Les atouts de l'hotel: un emplacement parfait pour du tourisme, juste à côté de la gare Termini, chambre assez spacieuse et terrasse sur le toit de l'hotel. Les déceptions: le jaccuzzi n'est pas en service même quand il fait 27°C et est minuscule (2 pers maxi), le service bar à la terrasse est décevant (aucun choix et très cher pour ce que c'est). Pour Rome, bon rapport qualité prix même si pour un 4 étoiles, on pourrait attendre plus (c'est davantage un 3 étoiles)

Le séjour a été très agréable, pour des chambres modernes. Le petit déjeuner est très bien, et le personnel très serviable. L'hotel est bien situé à proximité du métro.

L'hotel est plutot bien place a cote de Termini et a proximite du metro A et B, donc access direct au Colisé ou au Vatican. L'hotel n'est pas de premiere jeunesse mais reste confortable. Les chambres ne sont pas tres grandes mais restent habitables. La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas lors de notre passage car trop tot dans la saison. Niveau bruit ca reste acceptable, la rue n'est pas trop passante. Le petit dejeuner est de moyen, le cafe n'est pas tres italien mais ca reste acceptable. Pour le prix de la chambre, ca reste une bonne adresse.

Nous gardons une très bonne impression de ce séjour. Nous avons été très bien accueillies. L'hotel est bien placé, pas très loin du centre ville et des transports en commun. Cadre très agréable.

Séjour avril 2012 avec bébé de 1,5 ans (suite avec 1 chambre). Chambre propre et confortable, design intéressant. Hôtel et quartier très calmes, chambres en retrait de la rue et jardin très agréable à l'ombre des arbres. Chambre assez sombre, qui nécessitait d'allumer la lumière même le jour, donc plutôt un hôtel pour un séjour estival. Wifi gratuit, mais connexion assez lente. Petit déjeuner très bon, même si l'on peut regretter le manque de plats chauds. Quelques améliorations possibles: le personnel ne nous a parlé que du métro, à 10-15min de marche, alors qu'il existe d'autres solutions notamment le bus 628 au coin de la rue qui dessert plusieurs points touristiques très intéressants. De manière générale le personnel offre peu d'informations touristiques. L'emplacement n'est pas le plus central, mais c'est le prix à payer pour le calme. Prévoir entre 1/2h et 1h de temps d'approche total pour le centre touristique. Attention cet hôtel est catégorisé comme appart hôtel mais nous l'avons trouvé plutôt mal adapté à cet usage: pas de four ou de micro-onde, très peu d'ustensiles de cuisine, meubles pas toujours pratiques, etc. C'est une cuisine d'appoint pour des clients qui mangeront la plupart de leurs repas en ville. C'est pourquoi nous ne le recommandons pas forcément pour des familles, même si les enfants seront très bien reçus et que le personnel est très sympathique, attentif et serviable. Globalement l'impression générale reste très positive et agréable.

Gare centrale de Rome arborant une impressionnante architecture moderne, Termini est le point d'entrée dans la ville à partir de l'aéroport de Fiumicino. Entre la gare et l'élégante Via Veneto, vous trouverez plusieurs sites d'intérêt. Le Palazzo Barberini est un superbe palais baroque, les Thermes de Dioclétien (Terme di Diocleziano) étaient jadis le plus grand complexe thermal de la ville et l'église Santa Maria della Concezione mérite une visite pour sa crypte des Capucins.

"Nice Rooms and pretty close to train station"
We really enjoyed this hotel but there were a few things that were unexpected. First the reception desk closes between 12 and 2pm. Second the hotel is on the same street as adult video store/place. And third the rooms are in a building not a single standing hotel. But overall this is a really nice place to stay especially for the price.

"No hot water for 2 days"
We took shower with cold water for 2 out of 3 days we stayed there. Lucky for us, the weather was hot in Rome and cold shower wasn't horrible.

