Petit déjeuner très banal. Pas de apin, pas de fruit, Le buffet du samedi soir est limité, arrivés vers 20h, il n'y avait plus de dessert. rien pour remplacer, mais prix inchangé;

super rapport/qualité prix, de loin l'un des meilleurs que j'ai eu. Jolie piscine intérieure chauffée avec jacuzzi, chambre spacieuse et propre qui donne sur la piscine et non sur l'extérieur. La réceptionniste chaleureuse et attentionnée, toujours prête à aider et à rendre service. Petit déjeuner continental complet. Bons restaurants tout autours où l'on peut accéder à pied. Je vous le recommande vivement, vous ferez une très bonne affaire.

"lots of room for toddler"
we had a 2 bedroom unit, and it was well worth it for my 17 month old grand son to have room to unwind and be able to go to sleep while we were still up and active

very nice hotel and very friendly staff. this was our anniversary weekend so i wanted everything to be very nice and romantic. this hotel met my expectations and more. the hotel amenities were great and the staff was excellent.
I didn't like being called about joining something. I just hung up!

room was nice..guests next door (approx. 8-10 persons) were extremely noisy..finally called security the last night to quiet the situation...I had previously knocked, but guestsdid not respond...in & out of doors frequently during night, children screaming, etc.

"Great hotel, great stay."
Stayed here with 2 kids ages 3 & 2. Rooms were laid out very nice. Very accessible to attractions. Within walking distance of several things. If the kids were older we could have walked further. Hotel has indoor and outdoor pools. One drawback they do offer a timeshare presentation, but they are not pushy at all about it. I said no one time and was […] never asked again. Close to shops and restaurants. Really close to downtown but not crowded.the trolly stops right in front of hotel. Good parking area.villa is nice and roomy.we would recommend this hotel to anyone

This was a wonderful hotel. Top notch place to stay and it is convient to the downtown area.
"Very comfortable"
Everything was great. We spent the weekend sking and enjoying the sights. We were very comfortable and had plenty of room. I had paid in full when I booked the room far in advance, so I was surprised that the hotel placed a $115.00 hold on my credit card. It was not released for 2 days. That was a first for me. Otherwise, everything was great.
"Fancy with a rustic feel"
What a beautiful hotel, huge pretty rooms, nice view, and best of all close to all. Can't go wrong with this choice and the price can't be beat.

"Interesting stay"
Just remember when you book this hotel it is a timeshare resort. Is a little over priced. Don't stay in an end unit it isn't nice. Alot of noise from the about rooms. Trouble with the internet on getting on at all times. But good location to walk down town.

Great hotel, great location, close to the strip and all attractions in Gatlinburg. Room was very nice and clean, great view of town and mountains,staff was very friendly. Definitley a must stay, we will stay there again next time we're in Gatlinburg
"Holiday Inn Vacation Club - Gatlinburg"
What a great find! This place exceeded my expectations. The suites are beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. The facility is conveniently located a couple of blocks from the main road in Gatlinburg. beautiful hotel...great service...hard to find haha because it is tucked away though steps from the hustle and liveliness of downtown. LOVED IT =)

"Convenient and Roomy"
This was our 2nd stay in this hotel. Very convenient to downtown Gatlinburg - across the street from the Log Cabin Pancake House which the kids love for breakfast. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa, which has a kitchen, den, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Ask for a unit that overlooks the creek for a great view. Our only complaint is that they are now pushing […] the timeshare sales and the front desk sends you to the timeshare salesperson across the lobby to get your parking pass. If you're not interested, you have to be very firm and just ask for your pass and leave. There are also timeshare salespeople in downtown Gatlinburg and they will promise you discount or free tickets to shows. If you have the time and want to do this then it's not a bad deal but if you're like us and trying to maximize vacation time with the family, it's a bit annoying. Lisez la suite
"Great Place For Vacation"
Once we arrived, we were greeted by a very friendly staff, with pleasant conversation. We were told that they were going to give us about thirty minutes to get settled, and they would be up to check on us. After retrieving our keys and parking pass we drove down to the first floor, ( the third floor is the main floor) unloaded the car, and took the […] elevator up to our room. Prior to booking our room we had read some not so pleasant reviews and checked into the problems that they had run into. One person mentioned something about filling her tub up to take a bath, and once she turned her jets on, dirt came shooting out into her bath water, so I knew, since I'm something like a germaphobe, I would have to look into that, so I filled the tub until it was over the jets, cut them on, and sure enough she was right. After solving that mystery, I went and checked on other things and I couldn't find any other problems until later that week. We found out the fireplace didn't work :( fortunately for us we were there in summer :) so it wasn't a big deal, but on the other hand I like to get what I pay for. Once they sent someone to check on us I informed her about the problems. I showed her the evidence and she kind of just looked at me like "What do you want me to do about it?" My fiance had stepped out for a minute and its just like she could care less what I was talking about, but for some strange reason when he came back she changed her attitude and sent someone to get right on it. From that point on we didn't have one problem, the stay was lovely and I didn't want to leave! I would recommend this hotel to anyone, but just make sure you check to make sure everything is alright at the beginning of your stay :) God bless. Lisez la suite

