Bonjour, Nous sommes partis en famille pour visiter Séoul. La chambre d’hôtes est très bien située, à proximité des sites des palais anciens, près des quartiers touristiques et à proximité de plusieurs stations de métro et d'arrêts de bus. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de carte du réseau bus dans la ville.C'est très déroutant de se déchausser avant d'entrer dans une pièce, surtout si on ne le fait pas chez soi, de se rechausser pour traverser la cour, et d'emprunter des claquettes dans la salle de bains. .. Le petit déjeuner est à faire soi-même. Myriam est une française qui travaille pour la guest house; Elle nous a raconté beaucoup de petits détails sur la Corée et les coréens, et considérablement faciliter notre séjour dans l’hôtel. (un matelas en plus, un adaptateur pour un appareil américain... des infos sur les taxis, les bons et les moins bons). Bref nous ne pourrions que recommander cette expérience, sauf pour les dos hyper sensibles.

L'endroit est très difficile a trouvé car caché dans 1 petite ruelle mais le propriétaire a été très aimable et est venue nous chercher. Hôte très accueillant, le chauffage au sol est très surprenant pour la première et agréable. Nous avons appréciés dormir à La Coréenne sur un Tatami. Proche du quartier Insadong, des palais et Parc. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel.

Très bel hôtel avec des prestations de qualités. Dommage qu'il soit excentré toutefois la vue sur le fleuve est magnifique. L'équipe hôtelière est excellente surtout pr vous aider à visiter Séoul.

A Séoul, l'établissement Lotte City Hotel se trouve tout près des sites suivants : Stade Hyochang, Université Hongik et Mémorial de la Guerre de Corée. Les sites Université de Yonsei et Sogang University se trouvent également à proximité.

Japanese style hotel, very comfortable rooms with big windows on Seoul. The location above the subway is not much of a help for the airport though.

clean and posh room with a nice bed. suitable for a restful sleep. somehow they had no wifi in the room. probably because there are apartments situated above the hotel. There is a lan point which you can use thou.

The hotel is in a very convenient location just above a subway station and an arcade with a supermarket, cafes, and so on. Everything is clean and cheerful. The staff are helpful. A very nice swimming pool.

"The Lotte City Hotel - Nice and convenience hotel"
The subway station " gongduk" is right under the hotel building, you don't have to go outside to get access the subway station. That's good for everyone. By the way, coffee shops and Korean restaurants on the "LG" floor are clean and delicious.The Lotte supermarket also on the "LG" floor is open til 23:00.

Although not as "swanky" as the downtown Lotte nor the Jamshil Lotte, this hotel is perfect for the average businessman or vacationing couple. Loved our stay in this hotel. They were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We even asked for a humidifier and they had one for us to borrow. The only problem is that I thought this hotel was located in Mapo station (because of the name of the hotel), when in fact its in gongdeok. Otherwise it was a nice stay & would recommend.

"Convenient!"
I stayed here for 2 nights last week. The room was pretty small but the bathroom was huge. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. I liked how the hotel was connected to 2 subway lines as well as to a supermarket, plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries and beauty shops. My husband and I also got a massage from the spa on the 3rd floor which […] gave discounts to the people staying at Lotte City Hotel. Although this is no where near Lotte Hotel in downtown, for the price, Lotte City Hotel was clean, comfortable and convenient (subway lines as well as the Inchon Airport bus stop right outside). I stayed at the hotel from Dec. 3rd to December 4th this year. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful - they speak decent English and processed my check-in and check out promptly. "i wont stay there again"
a hotel has no bell boy. we carried the heavy luggage from the ground floor lobby, took an escalator, got to the check-in counter, walked through a big circle to find our room. i dont know how to call this as a hotel. The girl who helped us check-in didn;t tell us there is a short-cut we can just get to our room with 3mins instead of carrying heavy […] boxes and walked for 15mins. Not only that, 70% of the "HELPFUL staff" here speak ZERO english. 20% of them speak BAD english, and 10% of them speak normal english. I called and asked for an adaptor, they told me to go to the lobby and pick it up. I dont understand why housekeeping cant deliver it. Their answer is " Housekeeping get off at 5pm". "Lotte City Hotel well situated"
We loved the location of this hotel right on top of the intersection of subway lines 5 & 6. Also, the market in the basement is handy; and the pool is pristine. The room was immaculate and well-appointed. My only complaint would be that it was difficult to cool the room down at night.

One of the good things about this hotel is that it was located above the Gongdeok station. This station is an interchange and two central lines (purple and ocher) run through it. There is also a supermarket at the basement which opens till 11pm and a few restaurants. A con is that there's nothing else in the surrounding area, so you'll have to almost […] always take a train out. The hotel itself is huge, a business hotel and relatively clean. Like that there's a couple of washing machines and dryers for you to do your laundry (KRW 2K each machine and 500won for washing powder) Rooms are ok in size but the bathroom is not functionally built. Getting to the hotel was not too bad. From the Icheon airport, the airport train and transfering to #6 subway at the digital electronic city took us about 50 minutes to get to Lotte. Very fantastic stay with nice swimming pool, convenience to the city area, good service from the front desk staff, nice room and many more. Very conveience as the supermarket is just at the basement with many resturants and cafes. I had a two-night stay at Lotte City Hotel. It was one of the first drop-off points of the airport bus - pay a little extra for the comfortable limousine service. I found the hotel staff extremely friendly and helpful and the room spotless, modern and had a great view of the district, even when sitting in the bath. Highly recommend this hotel if you are in Seoul. It is right above the metro system and it is really convenient during winter. You will be able to access places of interest rather easily- USO (if you are taking the DMZ tour with the USO), Korean War Memorial, National Museum, World cup Stadium (if you are into soccer), itaewon and Myeonyang. This is a bare bones place to stay, not luxury. We had to call housekeeping at 4 pm to come clean our room after we'd been out all day and had left the notice on to "make up the room". They seemed baffled by our request. The Front Desk staff is barely accommodating, little English spoken or understood. We tried to upgrade our room prior to our stay, […] and it was difficult to get an email for them much less a phone number. We finally called via Skype and they were of no help. We were two ladies traveling alone, and we felt so at home in this Hotel. There is everything you need inside the building or very easy to access by the most convenient subway located adjacent to the hotel I would only say that we had a little trouble keeping the room cool enough. I was deciding on a few different hotels before choosing Lotte City Hotel. I was happy with my choice. First, the hotel is located right next to 2 subway lines so you can get up and go sight seeing right away. The hotel gym, pool and laundry is also very clean and useful. The gym doesn't have any weight machines but does come with a few free weights. Overall, lovely hotel. The rooms are smaller than what most westerners would like however. The hotel is within walking distance of the subway and many great restaurants. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was keeping my room cool. It was warmer than what I would have liked.