I really want to like this hotel because the staff are really helpful and great, the surrounding neighborhood is an eclectic mix of local romano shops and other more ethnic restaurants, and it's nice and quiet. The room was big for roman standards and clean and very well maintained. Note, this might be an isolated incident, but our room had a heater […] problem. The hot water works fine during the day, but probably because of the increased usage at night, the water was hot for a few minutes and became cold. "was great at first"
We thought the idea was quaint at first. The first room was comfy clean and comfortable. When we returned for our departure to the airport there was nothing quaint about it. The room was very smelly and there were water stains on the wall paper. The next day was a holiday so the man from the desk departed at 9 pm and never returned. we could not set […] up a wakeup call. we could not find a store open that late that sold alarm clocks.So we literally stayed up all night to avoid being late for our flight. Thank goodness we had packed the bathroom up before it accidentally closed behind me and latched which cut off bathroom access for the rest of the night. the when trying to open the door the handle fell off into the bathroom. Thank god neither of us was in the bathroom when the door broke because there was no one available to help. When the young lady worked the desk the internet would not work. she tired to fix it but it always worked when anybody else was working. the breakfasts were ok for continental. I was housesitting by the Pantheon and then moved to this hotel for my last 3 nights, with the intention of being close to Termini for an easy departure. I was surprised to find such a nice, affordable hotel nearby! The bed was sooo comfortable, and the decor of the room was lovely - not cheap at all like some of the others I was looking at, and very […] victorian-esque which I love. The breakfast was substantial. The neighborhood isn't like being near the Pantheon, but it is safe, and it's a short walk to most things. There is a nice wine bar around the corner too... The view out the window was of a garden area which was pleasant also. The front desk isn't open 24hrs but they were quite accomodating when I told them I had to leave early on checkout day, and even gave me some breakfast the night before. I would stay again for sure. I booked this hotel in the Termini area of Rome expecting to get a run down hole in the wall for the night - considering the phenomenal price I paid for a three nights stay in Rome during the summer of 2009. It seems that Capitolium has redone their hotel to a high three star experience at least. Located on the second floor, elevator worked flawlessly. […] Only five minutes walk from Stazione Termini, this hotel was perfect for what we wanted to do in Rome - sightseeing, tourist spots, etc. The hotel staff was courteous and welcoming, gave us free lemon and coffee granitas all day long every day and provided a decent breakfast compared to most hotels in Italy. Turndown service was excellent. Everything was provided, and minibar was stocked with great things for an extremely cheap price. Litet mysigt hotell, endast 6 rum. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal!! Bra läge!! Fin utsikt! Fräscha rum!!! Städas varje dag. Frukosten var det enda som var enkelt men den dög! :)

Het hotel licht dichtbij de metro van Termini, Castro Pretorio en Repubblica. In de straat zijn een aantal goedkoper restuarants (waarvan Steakhouse) de betere is. Het hotel bevindt zich in een groot gebouw waar ook andere verblijven (families etc.). Je deelt daarom de voordeur. Helaas is er geen lift aanwezig om op de 2e etage uit te komen. De hotelkamer […] liggen aan de achterkant van het gebouw en hebben dan ook geen last van de straat. De kamers zijn schoon en ziet er behoorlijk goed uit. Het kingsizebed is erg breed maar ook kort (voor mij was het lastig slapen 1.95m). De badkamers zien er netjes uit. Maar het douchen zelf is een ramp. Te weinig druk, versleten douchekop en koud water. Erg jammer voor een dergelijk hotel. Het ontbijt is echt Italiaans. Dus geen lekkere broodjes met beleg! Verwacht hier niet te veel van. In de straat zit een goede bakker, waar je 's morgens een goed broodje kunt eten. Het hotel best aardig, maar toch ook niet helemaal wat we er van verwacht hadden. Lisez la suite

Me nautittiin todella paljon olostamme kyseisessä hotellissa. Huone oli todella siisti ja viihtyisä. Respatyöntekijät olivat mukavia ja puhuivat hyvää englantia. Sijainniltaan todella hyvä, sillä Terminin pääasemalle ei ollut kuin max 10min kävelymatka, joten kulkeminen niin metrolla, junalla kuin bussillakin toimii todella hyvin. Es fehlten Erklärungen bez. Wie man ins Haus kommt ab 22 Uhr. Haben zufällig Sensor gefunden. Die Dame für alles war toll, und hat sich gut um uns gekümmert. Die Portiers nicht so nur auf Nachfrage. Gute Anbindung überall hin.

