"No complaints"
We stayed for 2 nights. This hotel in very new and clean. It is super clean, has a nice breakfast offering, and a nice clean small indoor pool and workout facilities. You can't go wrong staying here! Staff is really nice.

"First time there, was underwhelmed with maid staff"
We were in for a pleasure trip. The hotel was clean inside and out. The only problems were the fact that apparently we were right over the laundry room so we could hear the machines running, not that major. What we did not like, and spoke to front desk about, was the fact that the staff never once wiped down the counters in the bathroom or replenished […] the coffee pods after the first day, plus they just left the old pods on the counter. They did keep fresh towels in the room and made up the beds, no vaccumning that I could tell , and the cleaning of the toilets was non existent. Other than that it was a good hotel to stay at. "Nice hotel"
Very clean, high speed wifi actually worked just fine, business area has two computers hooked to a printer and is in a seperate room where a card is needed for access so you don't have a bunch of kids messing around on them. Very clean and nice breakfast area and breakfast choices. For the price I really expected a mini fridge in the room, pretty much […] every hotel I've stayed in that has become standard. There is a public microwave in the dining area, but when your up several levels it's inconvenient to ride up and down in the elevator to warm up food. Otherwise a very nice, clean hotel. "Spartanburg, SC Holiday Inn Express"
It was nearly impossible to get anyone to help you at the front desk. Every time I came by no one was there and I had to wait several minutes. One time I even called the front desk to make someone come after 10 minutes of waiting. Breakfast wasn't that great either. The cinnamon rolls were fantastic but some fruit would have been nice or even just […] some variety in the food instead of 25 carbs. Great location and very clean and comfortable! Lisez la suite

It was a wonderful stay in a very clean, quite room with great front desk staff (very helpful and friendly). Grounds neat and clean as well. Will stay here again and you would not be disappointed.

This hotel is well maintained and nicely decorated. Service was very good. One day our room was not made up when we returned at 10 pm.

Long weekend get away and was so nice. Clean room the employees were extremely nice, friendly and very helpful. The hotel seemed to be newer but everything was really nice and well kept.
"Awesome staff and stay..."
We arrived early to check in and our room was not ready, Keely was SO helpful and gave us a different room because it was the first on ready. Without asking she called house keeping and changed room giving us a room with more space and we were able to shower and relax before our afternoon event. The rest of our stay was like being at home with the evening […] staff helping us locate area events. The breakfast buffet was awesome and staff was friendly and engaging. HIGHLY recommended. "Great New Hotel"
This hotel was recently opened and has very high quality materials used in the rooms and common areas. The assistant general manager was extremely friendly and accommodating. Our room was in perfect condition, very clean and a very comfortable bed. Anytime we return to the area, we will always stay at this location!
