We've stayed here before, when passing through the area, and this somewhat rundown motel was worth the price. But the rate has almost doubled recently, and nothing is any more improved. The bed comforter had burn holes (in a non-smoking room), TV could be watched through the top sheet, and the sink drain had to be pried open with a pocket knife. Dump- Avoid this hotel - Really nice people at the desk - but this hotel needs lots of work- I'm surprised this hotel is allowed to use the Days Inn name, not that Days Inn means quality. This is not the first time I've had issues with this chain, but then there are some locations that are great, just not this one. Did not want to bring my bag into […] the room, but was affraid to leave them in the car because I was concerned about car being broken into. I saw no pest in the room, but it was a concern and we kept our bags closed. If it had not been 12:00am I would have taken the loss and secured another hotel, but not in Greenville. Lisez la suite

A good motel, especially considering the price. I would return. The good is the price and the convenience. The bad, not much of a breakfast - bagels and cold cereal. But no one is obligated to give me a breakfast, so that is not a good complaint. Overall, a good motel.

Given the low rate compared to others in the area, I would stay there again. The furnishings in the room, the trim, the paint, etc. were clearly old and need to be updated. The carpet and chairs had numerous stains, but the room and bathroom appeared to be clean. Complimentary breakfast was minimal (cereal, toast or bagel; juice or coffee) but OK.

This is the second time that I stayed and I found it to be very good. The prior stay was one year ago. The staff is very good and the room very clean.

I appreciated them getting me a room on ground level because I had a broken leg and it was hard to climb stairs. Also LOVED the extra pillows already in the room on the bed... that was great. One of the cheaper rooms around the area but very clean and we would stay there again!!!!

The motel was clean and furnishings were o.k. but the detailing could use some updating. Such as door lock and jamb was worn and questionably secure, caulking at tile, trim, tub and flooring needed redoing. Dark stain on carpet in main walk area. The overall look of the hotel shows its age, but the room was clean and comfortable and has been kept up (maintenance wise); breakfast seemed to be taken down rather early (no late-risers); staff was friendly

We have stayed here several times while visiting our son at college. Usually I have no complaints. Since I am hypersensitive to cigarrette smoke, we always request a non-smoking room. This visit, however, we were given a room full of stale cigarette smoke, intended to be non-smoking. I was too tired to call the desk and request a different room, so […] I suffered all night. You get what you pay for. For an excellent rate, you get a clean room, in a very accessible area, with food and drink across the parking lot. Unfortuantely, you also get a sheet or two, that are so threadbare, you can literally watch TV through them. Same with one of the towels. For the money though, you can't beat this place!

I was expecting to find a outdated hotel (from reading the rating) I was pleasantly surprised. Check in was fast the desk clerk was friendly. Room was clean, every thing worked, bed was very comfortable. I think the star rating should be raised by at least 1.5. If I am ever in Greenville, TX again and need a room, this is where I want to stay

The lobby was stuffy-ac not working right but it was clean. The clerk at check inwas ok but didn't have a personality; the one at the desk the next morning was fine. The room was very comfortable, quiet and clean. I would stay there again for just an overnighr visit.

Toilet and shower didn't quite work properly but the staff was friendly and the rate was good. Shows as a two star hotel but its between thar and a three star in my opinion.

The Days Inn is right on I30, so very convenient, yet no highway noise. The desk person at check-in was very friendly and personable, as well as helpful in finding a local attraction. It is an older structure, with signs of age, but the room was quite comfortable, quiet, and clean, with the exception of rather dusty furniture. The bed was VERY comfortable, […] with fresh linens and a generous amount of pillows (King bed). There is a is a pretty good restaurant/cantina, on the adjoining property, with other eateries close by. The room reaked of feet the moment I opened the door. There was a stain on one of the pillows. Later that night, I noticed two bugs in the tub. Every time I went to use the bathroom I noticed ants on the bathroom floor. While sitting on the toilet, I felt drips of water on my back. When I looked up I could see that the ceiling was leaking from above. […] Later that night I killed 3 crickets that seemed to appear out of no where. This is obviously an older hotel. It has been "updated" but these appear to be largely cosmetic, just slapped on over older stuff. It was a fine place to lay our heads a few hours on the way from here to there, but not the type of place I'd make my "destination" hotel as I wouldn't want to stay long term.

I booked this hotel for an inexpensive and conveniently located hotel close to I-30. At first glance, the room seemed ok, and standard for this hotel type. However, I later noticed the room had been "done" without really changing linens. I found two hairs on the pillows and I got really grossed out. In the morning I found the packet of sugar/cream/sweetener […] was open on one side. Apparently the previous guest had removed one item, but the maid decided it was ok to leave the remaining items for the next guest. When I removed my shoes the carpet felt damp, Another gross item. I must say I'm not a neatness freak, but these details of my stay were just nasty. I was not expecting the Four Seasons, but at the least, a CLEAN room. I travel **very** frequently. I stay at a variety of rated hotels, from 2 stars to 5 star boutique hotels, and B&Bs. It's been a long time since I encountered such a NASTY situation. Lisez la suite

there were used bars of soap in the tub, hair all over the toilet, no air on so our room was extremely hot for several hours, stayed two nights and had to go ask for more towels, no room service, ice machine was not working so we had to walk across the street and buy ice.

Finding the hotel was a pain as our GPS and iPhones had difficulty finding the place. Some of the blame for that can be put on the highway construction. The hotel itself isn't that nice. It is dated and in need of renovation. The free breakfast was very limited, not many options and not fresh.

This was our first visit at this hotel and I was a little skeptical when i booked to the low price but I was pleasantly surprised with our room, it was clean, roomy and comfortable. The only complaint I have is the toilet ran all night long and the air conditioner was a bit noisy but after a few hours it finally went away.

Everything was great . The only problem was the room was next to a busy corner area by the laundry,ice machine,.etc. May have bothered some. A little noisey early evening, after 10pm just fine. Would definitely stay again for the same price.

Desk Attendant didn't understand english and failed to tell us about the new roof going on at 8AM. This hurt after getting in a 3 in the morning. Kinda shady all around.

We enjoyed staying at this hotel. At first we received a room that was occupied, but this was fixed immediately. Everyone was very friendly. The waffles for breakfast were nice and it was nice to be within walking distance of a well reviewed Mexican restaurant. The pool was wonderful.
