Les atouts de l'hotel: un emplacement parfait pour du tourisme, juste à côté de la gare Termini, chambre assez spacieuse et terrasse sur le toit de l'hotel. Les déceptions: le jaccuzzi n'est pas en service même quand il fait 27°C et est minuscule (2 pers maxi), le service bar à la terrasse est décevant (aucun choix et très cher pour ce que c'est). Pour Rome, bon rapport qualité prix même si pour un 4 étoiles, on pourrait attendre plus (c'est davantage un 3 étoiles)

Le séjour a été très agréable, pour des chambres modernes. Le petit déjeuner est très bien, et le personnel très serviable. L'hotel est bien situé à proximité du métro.

L'hotel est plutot bien place a cote de Termini et a proximite du metro A et B, donc access direct au Colisé ou au Vatican. L'hotel n'est pas de premiere jeunesse mais reste confortable. Les chambres ne sont pas tres grandes mais restent habitables. La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas lors de notre passage car trop tot dans la saison. Niveau bruit ca reste acceptable, la rue n'est pas trop passante. Le petit dejeuner est de moyen, le cafe n'est pas tres italien mais ca reste acceptable. Pour le prix de la chambre, ca reste une bonne adresse.

Nous gardons une très bonne impression de ce séjour. Nous avons été très bien accueillies. L'hotel est bien placé, pas très loin du centre ville et des transports en commun. Cadre très agréable.

Séjour avril 2012 avec bébé de 1,5 ans (suite avec 1 chambre). Chambre propre et confortable, design intéressant. Hôtel et quartier très calmes, chambres en retrait de la rue et jardin très agréable à l'ombre des arbres. Chambre assez sombre, qui nécessitait d'allumer la lumière même le jour, donc plutôt un hôtel pour un séjour estival. Wifi gratuit, mais connexion assez lente. Petit déjeuner très bon, même si l'on peut regretter le manque de plats chauds. Quelques améliorations possibles: le personnel ne nous a parlé que du métro, à 10-15min de marche, alors qu'il existe d'autres solutions notamment le bus 628 au coin de la rue qui dessert plusieurs points touristiques très intéressants. De manière générale le personnel offre peu d'informations touristiques. L'emplacement n'est pas le plus central, mais c'est le prix à payer pour le calme. Prévoir entre 1/2h et 1h de temps d'approche total pour le centre touristique. Attention cet hôtel est catégorisé comme appart hôtel mais nous l'avons trouvé plutôt mal adapté à cet usage: pas de four ou de micro-onde, très peu d'ustensiles de cuisine, meubles pas toujours pratiques, etc. C'est une cuisine d'appoint pour des clients qui mangeront la plupart de leurs repas en ville. C'est pourquoi nous ne le recommandons pas forcément pour des familles, même si les enfants seront très bien reçus et que le personnel est très sympathique, attentif et serviable. Globalement l'impression générale reste très positive et agréable.
Situation
Au cœur de Rome, Adriatic Hotel se trouve à quelques minutes de marche des sites suivants : Auditorium Conciliazione et Basilique Saint-Pierre. Les sites Chapelle Sixtine et Forum romain se trouvent également à proximité.

Plus petit état du monde, la cité du Vatican est dominée par la basilique Saint-Pierre, la plus grande église de la chrétienté. La superbe Pietà de Michel-Ange et ses fresques ornant le plafond de la chapelle Sixtine comptent parmi les plus belles œuvres d'art au monde. Le quartier Aurelio doit son nom à l'ancienne Via Aurelia, l'artère principale qui reliait Rome à l'Espagne. Il est bien situé, à proximité des sites de la ville.

"hotel adriatic à ROME"
les chambres sont simples mais propres et rien à dire sur l'accueil et le service par contre la chambre était très bruyante malgré un double vitrage . Il semble que la fenêtre ne comportait pas de joints en périphérie. Localisation intéressante pas loin du Vatican et à deux pas du vieux ROME par le pont en face du Castel San Angelo. Pour les petits […] déjeuners il y a un Bar en face de l'Hôtel:vrai jus d'Orange ,Cappuccino,croissant et pains confiture . Location was amazing, just a stone's throw from the Vatican (10 minutes from the nearest metro station though). The guy at the reception was extremely friendly, helpful and nice. Half a dozen nice restaurants nearby, we can absolutely recommend the small and authentic "Porta Castello", a mere 50 meters from the hotel. Would return and recommend the hotel without hesitation. Only downsides were the missing english/international TV channels - but you don't go to Rome just to watch TV - and that it was a bit cold in the room. "Great Personnel - Good location"
Not the prettiest hotel, but a good comfortable bed and clean bathroom. The Solarium is great. The manager was very honest - my daughter accidentally left 50 euro in her passport when we checked in - and they gave it back to her along with her passport. We really appreciated their honesty - we thanked them and he said - Familia!!!