My experience here was wonderful. CLEAN EVERYTHING there was some eye sores such as renovations that were seen but hey that means they keep the place up without getting in guests way

Our stay was wonderful once we were moved to a different room. Amanda was very pleasant and helpful. She went above and beyond to see that we were happy. I will recommend this hotel to anyone that will be staying in Gatlinburg. It is walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg and a nice restaurant directly across the street.
"Time Share property"
We were surprised to find out at check in, that this was a time share property and not a full service hotel. This was not mentioned anywhere on their website. Good size room, great location and clean rooms but the daily room service is not provided. No food serving at this hotel at all.

I did a lot of research. This hotel came up best. We booked it. All I can say is it exceeded our expectations. It is a top notch resort. I would strongly recommend it. We will return.

"Holiday Inn Club Vacations in Gatlinburg"
Very nice hotel, happy with everything there...clean, comfortable, friendly, nice pool, lobby, etc. We lucked out and paid for a standard room, but were upgraded to a villa because there were no standard available. If you can afford the villa, they are wonderful. We felt like we had our very own apartment for a few days. Walking to town is do-able, […] but it's a bit of a walk for us that are no longer in our 20's! Lots to do in the downtown area though. Had a really nice time in Gatlinburg, even saw a mama and baby bear over in the Smoky Mtn. Park. Nice thing is, the park is only minutes away and is beautiful! Lisez la suite

the acommodations were great. the room was very comfortable and very clean. the people are very friendly. altough the hotel was a little bit from the attractions in gatlinbur,g we could move around pretty well. i would recomend this hotel to everyone!

We stayed for 2 nights over the Memorial Day weekend. The staff was very courteous and the suite was excellent, one of the nicest places I've stayed. Easy walking distance from everything on thr Parkway.

This is a fantastic property. I noticed work being performed throughout the property to keep it clean and updated. The staff was wonderful. Our door lock was difficult and someone stopped by to take care of it right away. The room was very, very clean. Everything was very well maintained. I had to make a late night trip to the car and security was walking […] the garage. What an added bonus! It was a short walk down the hill to the main strip in Gatlinburg. "Very Beautiful Room, View, and Location"
We were very pleased with our stay. The room was fantastic, beautifully decorated and spotless. The balcony view of the mountains was breath taking. We were close to the main street with the attractions although we were 2 city blocks on a hill which was a climb on return. However we could have taken the trolley for 50 cents! There was a very clean outdoor […] heated pool and also one indoors. The only problem was that no one told us it was a time share room, not when we booked it or when we checked in. The first day we stayed out of our room waiting for the maid to come and of course she didn't. It wasn't that we minded washing our linens, dishes, etc., it was just a surprise. My husband and I spent the weekend and had a wonderful time! Everything was clean, including the pool. It is located within easy walking distance from just about everything in Gatlinburg. Staff were friendly and always helpful. It was a fantastic weekend!

Its a pet peeve of mine for a hotel to put you in a room that is right above another which is under constructions- thoughtless. Also, the night security guard couldn't find my confirmation number and treated me as if I was an imposture when I went to check in. "Family vacation"
This was a perfect hotel for us. We have one kid, so having the bedroom seperate from the "living room area" is VERY nice on vacations! The location is very convient to walk almost everywhere we went, including great places to eat and things to do! We will be back! :)

"Awesome location and Staff"
We got to our room and it was beautiful. Overlooked the mountains and off the strip a little, just a couple blocks to downtown. Actually we were evacuated during our stay because of a possible fire and turned out to be a sensor(?). We got a call to our room at around 7:45 am to evacuate the building right away telling us where to go and then asked to […] leave the parking lot. All was well and all rooms were checked. I felt they handled it very professional and felt very safe. Did I mention the room was totally awesoom, can't think of anything to complain about. Pool/hot tub indoors and outdoors.
