Le service est excellent et le personnel est très réactif. La chambre est très bien équipé. Un petit détail, le sèche cheveux est dans le tiroir sous la glace dans la chambre et non pas la salle de bain.

The Chinese quarter lies only a few blocks away and the main tube-station stands right at the corner. Really nice. My only critic: the Internet connection is not free (and even quite expansive). I travel quite a lot in hotels of equivalent or slightly higher standards and this is not acceptable. Apart from that, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This was a nice hotel to stay in, and given the price, it's a good deal in Singapore. The location was convenient, close walking distance to two MRT lines and a few museums. "Nice new clean hotel"
Nice, new clean hotel. The rooms are very tasty, though perhaps a bit small. Note that this hotel seems to try to run with the bare minimum number of staff. This has some unusual effects like for example that there's no room service. But the restaurant is open 24H and has take-out, so you'll have to go down to the restaurant and pick up the food yourself! […] We don't recommend it though: We tried 5 of the "Tastes" dishes, and didn't really like any of them. It's supposed to be Singaporean cuisine though, so locals might appreciate it more than we did. The hotel is very well located about two minutes from Bugis street and Little India. There is a lot to do in the neighborhood, However the rooms are small and have minimal amenities. From check-in to check-out, this hotel was pleasurable. The staff at the front desk is very attentive. I was checked-in within 10 minutes. The room was extremely clean. The public areas were clean as well. Great security! A room key is needed to make the elevators work. THE EATS: I wanted to eat right away, so I ate in the hotel restaurant. The food […] was good and the staff there were accommodating. Keep in mind, there are many food choices in the neighborhood. From Burger King to fine dining. THE NEIGHBORHOOD: The IBIS is also close to Bugis Street and Sim Lim Square shopping. Sim Lim Square is 6 levels of electronics shopping! It is also close to Little India and the CBD. GETTING THERE: The IBIS is about a half hour from Changi Airport by MRT on the EW (Green) MRT line. Get off the MRT at the Bugis station. BE AWARE If you take a taxi from the airport There are people at the door directing you to the next available taxi. They may try to guide you to a Chrysler 300 or Mercedes taxi. The only thing we didn't like was the lack of any storage space for our clothes and toiletries. Not one drawer, a tiny closet, and two small shelves in the bath. Otherwise very good. Great location - just a short stroll to Bugis street market, several nice department stores and Little India. Hop ON/Off bus just a short walk down Bencoolen street. Two […] major Temples across the street - one Hindu and one Buddhist. Lot's of food courts and restaurants nearby. Great inexpensive Thai restaurant across Street (Lemon). Overnight in singapore for only 12 hrs so we only needed somewhere to sleep. The hotel has that antique feel to it with some of the original structure being a part of the decor. The Ibis was a great hotel to stay in. It is relatively new and very well maintained although the room is a little compact. The location is close to the Bugis MRT station and it is a easy walk to many sites in the Colonial District and Little India. Good onsite laundry facilities. The area isn't as clean as the downtown but the convenience makes up […] for it. The MRT crowding can be a little overwhelming at first but the efficiency makes up for that. If you want to buy some groceries or other necessities cross over Rochor Canal to Sungei Road and turn left to the first mall to the supermarket in the basement - much better selection and prices than the local Seven Elevens.
