"nice and comfortable"
The actual room was very nice,the only however is the night we checked in the hotel clerk (man) stated that the breakfast buffett was until 10 am. My sister, myself and 2 kids hurried and got down there at 9:45 am and no breakfast. When I inquired about this, the woman stated the breakfast was only until 9:30, I asked well why were we misinformed by […] the clerk last night she stated she didn't know and didn't offer any kind of consolation. "Key Mix Up"
The hotel itself is fine. I was EXTREMELY disapointed and concerned that I was given at check in a key to an occupied room. I recieved my key and went to the room and walked in on another hotel guest. To say the least I was not happy, nor was the other hotel guest. This was a major safetly concern to me!

This was located next to our conference and was well kept. The staff were very helpful. All said.....a great trip.

"very nice place"
It was a very nice place to stay but lacked certain things you take for granted at a hotel nowdays. No refridgerator or microwave in room. Very plain in that way but very modern in appearance and cleanliness.

It's a great hotel for a Courtyard. Very modern. Lots of granite. The entrance of the hotel is really cool. Rooms are a little nicer than a typical Courtyard. Bed is comfy, but no heavenly bed. That's why I didn't rank that a 5. The hotel is just outside of the Omaha area on the way out to Lincoln. But, it's a 10 minute drive to downtown. It is actually […] about 1 mile away from the new Triple A Royals Ballpark. If you're going to watch a game, this would be an outstanding place to stay. All in all, this is a great hotel. "Passing thru Omaha"
We just stopped for the night on our I-80 trip. It was really nice - I would guess they cater to business people. The beds were wonderful!
"Real Surprise"
My wife and I were driving cross country and needed lounging around Omaha. Booked the Courtyard in La Vista and were surprised by the beautiful facility, great staff, and great location. It appears to be a beautiful conference facility as well.

This hotel is very clean and comfortable with a modern twist. The bed linens are luxurious (I considered buying some for my home). Wish there had been more restauraunts in the area but Would definitlely stay again.

We were very pleased with this hotel. The accommodations were just what we had in mind. We enjoyed the pool and fitness center; also used the business center briefly. The room was clean, comfortable, and included all the necessary amenities. A big plus was that the hotel was obviously built to eliminate noise from adjacent rooms. This hotel is great if you have a reason to be in La Vista or nearby. It is clean and very comfortable. It is far away from the main part of Omaha (I stayed there because it is next to the La Vista convention center). "A comfortable, pleasant and welcoming hotel"
I was in the hotel very briefly and really wanted nothing more than a comfortable, pleasant and clean hotel that was an easy drive to the small towns of eastern NE which were my actual destination. By far the most elegant and upscale Courtyard I've ever encountered and I travel a lot! Everything was clean, new, modern and convenient. My room faced the highway and you could faintly hear a little traffic white noise but other than that, this hotel far, far exceeded my expectations. "not impressed at all"
beautiful place but thats it, rooms are to small, no fridge had to go to ice machine and put ice in trashcan to keep my drinks cold, had to go to different floor to get ice because ice machine on floor we were on was broken, elevators were horrible slow only two of the three were working, no breakfast really even super 8 gives a complimentary breakfast […] the pool was so fricking cold we could not stay in more than ten minutes pool was way to small and there were no towels had to drip all the way back to our room. will never stay there again Lisez la suite

This was a very nice hotel, new, nicely decorated, super clean, and all employees we encountered throughout the hotel were extremely friendly. I have only good things to say about this hotel. We were very happy.
The hotel was convenient and clean. However it was very noisy. Any movement in the hallway or the floor above was very audible in my room. It was easily the noisiest hotel I have stayed at in a long time. The staff was friendly and helpful. I did spend time in the lounge. The staff was friendly, the drinks were good, and the atmosphere was great.

"Courtyard Marriott on the outskirts of Omaha"
Beautiful Hotel. The lobby is incredible for a Courtyard. Very nice staff, but hard to find at times. The bed wasn't as comfortable as some Courtyards tend to be. But overall, a very nice experience for a Courtyard Marriott. If you did not see the outside and someone placed you in the lobby, you would think that you were at a much nicer hotel.
"Fantastic hotel"
Took a weekend trip with my friend and our kids. We were visiting both Lincoln and Omaha so this hotel was in the perfect location. Right off of I-80 it was only 40min to Lincoln and a quick interstate trip to the zoo. The hotel lobby was gorgeous and checkin was fast. The room was VERY clean and spacious and well decorated. Check in was very fast, and help is very professional, clean cut. I was blown away by this hotel. Much more than we expected. It says this is a 3 star hotel, but i would rated it above and beyond 5 stars. It is absolutly beautiful, extremely clean. Did not want to leave. They truely care about you and want to make sure you have a pleasant stay. They […] even come by your table after they have served your dinner (by the cook) to make sure everything is to our liking. Our toom was meticulous. Everything was gorgeous reds/yellows, and mahogony. So gorgeous. It was more than home away from home. I can't rave enough how much I loved this hotel. Our family of three made reservations online for a two night stay. We were told at check-in the room we originally reserved was not available, however, they did have a different room available for us. We took this room instead and was not disappointed. The lobby was much more beautiful in person than the photos online. The room was tastefully decorated […] without being pretentious. Noise from the street or the hallway was never a factor. "Classy and Quiet - Close to Omaha within suburbs"
We felt the hotel was extremely classy for the low price we paid. Definitely got our money's worth. It was quiet and we loved it so much we wanted to stay a week! We all said we would stay at this hotel on our next trip. Cabela's is located across the street which was a big hit for my "guys" and it was close to the interstate and 4 miles from the suburbs […] for food and shopping. Lisez la suite

The hotel was very conviently located right off the highway. Very clean. Nice staff. The only thing we didn't know prior to arriving was that the hotel was attached to a convention center. The parking lot is huge, but there was an event going on the night of our stay so we had to park very far away from the hotel entrance.
