Pour nous c'était le luxe! L'hotel est une succession de grandes maisons de 3 niveaux, chacun ayant sa terrasse privée avec vue sur le Golf et la végétation tropicale. Un vrai appartement décoré comme dans les magazines (entrée, cuisine américaine électro kitchen aid, grand salon)la baie vitrée donne accès à la terrasse privée. 2 salles de bain (tous les produits sont fournis:dentifrice gel douche shampoing après shampoing et lait hydratant) et une immense chambre. La piscine à côté de la réception est grande avec de multiples chaises longues et jacuzzi(les serviettes sont fournies). Le restaurant de l'hotel est très bon, le menu enfant est très bien).Le Spa et la salle de sport en haut de la réception sont très luxueux. Attention cependant, nous sommes à 20 min en voiture de Miami beach, et à côté de l'aéroport (mais on n'entend pas du tout les avions)

Satisfait de tout, sauf peut être de la superficie de la chambre et du lit, qui sont vraiment minuscules

Nous y avons passé deux nuits au début de notre autotour. Hôtel calme, propre. Personnel sympathique et disponible. Petit-déjeuner complet. A proximité de l'US 1 pour rejoindre les principales attractions de Miami. Très bon rapport qualité/prix. A recommander.

NE PAS SE FIER AUX COMMENTAIRES PRECEDENTS l'hotel est génial les réceptionistes super accueillant et qui parlent francais (1sur3). Les chambres sont spacieuses et tres bien equipées. Les 2 jaccuzis sont au top! Certes il y a une taxe de séjours de 60$ non mentionnées mais a part sa tout était parfait. Hotel tres bien situé a 50 metres des bars et en meme temps l endroit est calme. Seul Hic des vacances lorsque vous louez une voiture bien faire attention au stationnement on ne peut quasiment se garer nul part les parcmètres proposent une durée de stationnement courte et si vous dépassez de 2min vous avez une amende a 90% je parle en connaissance de cause..(18$ a regler sous 1 semaine sinon 48$) des parkings payant et surveillés sont proposés mais 30$ minimum la journée...les fourrieres tournent 24h/24 et la facture s'élève a 300$ prenez garde! Hotel a conseillé vivement 4.5/5

Le train Metromover dessert le stade AmericanAirlines Arena, le centre commercial Bayside Marketplace, le quartier financier Brickell Avenue, le Miami Art Museum et de nombreuses autres attractions centrales. Pas grand chose à redire de cet hôtel : il tient le niveau annoncé. Voiturier (comptez 34$ la nuit), service bagages, accueil et réception irréprochables. Les chambres sont magnifiques, spacieuses, impeccables, insonorisées, et finement décorées. La piscine est magique (parmi les 5 plus belles du monde), environ 100 mètres de long (avec un bar qui peut […] vous servir votre conso dans l'eau), des transats, et une vue incomparable sur Miami Downtown depuis le 15ème étage. A couper le souffle ! Le quartier est plutôt triste le soir (c'est le centre économique de la ville, comme dans toute ville américaine), mais la Brickell Plaza, à 2 blocs de là, est très sympa (plein de restos/bars animés) Mention spéciale au club 50, la boîte de nuit "select" de l'hôtel, très prisée, au 50ème étage de la tour, avec piscine et terrasse. "VICEROY = PARFAIT"
Le staff de l'hotel est d'une gentillesse et d'un professionnalisme très haut niveau. L'hotel est conforme à un cinq étoiles à tous les niveaux, chambres, restaurant et installations. Il est possible de rester tout un week-end sans sortir de l'hotel car avec la piscine, la salle de sport, les salle de détente (billard, cine privé etc.) tout est fait […] pour un séjour parfait. Les prix sont très compétitifs et l'hotel est proche de tout. Et l'hôtel offre des détails très agréable . internet gratuit, cuisinette haut de gamme, lit super confort. Better hotels in the direct vacinity with more apealing amenaties, nice room with an awkward view, room was still a little small for what you would expect from a destination that touts high caliber of experience

"The Viceroy Miami"
Wow-factor hotel! The King Deluxe was exquisite. A little overpriced, and ammenities like valet parking are not inlcuded, which I would have expected, for the amount we paid for a one-night stay.

Nice hotel, good sized bathroom but poor lighting. Pool area is expansive but often shaded by the three blocks around it. Easy walk to some good restaurants and the Bayside, would stay there again.

The hotel common areas are not air-conditioned, so be prepared to sweat from your hotel room to the lobby. The rooms are dark, but very nice.

I would never stay at this place. decore is dreadfull, i you were not depressed when you got there, you are sure to be depressed when you leave. Room service cost $80 for 2 salads and 2 small plates of coocked veggies. I would never stay at this place ever.

"Great Stay"
Truly awesome and beautiful hotel. It's far from South Beach so expect a $30 taxi every time but its a great place to stay if you're staying or working in the downtown area. I highly recommend it.

