Hotel de base: simple, économique, comfortable et abordable (petit déjeuner inclus). Très bon rapport: qualité, prix, localisation. Propriétaire agréable et serviable. J'y reviendrai avec plaisir!

Situation
Au cœur de Portland, l'établissement Courtyard Marriott City Center se trouve à quelques minutes de marche des sites O'Bryant Square et Pioneer Courthouse Square. Les sites Tom McCall Waterfront Park et Jeld-Wen Field se trouvent également à proximité.

Situé à l'ouest de la rivière Willamette, le centre-ville dispose d'une ligne d'horizon pittoresque, de rues adaptées à la marche et d'un monde artistique très dynamique. Vous pourrez faire des achats hors-taxe à la librairie Powell's Books et au Portland Saturday Market, marché de l'artisanat qui a lieu le samedi. Parmi les festivals locaux, citons le Cinco de Mayo et le festival de la bière Oregon Brewers Festival. L'Oregon Zoo, le quartier chic de Pearl District et la grande place accueillante Pioneer Courthouse Square méritent également une visite.

"Not worth it."
Cold and generic. The only saving grace is the people who work there who were very nice. But the hotel cost a lot but it is cheap. Valet parking is $30 per day and there is no self parking.The restaurant is awfull. there is a hotel around the corner that's wayyyyy better.

"Great location - Great Stay"
A perfect spot in downtown Portland - just off the green tri-max line which allowed us to spend the weekend sans-car. (Which was lovely since all the hotels charge $20 plus a night for parking!) Great location. A 4-5 block walk to the saturday market, the river, Stumptown coffee, and VooDoo Donuts. Room was smaller, but very comfortable, well decorated. […] We had no problem with noise. "Good for a couple not a family"
Great central location. Room decor was very hip. Not enough room for couple plus toddler. It was on the end and oddly shaped. Not sure if other rooms are quite as bad. Room overlooked a brick wall.

"Great Stay"
Great stay in a great location close to everything you want to do. Shopping, eating and night life. Hotel employees were great and helpful.

All around great experience. The staff was excellent, the hotel is modern and the decor relaxing. My only qualm is minor, I don't understand why many hotels today do not have fans in the bathroom. It creates a real lack of privacy when doing your 'business' in a room shared others.

We enjoyed this hotel and originally stayed because of the creme brûlée French toast the restaurant offers in the hotel (yes, it's that good)!! The staff was helpful and it's in the city center and we used the light rail to get around, which was free. We will be back!

All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Put in a special request using hotels.com for adjoining rooms, this did not happen but on arrival the rooms were changed to right next door which was very convenient.

The room looked exactly like it was pictured. Really modern and clean. Very comfortable. My only complaint is the fridge wasn't working and we couldn't enjoy our leftovers from dinner. Everything was clean and the decor was inspiring. We received good service. Nice "Gnome" bar below that served local beer.

"Nice hotel"
We drove right up to the front door and the valet attendent came right out and opened my door and assisted us out of our car. He was very friendly and polite. The front desk staff were very helpful and we were in our beautiful room quickly. We wanted to visit Powells bookstore and they gave us a map and directions and we located it easily. "Excellent place to stay."
We will be returning to this hotel again. We had the best service we have ever experienced. Very clean and comfortable. The staff was excellent and extremely helpful. We have already recommended it to several friends.

"Courtyard Marriott in downtown Portland"
My friend and I stayed the night here after getting a great deal. It's a hip hotel with a retro vibe. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was perfect (king bed, flat screen tv, free wireless, a large glass shower). The only downside is that there isn't any free parking. We valet parked for $29 rather than going down to the next block where […] the parking garage is $20. A little pricey, but worth it. You can take the MAX trains anywhere downtown for free so we didn't need the car until we left. Overall, I'd definitely recommend staying here. It's close to everything downtown- restaurants, shopping, Powell's, etc. However, I would not recommend the hotel's restaurant. It's trying to be a chic diner and failing miserably. The Saucebox is about a block away and is a fun, hip alternative and has great drinks. Also, Portland City Grill is right across the street if you're feeling fancy. The hotel stay was fine. I ended up leaving my coat in the Wardrobe and when i called a few hours after I checked out, they had to put in a request to look for it. By the time they called the next day, they stated the coat was not recovered. This was very disappointing to me as I know the coat was in the wardrobe when I left. This really put a bad taste […] in my mouth after the trip was over. Parking at the hotel was ridiculously expensive, especially when there are many parking garages nearby, i'd recommend parking at those. Lisez la suite

"Good Hotel"
This is a good quality city hotel. It presents excellent value for money. It is modern clean and comfortable. The room sizes are good and as a hoilday maker there was an added bonus of an in house laundry where you could wash and dry your own clothes. It is situated in the city centre and is within reach of a plentiful supply of restaurants and eating […] houses. It sits on the main bus and tram routes so city travel is easy. As a hoilday maker or business traveller, this is a simple hotel and not on the grand scale. It should however tick all of your boxes! Lisez la suite
