My friends and I had a great stay here. The staff is helpful and friendly. The location is great too. It's a minute away from Shinsaibashi Shopping Arcade, Dontonbori street (great food places up and down the street), and Shinsaibashi Station.

Good enough to stay over night. Only internet system need to be improve. No wify in the room only in the lobby

This hotel is very convenient and near to shinsaibashi. There are a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. The room is clean and staffs are friendly. Overall is very good. The only minus point is no wifi inside the room and only have wifi in the lobby. Remember to bring your won multiple plug to Japan if your electrical plug is different from Japan  […] standard. We read that it was generally a hotel catering to business travelers and true enough there were quite a number of business travelers, events and conferences there. But it was a good stay all the same. We got a semi-double and the bed was comfortable. A little cramped in terms of space but not so cramped that you can't move about or open your bags. Staff […] spoke English well enough to understand us. We got by with broken Japanese as well. There's a convenience store right around the corner and Tokyu Hands is right there too. It's smack in the middle of two subway stations and a 5 minute walk to Shinsaibashisuji. Since it's slight off the main shopping street, the immediate neighbourhood is quieter, which is a good thing for us. All in all a wonderful stay at the special price we got it at. Lisez la suite

quite but convenient location. room looks a little bit old but it is well maintained and clean. not enough wall outlets in the room, among laptop, battery chargers, table light, water boiler and hair dryer, you could only use two of them at the same time, which is quite annoying. Everything is good, only triple room is a little small. Anyway I have a good time in there. I really recommend this hotel.

It looks like an old office building both externally and internally. The lift is old and the lobby looks like it's a motel instead of a hotel. But the room is clean and good location.

As a family of 5 with 3 children, we found our stay at the Hearton Hotel Minamisenba to be a pleasant experience. In fact, we were so comfortable that we bought pillows from the hotel to take home. The hotel staff was most accommodating and helpful. The only misgiving we have is the lack of minor fixtures like microwave ovens and proper facilities […] for coin-operated washing machines. I am totally satisfied with my stay at Hearton Minamisenba. Super convenient to all the shopping and the Shinsaibaishi subway station is just outside the hotel and Namba station is about 15 min walk away. My family stayed 2 nights in this hotel. As expected, the semi double room is small and cramp but I booked the room at a very good rate so I have […] no complaints. I was surprised with the space I get for the twin room, very spacious and comes with a long sofa which can seat 3 people comfortably. It is worth paying a little more for the twin room. Good food can be found outside the hotel area by walking about 5-10 min to the Doutonbori, somewhere near a bridge and a crab sign restaurant. Walk and eat along the streets and experience the variety of food available. Overall, I am happy and satisfied and would recommend this hotel to friends and anyone who reads this review. A stone throw from Minamisenba station. Less than 5 mins. The room was extremely small. No walking space once you open up your luggage. Toilet was super cramped too. No kettle, just a small mug for boiling water. Dun even consider if you are more than small build asian.

the hotel's location is good, close to the shopping area of Osaka, but the hotel rooms themselves needs major updates, it's so old.

We were very happy with hotel. We chose a twin room so that we would have more space given Japanese rooms are generally small. We have stayed at a Hearton Hotel in Kyoto and this hotel was of equally good standard. The room had everything we needed including free internet and was well serviced daily. The hotel was not easy to find and we suggest having […] the map where the hotel is located in Japanese handy as people are very helpful. Clean and comfortable. The room was a decent size. Staff are attentive and friendly. They even let us use the computer room after hours! I was quite happy with this hotel! Great location too.

We stayed in a 2 twin bed room for 3 nights here. By Japan standards, the room was very large and comfortable, with adequate space for even the added sofa. Many of the front desk staff we dealt with spoke a knowledgeable amount of English and were very helpful. The nearby AmPm convenience store makes stocking up on inexpensive foods and snacks handy. […] The location of the hotel is a split affair. If you are only staying in Osaka, the Hearton is a good hotel with many top tier shopping brands located nearby like Chanel, Fendi, and the next door Tokyu Hands and also reasonable walking distance to the covered shopping arcades of Shinsaibashi down to Dotombori. For travelers who would be using the hotel as a base for further distance traveling on the shinkansen or other trains, they should consider the 7 minute walk between the hotel and the nearest subway station, Shinsaibashi, followed by the connecting rides to the JR stations at Osaka (Umeda), and Shin-Osaka. 친구 셋이서 묵었던 곳입니다. 침대 3개 있는 방이라 많이 좁을꺼라 생각했는데.... 솔직히 첫날은 좁다는 생각이 들었지만... 익숙해지니까 생각보다 넓은 공간이더라구요 그리고 깨끗한 객실이 좋았습니다. 하나 아쉬은 점은 셋다 아침은 꼭 챙겨먹는다 였는데... 조식 시간이 8시부터 가능해서... 짧은 시간 여행간거라 조식시간이 조금만더 일찍 오픈했으면 하는 생각이들었지만 그외는 모두다 만족했습니다

地點方便，可步行至心齋橋，難波等地。房間雖小但清潔，作為休息暫住的地方十分不錯

會考慮下次再住。

도톤보리까지 걸어서 약 20분이 소요되어 약간 먼 감은 있었지만, 객실 청결도, 프런트의 친절함이 돋보이는 호텔이었음.

200米以内就可以到心斋桥 500米内可以到心斋桥站 地理位置非常好 酒店服务还不错，房间偏小，但东西齐全，干净 做活动订的方，相对性价比就非常高了。

아침 식사를 정갈하게 준비해 주어서 정말 고맙습니다. 맛있고 친절하여 좋았습니다.

部屋もビジネスホテルにしては広いし清潔でした。 ただ　こちらは、車での宿泊でしたので　駐車場代がもう少しお安くなればいいなという感想です。しかし　大阪の中心ですし　仕方ないかもしれませんね。　部屋の飲み物がインスタントコーヒーなどあればなおいいです。　緑茶　昆布茶　ほうじ茶の粉末はあり助かりました。 全体的にとてもいいホテルだと思いました。ありがとうございました。
