Excellently clean. A nice hotel. Walking around 5minutes from MRT which is still acceptable given the other merits.

We stayed for 3 nights and found the room very clean and comfortable, also modern. It was conveniently located and we would definitely recommend the hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at Ibis Hotel on Bencoolen. The hotel is new and rooms are clean. All service from hotel staff is very good. Snacks served at hotel's restaurant are excellent and reasonably priced. There is a bus that goes to Orchard Road directly from hotel's front door which is very convenient. Amenities in our room could be a little better, such […] as the lack of hand towels (16" X 26") in the bathroom, no drawers in any furniture in the room and not enough TV chanels to watch. Small room but comfy - the only complaint is the sketchy wifi that drove me crazy

In all, I would give it full marks, except for only the rooms entertainment could be better....bigger tv & a stereo system. Surprisingly thou, no bottled mineral water!

This is a three star hotel but the room is smaller than I would have expected, and quite spartan. In common with the other Ibis's I've stayed in the bathroom is very small. The location is ok but it is not right next door to transport - the nearest MRT is Dhauby Graut about a 5 minute walk away. Even though renovated, not a nice part of town. Attractive decor but dining or coffee too expensive to enjoy the experience. Eateries around hotel not pleasant. We were short changed within the first hour of arriving. Be very careful

the best thing about the hotel is the excellent location. Bugis MRT station is barely 600 m away. Bugis market is also there itself. Good Indian food again at a walking distance not forgeting Mustafa super market there too.. Rooms are small leaving little space for movement but they are well maintained and clean.

Reasonable rates and a good location. Helpful staff.

Small room but clean. Very nice staff. 4, 5 blocks from MRT so it's not too convenience. For the price u defintely can get better elsewhere. Would recommend this only if the price is 20% lower.

A very reasonably priced hotel of good quality clean and well maintained. Good breakfast buffet and very good for lunch, a bit limited for dinner but plenty of restaurants in area. Small bar but adequate. Overall I would recommend it as value for money

Could not find anything bad with hotel except that they could not fix the AC not working properly for 4 days of my stay! Everything else is fine and infact better than other hotels in Singapore. Rooms are small but well lighted and well designed. Very good location with Bugis MRT close by.

We had a nice stay in this hotel. The location is quite convenient, just around 10 mins walk from to Bugis MRT station. The surrounding has many restaurants, shops and food center. The room is clean and tidy although not very spacious. Bed is comfortable and room facility is good enough for stay includes free internet, shower, hair dryer, mini bar, […] fridge, etc. However, the internet signal is rather weak. A good hotel for traveling on less than State Dept per diem rates. Rooms are modern and have amenities above what typical Ibis Hotels have, though layout and size are the same. Multinational electrical plugs and USB ports, tea kettle and fridge are pluses. Neighborhood is very convenient to govt offices.

As the title suggests, there's nothing particularly terrible about this hotel except that rooms are small and not aesthetically appealing. They feel cheap like most Ibis--would certainly be luxurious if you've been backpacking just prior; but if you've stayed in some of Singapore's finer hotels it will be a letdown. We stayed 5 nights at the Ibis Hotel in Singapore as we chose it for its convenience to Orchard Rd shopping on one side and little India shopping on the other all within easy walking distance from the Hotel and also conveniently located to the wonderfully efficient MRT rail system. Fast check-in experience, clean & comfortable room. Only thing is can hear sounds from the corridor (people talking and doors closing) If only the door were sound proof. Overall is satisfied with the hotel.

Very satisfied. Stayed New Year's eve and found it to be very clean and pleasant room with comfortable bed. Also very convenient with a large 7-eleven store next door! Free Wifi and parking inclusive. I would definitely recommend it to others.

We did a two-night stopover in Singapore and this hotel lived up to our expectation. No luxury, but flawless service and cleanliness. On the downside, we found the bed a bit hard, but other than that we were happy.

Not expect many things, just clean bed. No fridge, no teethbrush, only minimum to stay. Should be cheaper.

It is good, clean, good location and with reasonable price.

Great hotel with excellent amenities flor its class, very close to shopping, entertainment, restaurants and cultural attractions in downtown Singapore and easily accesible by Mass Rapid Transit, bus and taxi to other Singpaorian venues. Also very walkable to many locations. Price for value is excellent.

very pleased that the hotel is a few steps away from bugis village, 7/11 beside it and small eating shops in the vicinity. staff are accomodating, friendly and efficient --- i commend especially the hotel guards, cleaners, reception and tour desks. rooms are a bit small, but comfortable. cheery color scheme and uncluttered -- important hotel info is […] in a two-sided brochure rather than in thick folders, no unecessary promotional materials for tours etc. . we checked in at midnight, staff looked tired and no one offered to help take us and our luggage to our room, not like in other hotels. however, perhaps one could request for this service. free copies of newsweek in the reception area is an extra nice touch. Very trendy new renovation, clean hotel. Quite small room. There is 7-11just in Front of the hotel. 2 n a half block from MRT. Very convenient. .will stay again

This was the final night of about 20 days on the road. Without a doubt, the best accommodation of my trip. The room was so clean, fresh and bright. I had a brief conversation with Pang on the sixth floor to thank her for making my stay so very pleasant. The breakfast too was fantastic. Keep up the good work.

Great hotel and value for money. The service we received was impressive and staff were helpful and courteous. The room was small, but since we only stayed in the hotel to sleep it didnt bother us much. Other than that it was quite clean and adequate. excellent location. room was basic but clean. staff were polite and helpful.

The positives for the hotel are its location, professional staff, cleanliness of the room, and food in the resturant. The hotel is ideally situated with a seven eleven in the same block and a mall two block away. There is an MRT station across from the mall which was really convenient. The area around the hotel has lots of cheap places to eat. I ate […] at the resturant once and the food was pretty good. But the best place to eat is this awesome coffee place right around the corner. One slight negative was that the room was kind of small; adequate but small. But all in all an excellent place to stay in, if you want to explore Singapore. The hotel Ibis is a low cost value hotel for Singapore, suitable for short stays or short business trips. The staff is young and friendly but the hotel lacks atmosphere. The restaurant is good value also but if I wanted a romantic few days in Singapore i would go somewhere else!

This hotel was just within a reasonable walking distance to Orchard Ave and the Hop off and On buses. Service was good and free stand up internet in the foyer was handy. Breakfast on each of the three days we stayed seemed to be very disorganized as cereal, fruit, and yoghurt etc, where not replaced as they became empty, they even ran out of coffee […] and mike on one day, many table where left uncleared, each day we would have had breakfast around 10.am. The rooms were very clean but a bit small. The location was very close to all the main attractions via short taxi. Definitely would recommend for the casual traveler looking for a clean and comfortable stay while in Singapore.

My boyfriend and I had 24hrs in singapore and chose this hotel based on its location. It did not disappoint. It was close to the metro, a 24hr food court just around the corner,, perfect for our late check-in and walking distance to orchard street. The hotel room was clean, staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel is 5 minutes from Bugis MRT station and easy enough to find. Check in was simple even though it was always busy. The room was relatively small but very clean, comfortable and had all the bits you would want (coded safe, kettle, nice bathroom, hairdryer, mini fridge) Great value for money and a decent base point to explore Singapore. The MRT […] is very easy and cheap to use and is extremely clean. As our trip was in July and it was extremely hot, I would recommend using this as your main way of exploring the city rather than walking, although you could walk to some sightseeing spots from the hotel as it is close enough to Raffles etc. Lisez la suite
