the front desk was very friendly but perhaps a little dingy. There was no ice bucket in the room. I had to walk down the hall to fill our cups with ice.I had to ask for drinking cups and received a mismatched pair of cups that looked like the had been left by someone else. "1 Woche Baltic Hotel und immer wieder!"
Wir sind ziemlich spät (00.00 Uhr) am Hotel eingetroffen, aber der Check-In war kein Problem, da die Rezeption, obwohl kleines Hotel, dauerhaft besetzt ist. Nachts ist immer ein junger Mann an der Rezeption und Tagsüber die Hotelbesitzerin. Eine ältere Dame, welche aber total lieb ist und immer für eine kleine Unterhaltung zu haben ist. Bei Fragen stehen […] die 2 immer zu Verfügung und geben gute Unternehmungstipps. Ein kleines Frühstück ist kostenlos inbegriffen (Kaffee, Baguette, Hörnchen, Nutella, Wurst, Käse). Nicht empfehlenswert für gute Frühstücker! Die Zimmer sind sauber und bieten bequeme Betten. Außerdem TV, kostenloses schnelles W-lan, Kühlschrank, Fön, Telefon, Mikrowelle und ganz wichtig für Leute mit Mietwagen, wie wir, kostenloses Parken direkt im Hof oder an der Straße. Bei anderen Hotels kostet das ganze gern mal 30$ pro Nacht. Eine Bushaltestelle mit den besten Verbindungen nach South Beach und Downtown ist auch direkt vor der Tür. (Bus kostet 2$ pro Linie egal wohin) Die Umgebung des Hotels ist auch für jüngere super. Obwohl unser Zimmer an der Straße lag, war es immer ruhig. 3min bis zum Strand, welcher ziemlich ruhig ist. South Beach wo alle guten Partys steigen kann man super mit dem Bus erreichen und zurück mit dem Taxi kostet auch grad mal 20$. (ca 15€). In der Nähe sind auch viele Lebensmittelgeschäfte welche 24h geöffnet haben und kleinere Restaurants. Also sehr empfehlenswert das Hotel und Umgebung!! Lisez la suiteAvis véridique Expedia
