The hotel room smelled like the room was growing mold. The wireless service was very poor. One of two connections was a very good signal put it would not hood up to the internet. The other would hook up to the internet put was a weak connection. The only ice machine on the property was not working the wholw week. I need to save money on this trip so […] I stayed at this hotel because I had to because of budget requirements. I would never stay there again. Lisez la suite
"Super 8 Hanford - bare basics, but adequate"
It was a small room, but reasonably well maintained. The only problem we had was that the room key did not work after the first couple of uses, but that was fixed very quickly. The owners were very nice and responsive to any requests.

This motel is in a rough neighborhood. The room was clean, but smelled bad enough that the windows needed to stay open all night. The heater/AC unit was noisy. Wouldn't recommend it unless you've run out of other options. Plenty of other motels in area, but not listed by hotels.com?

We enjoyed our stay. The continental breakfast, though, ain't nuttin but carbos, no protein at all.

Wasn't very happy with the stay was promised continental breakfast didn't get it . Was told door opened at 7:00am didn't opened I had to go to work wanted something quick to go but to no availability they shouldn't post notices of what they will provide iwithout any compensation of any type on your room statement

The towels were all dark like it had been repeatedly used and wash for a long period of time. There were roaches & bugs on the bed. The tub was not cleaned. The office had a spicy smell like a curry. Customer service needs improvement immediately.

I used to live in Hanford, and since this property was acquired by Super 8, many improvements have been made. Easy to use wifi, with excellent signal strength. Good value for the money.

When I discovered where this hotle was i tried not to let the location bother me. However, when I entered my room for the first time i was horrified. The stench was absolutely horrible. I had to grab the febreeze from my car before I could be comfortable in there. The bed was as hard as stone and the pillow paper thin. quiet. about a mile east of "downtown" Hanford (just east of 10th). Last bus (#3) on week nights is at 9pm (hourly) so if you take the last southbound San Joaquim Amtrak train you will wait about 20 minutes for transportation. Opposite side of town from most points of interest (mall, GMT games, ...)

Had to go to Hanford for a sudden funeral. I didn’t have the address when I got to Hanford but I thought I’d have no problem getting the location. This motel is not listed with 411 or my GPS. Called a Super 8 in another town to get a location and got a street name. Finally found it. Room was cold with no thermostat. Smelled like a recent smoking room. […] Since I need a good night’s sleep for the trip home, I’d consider another hotel. Lisez la suite
"Not nice"
The first room they gave me smelled horrible. It made me gag. They moved me to another room, which didn't smell great, but at least better than the first. The hotel is in kind of a shady area of town. Unfortunately, there are not very many options in Hanford, so I had to stay there, but will not be returning.

clean hotel,clean room. We paid for two queens, we got two doubles. Also the deadbolt did not work.

"Just Ok"
The hotel needs some up-dateing. I was disappointed in the room. If you need a place to sleep just overnight and a hot shower, that is all this place is good for. And you don't mind flaws like stained towels, dirty windows with stickers still on them from the manufactuor. I will admit that the bed was really comfortable or I was just that tired.

I would not recommend staying here. It is in the part of town that is sort of run down. There are better places to stay in better parts of town.
104 deg and all the elec. is shute off in the rooms. lights didn't work in the bathroom or sink area, towels are rough and old (strings hanging off and frayed. The cont. breakfest was not even worth the visit. The ice mech. was a cooler in the lobby (broke) The best thing was there were no Bed bugs

"Wouldn't return"
My boyfriend and I have been traveling cross-country so we have stayed in many hotels, a lot of which were Super 8 Motels. This one was by far the worst. When we got there the room smelled horrible. It was also really hot and the air conditioner barely worked. Then when we went to take a shower the shampoo and conditioner were used, yuck.
"Way beyond our expectations!"
The registration desk personnel were polite and friendly. They handed us the key to our room. The A/C was turned on because it was a hot day and it was pleasant to go inside. The three things I look for I had, clean room, clean towels, hot, functioning shower. The room was large and comfortable with an oversize king bed, I think it was a Cal King. Everything […] was fine. We had some questions about a local destination later and they helped us out extensively. The breakfast was surprisingly good. I had expected a danish and coffee but we got toast, fresh fruit, butter, jam and Danish! I have to say it was well beyond our expectations and we will be staying there again as we have to travel there on business occasionally. Lisez la suite

"Milk"
There was a bottle of milk left in the unpluged frige. Light were burned out. I would sugest that the staff look through the rooms a little more closely.

This Hotel is owned by one family and that's all that works there. They need to finish updating the place. It has potential and it's ok for the price.
"Mixed emotions"
The hotel was very clean, it appeared to have been been remodeled recently. However, there was just enough toilet paper for one use; there were two bath towels, one was very torn in one corner and the other towel was not too far behind; the comforter had cigarette burns( I was in non-smoking room); the wireless for the Internet was very weak in my room […] and it kept fading in and out; it wasn't a Continental breakfast, it was barely a snack.