I stayed at both the nearby Epic and Viceroy while in Miami and both were great hotels. The only downside to them is their location which is about a $20 cab ride to South Beach. Having said that, the area they are in is quite nice. I have two lasting memories of the Viceroy. A positive memory is the beautiful pool and fantastic gym facilities that […] are up on the roof. I would have been thrilled with the view from the gym in my room. It really was that good. My other lasting memory was going to the restaurant in the Viceroy which was probably the most over-priced meal I had in my four weeks in the US. Not a common hotel room, custom furniture, bath fixtures, extreme luxury. Tranquil ambiance, perfect lighting, over the top at a great price. Can't wait to go again.

We had a great stay at the Viceroy and would come again. The only negative was lots of street noise from outside. Fabulous meal in the restaurant with a nice view of Miami.

We stayed at the Viceroy twice within one week. The 15th floor is great, with the infinity pool and all the lounge chairs--really great atmosphere.
"July 4th getaway 3 night stay"
Our family of 3 including a 4 year old stay regularly in Miami/Miami Beach for weekends and we have stayed in many hotels from the W to the National and decided to try the Viceroy for a change from the Beach scene. As part of the Icon complex you get more for your $$. The Icon complex consists of 3 towers including residences which cost over 1 billion […] to build, the hotel is only a part of this complex. The pool area on the 15th floor (hotel building is 50) has a huge area and offers spectacular views of the Bay of Biscayne etc. We liked that you had a choice of loungers and full beds around the pool and just off the pool these have canopies to get out of the sun. There was no charge for these, take your pick of what is avialable, unlike many premium hotels that can charge $$$ extra. Our room on the 6th floor overlooked downtown, we had the King Deluxe which was excellent had a large bathroom and small kitchenette with sink, mini refrigerator and microwave. A previous reviewer complained about the beds, they are soft but comfortable. The room was spotless and all the staff were friendly and efficient. There is only one restaurant in the hotel (pricey) and the Icon coffee shop by the pool. Across the street there a 2 nice cafes as an alternative. Valet parking is extra and I did not see an alternative, this is pretty much the norm for Miami and S.Beach. A previous reviewer complained about the time to get their car, and I noted this and asked for the vehicle 20 mins. in advance which worked out about right. They say 10 minutes but allow 20! You can walk to Bayside in 10 minutes, which has a lot of restaurants, shops and entertainment as well as many boat tours. We would also recommend Jungle Island as a great excursion. All in all this is a great hotel and offers terrific value. Only a few minutes drive to the beach. (as long as you have your own vehicle). Lisez la suite

"definite pros and cons"
we have stayed here 3 times now - both for business and pleasure. the room was good size, clean and really comfortable and we also like the location. but we were there over a weekend and it was SO LOUD thru the middle of the night which must have been people coming home from the club upstairs - people loud in the hallways (drunk talk, slamming room […] doors), and even though we were on the top floor we could hear the noise of people leaving outside as well. the pool are is fantastic! however, the tiles around the pool are so SLIPPERY - we literally witnessed one person wipe out, crack his head and the ambulance had to come and we saw several other people nearly do the same thing each day. don't understand why they would have tiles like that because it must happen a lot. room service is hit or miss - we only had breakfast but one time it was extremely salty and the other time they forgot half of our order. as of now we are sort of on the fence whether or not we will stay there next time - we really like it but was just hard to get any good sleep with the noise. Wow, what a place, what a room I had You must have a balcony over looking the water. I had suite upgraded for Free. Spotless, beautiful, The bed so comfortable. The service was great !!! Dog Friendly with a great dog park attached. Great restaurants around there. A dream, signed hotel snob.

THE HOTEL WAS A WONDERFUL SURPRISE FOR THE MONEY. MY DAUGHTER AND I FIRST CHECKED IN TO THE FOUR DIAMONDS SHERATON IN MIAMI BEACH. THE LOBBY WAS GREAT BUT THE ROOMS WERE HORRIBLE. "Relaxing Getaway"
Because Hotels.com gave us such a great discount we were given a room in the residential part of the hotel, which was even better because we had access to the whole hotel. The service was still great and we had an even better view (43rd floor). This hotel is great for adults, the pool area is very quiet and serene and there are barely any families with […] children. The food and room service was delicious just be aware that they add gratuity to everything! Even when you just request water and ice. Viceroy Miami is an amazing hotel! It is beautifully designed, clean, comfortable, and in a great location. I didn't even take my rental car out of valet during my stay, plenty of places were within walking distance. The staff was friendly, easy check in and out. Fast valet service. I stayed in a 2 bedroom suite on the condo side. Amazing views, amazing […] windows, quiet (even with Club 50 being in the same building.) Loved having a full kitchen as well. Viceroy Miami good. Biggest exception: the expensive ($30 per day), rather slow, valet parking. Rooms comfortable, extremely clean. Room service good, hotel staff very good, courteous.