We spent a weekend in Rome and after searching for the best hotel for the price came across the Adriatic Hotel. It's basic, but you're not paying for the Ritz are you? The location is fantastic with plenty of cafe's, pizzeria's and restaurants to choose from. The Vatican is also just a stones throw away (5min walk) and you can easily take a 35min stroll […] along the Tiber River to the Colosseum. We requested a triple room and it actually had a double bed and two singles which meant 4 of us could share the room!! I'd recommend this hotel - but don't expect the world, it's basic and cheap. "Close to Vatican, but not the Metro"
This was a nice hotel close to the Vatican. There was also a bus stop right outside the hotel. The Metro was a decent walk away from the hotel, which was kind of a pain. No breakfast, and there was quite a bit of street noise. Free internet was very nice.

"Excellent location, enjoyable stay."
Staff friendliness and hotel location far outweigh any cons with this hotel. We were welcomed and given a map which was marked with all the major attractions and given sound advice about how to spend our time in Rome. Very basic hotel, not that cheap considering. Good location litterally two minutes from the Vatican. Best thing about it was the lovely street just behind the hotel that is full of restaurants and cafes. "Very HOT in Rome"
This hotel was very clean and tidy.However when we arrived it was 38 degrees and the room was very very hot, as we were also hot we asked if the air conditioner could be turned on the answer was YES @ 10 EURO per night , but apart from that it was a fairly good place to stay.

Great location to major sites and trains. Only draw back is there is no parking onsite. Parking is provided by an independent garage 3 blocks away. Prices are not set by this hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Great location for visiting the Vatican side of Rome and easy access to all transportation. Lots of restaurants, markets, pizzarias, shops and so close to Vatican City and Castle St Angelo and Tiber River. Beautiful at night with all the lights. We enjoyed our stay. This hotel does not provide breakfast, but there were options in the neighborhood. Location was convenient, between Castel Sant'Angelo and the Vatican. Salvatore at the front desk directed us to good local restaurants.

Hotel was great!! The service was outstanding, and the staff are extremely friendly. Although our check-out was in the early afternoon, they let us leave our luggage till the evening. Moreover, the location of this hotel is amazing! It's close to a metro, and walking distance to most tourist attractions. This hotel was just a few blocks away from the Vatican and a couple other interesting sights. It was clean and the staff was very helpful. It was close to bus stops to get into central Rome. The neighborhood was safe and had many conveniences.

Centrally located and convenient, but room was not cleaned every day and there was a leak from the bathroom that soaked the floor and was not fixed. Wanted to extend stay one extra night, and they were not willing to negotiate, so we re-booked through hotels.com and got another good rate. Not good business sense for the hotel. The locatioin is great! You are in the middle of everything and access to the Metro was convenient. The beds were a little stiff, however they served their purpose for very tired tourist. "Great Location"
Considering the rate, the room was pretty spartan, but some of Rome's premier sites are nearby (Vatican, Castilo Sant'Angelo),so you are paying for location, not hotel amenities. The rooftop solarium is a great place to unwind with a glass of Italian wine after a day of sightseeing. The surrounding neighborhood is pure Roma.

Pulizia quotidiana e camere davvero silenziose. Posizione davvero centrale e praticamente davanti a San Pietro.

Ottima accoglienza: professionale ed empatica. Al mattino ho staccato due bottoni alla mia giacca per un incontro "duro" con una porta di sicurezza ! Ho trovato una esperta rammendatrice tra i dipendenti dell'hotel, che, chiamata, dal portiere, ha provveduto in modo esemplare !

O hotel é fraco mas compensa pela localização excelente. Internet só no solarium e não tem café da manhã. Fica bem próximo ao vaticano e ao castelo de Sant´angelo. Fomos para esses pontos à pé. Ottima la posizione,a pochi passi da S. Pietro. Visto che l'albergo non offre la possibilità di colazione e pasti, comodo a due passi Borgo Pio ricco di trattorie e bar. La cosa negativa è che l'albergo dispone solo x il pernottamento, neanche di un piccolo bar x riscaldare del latte ai bambini.
