Clean and comfortable. The girl at the desk in the morning was very friendly. The water pressure was very low but since staying one night it was OK. The dining room is small. We must have come w/a lot of the other guests, because a lot of people sat in the lobby with their food or went to their room.

This hotel impressed me very much. The staff was quite friendly and the rooms were, in all respects, above my expectations. Well done!

Hotel was nice and Room was clean . Hotel had a very comfortable feel to it. Hotel seemed very new and in good condition. The breakfast buffet was good as well. It had cereal, waffles,oatmeal , fruit, eggs , bacon and potatoes. Hotel was a nice place and was inexpensive .

Comfortable room, clean and convenient. Water flow very slow in bathroom sink and shower.

Everything about this hotel was great with the exception of the late check in. We got there at 12:45 and were told we could not check in until 3PM. We were not even offered a room.

Very comfortable. Service was very good. Only draw back was the lack of a computer to use for the customers, as I did not have a laptop. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Hotel was very nice! You have to pay a .50 toll everytime you went on or off hwy, just adds up real fast.

Super rooms - granite counters, soft beds and pillows, large room

PROVIDES SHUTTLE TO AIRPORT. HAS GOOD BREAKFAST, CLEAN ROOMS. RESTAURANTS A BIT OF A WALK--MAYBE A MILE TO TWO, BUT IN ALL OTHER RESPECTS A GREAT VALUE.

Great price, nice and clean, the only complaint I had was the smell in the room, pungent odor not sure what from and we didn't use the air/heat either. We were only there for one brief night so if staying longer would have asked for different room. Also, water pressure was terrible. The room was ok. Nothing great, stains on carpet, bathroom ceiling extractor vent made dripping noices all night, the water pressure in the shower and bathroom sink was but a drizzle. The hot tub temp was cold and the jets did not work. When I advsd the staff they had the jets on all day on the last day of my stay and I was there for 1 week. But the […] water in was still cold. You can always count on your hotel to be friendly, clean, homey and warm. I have never been disappointed and will always stay here whenever I can...YOU GUYS ROCK!!!

We chose this hotel for its location, as it is one of a cluster of business hotels north of the Tampa airport and close to our family. It wasn't a bad experience, but a long list of minor annoyances made it a property where we don't want to return. The airport shuttle doesn't run on a schedule and doesn't take reservations - the only option is to call […] after a plane has arrived and wait (and wait, and wait). It was over 2 hours between the plane landing and getting into the room. Our reservation for a king bed was not honored, as only twin beds were available. Our request for non-feather pillows was also not honored; after a few hours, the staff finally found two foam pillows, but the next day the cleaning staff removed them and replaced them with feather pillows, again. The cleaning staff also used excessive amounts of an overwhelmingly floral "fresh scent" odorant; fortunately, the windows could open and the air was breathable again after a few hours. On the other hand, the room was quiet, had no insects (often a challenge in Florida), the bathroom fixtures were all in good order, and the breakfast room had a good selection. Clean, quiet and pleasant place. Stayed two nights. Breakfast was very good. Lots of parking. Good restaurant about 3 blocks away, Green Iguana.

AC in bedroom was awful- blew right on our faces. Breakfast was a joke, and no food anyway- guess the cook didnt show up. Lighting NG for a woman- Never considered when planning rooms or lighting As an interior designer that was always my first consideration. Bathroom would have been better with the sink separated from shower and toilet

Property was okay and met all my expectations; they just weren't very high. Breakfast was okay, rooms were acceptable. Key was "rooms" as first one had a leak from tub on floor above. Staff reacted very well and provided another room, albeit a handicap room, for the next two nights. Price was right, location fit my need and access to area was good.

Nice hotel in a good location... central to a lot of things in Tampa. The gym is nothing special, but they do have a cable machine which allows you to do a variety of exercises if you take a few minutes to learn how to use it. The windows in my room were operable, which is nice. I stayed on the fourth floor, and the water pressure in the shower was […] a joke. It was like letting the garden hose trickle out over my head. The hotel in general was fine for the price, but I did have a few complaints. The hotel rooms were much smaller than expected for a king room, so if your looking for space I suggest that you splurge and get a king suite. The front desk clerk wasn't as accomodating as a lot of clerks that I have dealt with in past hotel stays. I asked about a DVD player […] and was told that it would be a $10 charge for it, which I think is ridiculous for a paying guest. Our room had 2 pieces of gum stuck to the furniture, which tells me that housekeeping is not doing a very good job. Lastly, the shower had no hot water. I would stay here again only if the price was still the same or cheaper, I wouldn't pay a dollar more! Lisez la suite

Hotel and the accommodations were great

Employees were very helpful and new the area well. One drawback was housekeeping waking us up at 10:20 AM and 11:00 to make sure that we were ready to vacate by 12:00. Otherwise it was a wonderful stay.

the minute we entered the room we noticed how nice and clean it smelled, and we were very surprised as how quite it was. considering how close we were to the airport. nice location easy access to highways. Would recommend and stay there again!

Nice, clean, spacious room.The hotel seems to be relatively new so it is in a great condition. However, the lock on the door of our first room didn't work, and we didn't realize it until the next morning. We told them, and they switched us to another room. Our flight out of Fort Myers was canceled due to bad weather back in Minnesota so we unexpectedly had to reroute to Tampa. We opted for the two room suite because we were traveling with our 18 month- old and she is a light sleeper. We were able to fit the pack-n-play in the bedroom. Carlos helped us check in and was very friendly and helpful. The room […] was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was a convenient drive to the airport and the neighborhood felt safe. Well maintained, good service and very comfortable. Great value for the money. Just there overnight after landing late in the evening at the Tampa airport Highly recommend it. The breakfast offered was ok but just ok

The hotel in general is not bad, especially the Front Desk, they are very friendly and willing to help. BUT the housekeepers are bad, they even don't change the bed sheet from last client. when we open the cover, a lot of dirt and hairs in the bed, you can imagine how awful!!!

I was hoping for a large room like you get at Embassy Suites, not the case. It was new hotel so it was clean, and furnished nicely. The beds are hard as rocks, (so I did not sleep) and the sheets were so thin that I would not call them sheets. My room window looked at a run down garage.. I am glad it was only for a night to be near the airport.

We were picked up promptly at the airport by the courtesy shuttle after calling the hotel. The check-in was quick and easy. The room was very nice and clean. It is a newer hotel and we were impressed by the cleanliness of the room as well as the breakfast area. The complimentary breakfast was great and had a good selection from which to choose. The […] hotel also helped us book the shuttle to the cruise port. (Shuttle to the cruise port charges per person, but it was less than a taxi ride.) We would HIGHLY recommend this hotel!! A nice hotel , with nice rooms, the staff were good...

I very much enjoyed my stay here. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly. I was assisted with anything I needed. The room was very clean except for a stain on the lounge chair. The furnishings were new and very modern. The bathroom was very spacious and clean. The breakfast was great and plentiful. Overall a very good experience.
