"everything you need for a 1-night stay"
We only stayed 1 night on our way to Nashville. Hotel has a very 'charming' appearance. Room was clean; bed comfortable. The breakfast is nothing to rave about; actually disappointing. However, that would not stop us from staying there again.

"Served my purpose"
Room was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Room with king size bed was a little tight, but served our purposes for a one night stay. Price was very reasonable and hotel was clean and well maintained inside and out. Has a sink and vanity that is outside the bath area which is a little inconvenient but again for the price was satisfactory. Continiental […] breakfast was good to average and staff kept food items well stocked. My family and others have stayed at this hotel a few times and would definitely stay again in the future. I have been using this hotel quite often since 2007. Once the Hampton Inn next door refurbished, they started loosing customers. The first thing they tried was cost reduction. Their amenity goods like soaps, shampoos, and towels went low quality, and they reduced labor working in kitchen and someone doing front desk also started working in kitchen. […] And also they got slow to fix blown light bulbs and do some mainenance works. At that time, they tried to maintain price competitiveness against Hampton. But this decision didn't work well. Since late 2011, they finally raised their accomodation prices, but also improved room amenities and facility maintenance. And now many customers are back. I think even they raised the prices, the customers appriciate the value they can get. Their staffs are always friendly and willing to help. If only they can increase the variety of breakfast menue, it would be perfect. But even now, I would like to stay here everytime I visit Greeneville and willing to recommend. Lisez la suite
"BAD CHOICE"
I book hotels for employees. I have used this brand in the past and thought it was a reputable hotel. This is what the employee said: "I stayed in the XXXXXXXX Inn last time. If financially optional, can we omit that choice this time? It was very dirty. Articles of clothing (socks, underwear) were in my room and some other issues." I will NOT use […] Jamison ever again. "Business trip"
This was a business trip with an early start up. This hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast bar could use some protein on the menu as we ran out of energy very soon and had to find a meaty breakfast about 90 minutes later.
"Jameson Inn, Greeneville"
I use this hotel whenever I have my business at Greeneville/johnson City area since 2007. It was new and clean, but, honestly speaking, this hotel needs a major refurbishment. Carpets, wall paper, shower/bath equipments, TV, are getting loose and tired. It looks like since next door Hampton Inn get refurbished, Jameson Inn has been facing a serious […] competition and what they tried to do was cost cut. Now Front Desk person takes care of break fast, and only two guys were working on facilities. In my opinion, Jameson Inn has more at-home atmosphare, so what they have to do is improve the whole facility and forcus on their friendlyness to the visitors like 5 years ago. "Bristol Trip"
We enjoyed our stay at the Jameson, it was in very good condition, well maintained and clean. My only wish is that it was closer to the track but you can't have it all. Overall very nice, I would stay again and I would highly recommend.
"Bristol Race WEEKEND"
This is a must stay if you are going to the Bristol race or if you are close to this area. The hotel is about 40 minutes from the track and pretty much a straight shot. The hotel is is well kept and the staff was awesome and very friendly. When called for service to the room they knocked on the door about the time we hung up the phone. Will be back […] for sure. manager was very accommdating as we arrived earlier than expected, worked everything out and after our drive ( 10hrs.) had us in our room in minutes. Excellent service , atmosphere very good all were there to serve. Thank you for everything, God bless
"Jameson Inn is sufficient for what it was"
Beds were comfortable, pool was cool. Workout room was lacking a little with ancient machines, but it is a hotel workout room, not Golds Gym.
"Air conditioner"
We requested a smoke free room..and we did not get it the room stunk....also the Air Conditioner did not work, and there answer to fix that was bring in a fan...It was the middle of June people.....we asked to be changed and was told they where full....the did not seem to want to make us feel comfortable.

This motel met all of our needs very well. Coffee was great. Will go back again.

Was there for Bristol and it was fine for that. However, the beds were EXREMELY hard and difficult to sleep on. The really need to invest in some new beds!

"Bad key, bad restaurant recommendation"
We kept having to go back to the front desk and get our keys reworked, it was very annoying. The restaurant we were told was excellent "Fatz" next door was the worst place I have ever eaten and the free breakfast at the hotel was all gone if you didn't get up by 7:00 a.m. The hotel itself was ok, a little overpriced but it was race weekend.

The hotel provided a restful haven for us while we visited our family up in the nearby mountains adjacent to the NC border during Thanksgiving weekend. It was a bit of a drive to the family home, but not a real problem as the route was fairly direct. Beds were comfortable, and our room was quiet an warm. We would stay here again. We also were pleased […] with the room fee and felt it was fair for what we received. My only suggestion would be that for breakfast, fresh fruit would have been available, and some nice cheese or fruit Danish would have been offered as well. I do not eat gravy and biscuits. Otherwise, the breakfast was adequate, although I would have to say the breakfast offeringss at Hampton Inn are better. Lisez la suite

We would recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff and total experience were excellent. We were there only for business, and did not explore the town too much, but did like the surrounding restaurants, especially Dunkin Donuts, as we have none in Alabama.
"Short stay."
In Greeneville for business. Wound up spending more time at hotel than expected. Personnel nice, breakfast service very good. Only problem was mattress was very "firm". Personal preference though. Would definitely stay again.
