Nous avons passé 4 jours en famille dans un appartement très bien placé très confortable, très propre, décoration adéquate.... Seul bémol le bruit à partir de 22h00 provenant du resto-concert (cuisine très bonne - style américain) pouvant aller jusqu'au petit matin !

Appart'hôtel refait à neuf. Grande chambre, Cuisine équipée séparée, rien n'y manquait. Calme, pratique à proximité de deux métros, d'un tram et d'une ligne de bus. We were a group of 9 male fifty somethings. The accommodation was basic but very clean. Two of the group were not keen to share a double bed, but this was sorted with a phone call. It was well situated with lots of bars etc close by.

This place was a really good finding in Berlin, we like to stay in apartments to have the freedom to cook, have some extra space for conversations after our daily meetings and overall more room to relax. We found all this in the apartment. The place is HUGE, very good for the limited space normally found in Germany and other European countries. We stayed in the apartment at the beginning of 2013. It was easy to contact the staff on arrival who were friendly and very helpful. The studio flat was clean, neat and tidy. The heating was very good. The kitchen was basic but had more than enough for 4 people for holiday time. The flat was very quiet ( except on new years eve- but that is accepted). […] It faced a middle courtyard so even though it was on a main road we didn't hear the traffic or the tram. Tha flat is walking distance to the underground stop (actually a lot closer than what I thought) and a tram stop. You could walk to Alexanderplatz in about 10 minutes or only one stop on the underground). If we went back to Berlin, I would look no further and would book the same flat. Lisez la suite

I stayed in this apartment last weekend and I must say it exceeded my expectations. The living room kitchen and one of the two bedrooms were very large. The second bedroom was big enough as well. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything I needed: kettle, mircowave, pots, pans, plates, cuttlery, etc... They even included the detergent and sponges […] for the washing up which I did not expect. My only complaint, which is very minor, is that i didn't like the shower head. But I am being very picky. My husband and I spent 5 nights in the Old Town Apartments, Schoenhauser Allee in Berlin. We found it to be very clean, spacious and very pleasant indeed. When I had said that we wanted a peaceful quiet time, we were given a 4th floor apartment to be well away from any noise. The staff were very helpful and we were assured that they were on duty 24 […] hours in case of any problems. There were none. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these apartments to anyone. Great place to stay in Mitte, our favorite part of the city. Excellent location, walking distance to most interesting places. Lots of nice cafes, restaurants and bars around. This is not a regular hotel but rather an apartment building. There is no regular staff there but the main OTA office is just a couple blocks away so they will show up in 3 minutes […] to check you in. Apartments are very nice, clean and stylish, it's quiet. Excellent location and sized apartment for 6 of us. Easy walk to TV Tower, easy walk to many great restaurants, quiet inside. A weekend stay was perfect, if longer it woul dbe good to have a washing machine. We will go back again.

For a twin-bed studio apartment, the kitchen, bed/lounge and bathroom was spacious and warm. We really liked these apartments; they proved a great base from which to explore Berlin. No complaints except for the bar next door which one night played rock music to the small hours!

The staff at the office were very helpful and spoke multiple languages. They knew the sites and made excellent recommendations on trips, personal safety, and getting around. The only problem, and it was a minor one, is that apartment office is not located at the apartment site, an I wasn't aware of that before my arrival. This is a serviced apartment rather than a Hotel. Nonetheless the staff were very pleasant and helpful and said they were available by telephone if needed. The accomodation is in a older style Apartment block with large rooms and high cielings. The Apartment was clean and warm. Furniture was basic but adequate and there was a handy kitchen for drinks […] or food prep if needed. Coffee and Tea was provided but not Milk. Nathan ,the company representative, was extremely helpful in getting us settled and heading us toward top places to visit and local restaurants. Wish we could have stayed longer! The apartment is in an excellent location in Berlin, just 1 stop on the very nearby metro to Alexanderplatz and a very leisurely stroll to Kollwitzplatz. which must be one of the nicest parts of Berlin with lots of good restaurants and small shops. Our family of 4 rented a studio apartment. We were very happy w/the apartment, although the only drawback we had was we forgot to call 30 minutes before arrival so someone would be there to give us the keys. When we reached someone they were there in under 10 minutes. The beds were a little firmer than my hubby would've liked, but still comfortable […] nonetheless. I had a plain, simple, apartment. No frills. Kitchen, big bedroom, nice bathroom. Wireless internet service worked well. Clean. Quiet. It was great to have my own apartment for a few days in Berlin! Excellent neighborhood with lots of restaurants and near major subway station. They have other units nearby that might be a little more luxurious--I'd check […] with them. I'd stay with them again. Better than a hotel because I could cook my own food and it was quite large. Two things to be aware of: 1. You HAVE to phone 1/2 hour in advance if you are arriving after-hours so they can meet and give you the key. They are not on the property at all hours. 2. Lots of stairs, no elevator. Definitely not for someone in a wheelchair or unable to walk several flights of stairs. I was on the fourth floor, so it was a workout to go to my apartment. Allocated apartment was on fourth floor; my travel companion was a 76 year-old gentleman, so the climb was rather taxing. The apartment is well-located, clean, spacious and quiet, and very good value for money.

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und besteht aus zwei Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer und einer grossen Küche. Ein Bad mit Badewanne, Dusche, WC und Pissoir ist vorhanden, allerdings ist alles im gleichen Badezimmer. Das Inventar besteht komplett aus IKEA Möbeln. Das Hotel liegt in einem sehr lauten Quartier, am Abend finden laute Parties rund um die Wohnung […] statt, welche man sehr gut hört. Leider gibt es keinen Putzdienst für die Wohnung/Bad. Die Handtücher müssen für den kompletten Aufenthalt reichen, sie werden nicht gewechselt. Lisez la suite

Det var super perfekt. Og den lille lejlighed på 4. sal var perfekt til os på to voksne og et barn på 11 år. Eneste minus var at der ikke var elevator, når de kufferten skulle op.

Det er ikke et egentligt hotel, men derimod en række lejligheder samlet i en bygning.Der er ingen reception (Man ringer ½ time før ankomst, og bliver så mødt af en person der er tilknyttet). Der er derfor ingen rengøring eller lignende faciliteter. Lejligheden ligger i et lidt slidt område af berlin, og der er en del støj fra gaden.

Selv om der ikke er en recption, var de nemme at kontakte pr telefon. Og de talte godt engelsk. Der kom kom en ansat med nøgler til leligheden fem minutter efter at vi havde ringet og fortalt at vi var ankommet.Lejlighed var pæn og ren. Gode seperate senge. Hyvät kulkuyhteydet metrolla ja ratikoilla ympäri kaupunkia. Kävelymatkan etäisyydellä lukuisia ruokapaikkoja ja luomu ruokakauppa. Huoneisto oli ajoittain erittäin kylmä ja hanoista ei tullut kuin jääkylmää vettä.