Vi var i Rom med 6 overnatninger på hotel Capitolium, og havde en dejlig oplevelse. Det er et lille "hotel". Der er kun seks værelser, men alligevel en i receptionen fra 7-22. Meget venlig betjening fra alle ansatte. Beliggenheden er ikke langt fra alt og det er nemt at komme til nærmeste metro. Alt i alt et godt hotel.

"Capitolium - central AND quit"
This hotel is very small, with only 6 rooms. We had two double rooms at a very affordable rate. The rooms were just lovely, spacious and with really comfortable beds. Only drawback was lack of warm water, and a shower with very low water pressure (energy saving). Our rooms faced a quiet back yard with a wonderful garden. Breakfast room is very small […] (with only 3 tables), breakfast was not very impressive (standard continental breakfast with yoghurt and cake). The hotel has a very central location if you arrive by train, and it is 5-10 min from to the metro stations Piazza della Repubblica and Castro Pretorio. アパートの一角をホテルとして利用しているという珍しいタイプで、ホテルの看板などもなかったため、探すのに苦労しましたが、まるで自分たちもローマに住んでいるような面白い体験となりました。たまたま4人部屋を2名で使用できたこともあり、部屋は快適でしたが、二人部屋の場合は少々狭く感じられるかもしれません。アメニティやティッシュなどがなかったのが少々不便ではありましたが、Termini 駅からも近くて良かったです。

Meget hyggeligt lille hotel med dejligt værelse og udsigt ned i en gård med palmer og træer. Rent og ordentligt. Venlig betjening i receptionen. Meget lille morgenmadsrestaurant med typisk italiensk morgenmad. Der er ret lydt, så man kan høre stemmer fra værelset ved siden af. Alt i alt super hyggeligt.

Et veldig bra hotell. Ligger i 3. etg. i en bygning som ser ut som også inneholder private hjem. Når en kommer inn blir en møtt av flott service, fint og rent hotell og flotte rom. Overraskende bra for å være 2-stjernes. Hotellet ligger i gåavstand til Termini, og 2 minutter fra den ene undergrunnsbanen. Relativamente bien situado, si bien está en una calle algo extraña. El hotel está en la segunda planta de un edificio y cuesta darse cuenta de que está ahí. Las habitaciones están bien equipadas, con buen mobiliario, nuevo y en buen estado, camas cómodas y un buen baño. Para lo habitual en Roma es una buena relacion calidad precio. Vi har haft et fantastisk ophold på Hotel Capitolium. Hotellet udgør en enkelt etage i en stor ejendom med både kontorer og private boliger. Ejendommen har portier i stue-etagen, hvor man bliver mødt af glammeri fra hendes hund, men bare rolig den er lukket inde. På 2. sal finder vi hotellet, og bliver mødt af meget venligt og høfligt personale. Skåle […] med bolscher og en velkomstdrink. At hotellet har 2 stjerner er en stor fejl, for man siger wow i receptionen, wow når man træder ind i værelset og wow når man ser badeværelset. Morgen-rummet er meget lille, men bufeten rigtig fin, høj standart ift. at vi er i Italien hvor man ikke spiser meget morgenmad, her har man imødekommet de forskellige nationaliteters morgenmadsvaner. Enkelt men dejligt. Vi vil helt sikkert bruge Hotel Capitolium næste gang vi tager til dejlige rom. Glemte helt at sengene er fantastiske og lige nedenfor vinduet var en appelsingård.
