Calme et tranquil, idéal pour se préparer quelques repas(cuisine équipée), lave linge et sèche linge. Dommage que le wifi ne soit pas accessible de la chambre.

Tres bonne impression générale. Chambres spacieuses et tres propres. Entretien sans reproches du resort en général. Piscine exterieure chauffée des plus agréables. Personnel à l'accueil irréprochable . Un tout petit bémol quant au choix des plats préparés proposés.La carte mériterait d'être un peu étoffée avec quelques plats en plus dédiés aux clients d'outre atlantique. L' hotel est situé à mi chemin de Dysney et Universal, à proximité d'autres attractions de premier rang. Sans oublier un supermarché à 5minutes et un excellent Premium Outlet à 15minutes de marche.Nous retournerons donc sans aucune hésitation dans ce même hotel lors de notre prochain voyage

Incroyable confort : chaque combo est composé de 4 chambres, une grande cuisine, un grand salon, 3 salles de bains, 4 wc. Beaucoup plus que ce à quoi nous nous attendions. Piscine, jaccuzzi, l'endroit est très calme et pourtant très proche des parcs (Disney et Sea World notamment) Je recommande fortement cet hôtel (attention cependant : pas de ménage inclus dans le prix et le check-in se fait dans un hôtel voisin, pas si simple que ça à dénicher)

4 étoiles, oui... mais quand on regarde en profondeur, il ne les vaut pas. Le canapé lit n'est pas fait, il y a des draps dans le placard de la chambre pour qu'on se le fasse nous-même. Nous avons attendu 2 jours, pour qu'un agent de la sécurité change les piles du coffre-fort. Obligation de débrancher le réfrigérateur pour pouvoir dormir dans le séjour (nous avons fait 2 apparts, et c'était la même chose dans les 2, le moteur du réfrigérateur est vraiment très très bruyant). Wifi payant. Activités de loisirs payantes.

"ideal avec 2/3 enfants et visite des parcs"
excellent rapport qualité prix, petit déjeuner moyen, chambre très correct et personnel sympa et serviable. Je regrette qu'ici aussi exsite ce système de commerciaux en time sharing qui tentent de vous entrainer dans des visites immobilières sans trop en dire et en vous proposant en échange des tarifs réduits pour les differents parcs à condition de […] visiter et d'être forcement mis entre les mains d'un vendeur. Au final cela dure des heures !!! Je vois que depuis plus de 20 ans les méthodes n'ont pas changé dans ce domaine. En terme de commerce, quand les choses ne sont pas claires au départ elles ne le sont jamais à l'arrivée ! A revoir. Lisez la suite

Très belle piscine avec une amplitude d'ouverture idéale (9h00 AM à 11h00 PM). Petit déjeuner agréable avec une salle appropriée. Navette pour Seaworld bien pratique

room was big having a half bath along with a full bath was great.taking the shuttle to seaworld only ran on the hour.it should be every half hour.pool area and free breakfeast was also good

"Worth Every Penny"
This hotel is very clean, and nice. The money you save on parking for Seaworld (free shuttle from the hotel), and the Quick Queue passes makes this hotel worth every penny.

If you are going to Orlando this is the hotel to stay at! The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The rooms were great and they were very clean. The breakfast was great and filling and my children loved it. It was close to Seaworld and all the amenities were great and the location convenient. I would recommend this hotel 100%. "Perfect stay for a family"
This was a perfect hotel for us visiting Orlando to do the parks. Room was huge for the price we paid and very clean, gym nice, pool great, service excellent... Parking and breakfast included in price. Would definitely recommend this!

Had stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Very warm and welcoming hotel. Staff was very helpful and rooms were clean. The morning breakfast was great. Will definitely keep this as our first preference on our next visit.

If you plan to go to Sea World, I highly recommend this hotel. You can pick up free fast passes from the concierge, get free transportation on a bus to and from the park, and can literally see the park from the hotel. The room decor was really nice, as well. "Nice room but space was a little concerning"
The hotel was very nice when you check in with a beautiful lobby which ends up becoming the location for the morning breakfast. The cleanliness of the hotel was great and everything appeared to be newer or well maintained. The pool area appeared to be very nice, although we didn't have a chance to really spend any time in it. The room ended up being […] a little more cramped than I expected. The beds were nice, we had two "queen" sized beds and a sofa bed in one "suite". I would definitely have considered this to be a Junior suite as it was all kind of crammed into one typical size hotel room. I exaggerate a little as far as the size, but it definitely felt cramped with three adults and one small child. The rooms were very well maintained and they were very clean. "Great for SEAWORLD"
Great Location for SeaWorld. This is the second time we have used this location in the last six months. It is also close to Downtown Disney (the other reason for the trip). Place is nice - breakfast is great (included with price). Staff was wonderful - overall great experience both trips.

The staff was extremely friendly, from the front desk to the person staffing the complimentary breakfast! We had no problem getting a quick queue pass at 10 am even prior to check-in on our first day for SeaWorld. The rooms are very spacious, but a room for our family of four.
Very pleasant room. Nice and clean, sweet smelling. Easy access for exhibition center. Would certainly use again.

Great hotel - excellent service, friendly service. Perfect location for Seaworld, Discovery Cove and Aqautica. Therefore incredibly many kids at the hotel, kind of stressful during breakfast.

"Great location, but shady practices"
I booked this hotel specifically because my family was planning to visit Sea World, and this hotel advertised "early admission to Sea World, complimentary transportation, and complimentary quick queue access" Upon arrival, we were told by the front desk that in order to get ANY of the above, you had to meet with the expedia representative at 7am in […] the lobby for a 'chance' to get any of them. We were told that if we did not get there by 7am that we would not get any of the passes. Plus, Sea World did not have early admittance the day we planned to go. We were then ushered over to a woman who tried very hard to get us into a two hour presentation for the vacation club in order to get $100 in money to spend at Sea World. I thought this was a very shady business practice. This alone will keep me from staying in this hotel again or recommending it to anyone else. Lisez la suite
