"Convenient location for everything"
First time at a Comfort Suites and I will seek out to stay there again. Extremely clean and friendly staff. Unfortunately I had to be in Jackson for a family funeral, but knowing what I know about the hotel now, I will stay there again on my next visit. Location was great

"EXCELLENT ALL THE WAY AROUND"
The perfect hotel! Rates are reasonable, it was new and very clean and comfortable and convenient. The breakfast area was very nice and comfortable and they offered a FULL and HOT spread of items. My children really enjoyed the indoor pool too! I will stay there every time when visiting family in Jackson.

It was comfortable, clean and high quality.

I left a flash drive in the hotel lobby. Later in the afternoon I realized my mistake. They retrived my flash drive and held it until I could pick it up. The hotel is self is well kept and clean. The staff is polite, friendly and helpful. Would recommend this place to anyone.

This is a new hotel; everything looked pretty nice. Casey Jones village and restaurant is nearby which was neat. The breakfast was ok, but it looked to me that more help was needed since the trash cans very overflowing. I also think that the hotel was overpriced. In general, this was a good stay.
