I enjoyed the stay. People were friendly but the sofa bed in our room left quite a bit to be desired. One night with it was all I could stand. After asking the desk to switch rooms for the night they were very accommodating and did so as soon as one was available. I definitely would recommend this hotel, just not the sofa beds. This is a great hotel to stay at if you are touring or moving your college student into the University of Northwestern Ohio...easy access and lots of place to eat surrounding the hotel.

The front desk was not very friendly but the worst part were the elevators. They were dirty amd smelly. There was a caution sign for wet floor but nothing was wet and the weather was dry that day. There were stains as if something had spilled and just let it dry. This was a poor first impression. Also the room had finger marks on the mirror.

The stay was great except for the kids in the pool and spa. Just wanted to sit in the spa and relax after a stressful day. There were at least 17 kids going between the spa and pool. They were screaming and yelling the whole time. The front desk stated that during the week, the pool isn't used at all, but on weekends......

Our stay was for only one night. We needed somewhere with easy freeway access and near restaurants. This hotel had both. It was clean and the staff was nice. I recommend it.

This is our 2nd stay at this particular Holiday Inn Express in a year. From the front desk, to housekeeping, and everyone in-between have always been courteous and wanting to make sure your stay is nothing but the best. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding! Our only complaint is that the lounge area closes at 10pm.

We really enjoyed our one night stay at Holiday Inn! The hotel was very well kept and clean. Our room was very nice and inviting. Our only problem was that the drain in the shower was clogged up. But other than that it was great! We will stay here again the next time we are in Lima!

I had to pick up old cheese left on floor. Floors didn't looked swept. But suite had a nice setup. Bed very comfortable. Check out at 11:00 and housekeeping knocked on door at 10:00 and supervisor for housekeeping knocked on door at 10:15. This was annoying when we had an hour left.

We have stayed at this hotel several times when coming into town to visit relatives, and were happy with our stay, BUT this stay was not as comfortable. The pillows were terrible, to fat and lumpy. one was to thin to use alone and when you use both they were to high and lumpy could not flatten them out enough. The room was very warm this time. We changed […] the temp to be 68 but it kepp shutting off at 70 and it made for a very stuffy hot room with 4 of us in the room. Neither on eof us had a good night sleep. If i could suggest also that if you know in advance that the room will be occupied with 4 people it would be nice to have 4 large bath towels and not just 3....I am not sure we will stay at this hotle our next vist to Lima we may try another hotel.... This hotel is very nice, we had a great time. The pool was so warm and we were the only ones in it most of the time, which was great. The hotel restaurant had great food and the kids at free - which saved us a bunch! We really enjoyed our stay here.

During our stay, the aera had a freak storm and a massive power outage. During the power outage, the hotel staff provided every one with sandwitches, sodas and bottled water. The staff was very nice. The hotel was great! I only had one negative from my experience was the maid staff was extremely noisey and almost pushy to get you out of the room. They started vacuuming in the hallway around 9:00 and started knocking on doors soon after. "So much for sleeping in!"Checkout time was 11:00.....?

First time I stayed here. The front desk staff was very professional. Our TV had audible but no screen, when we called they sent someone up quickly and took care of the problem. Addressed me by name whenver I went by the front desk. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Within walking distance of everything!!

This was a great hotel! Everyone was so nice, the food in the restaurant was great and the service was wonderful. Everyone was very helpful and very courteous. Our son is going to college in that town so we will definitely be staying there everytime we go.

The hotel was very nice. The front desk and housekeeping staff were very accommodating. The only problem we had was getting out of parking lot onto the road when you had to cross traffic, which wasn't too terrible.

This is a very nice, clean hotel! The rooms are very attractive and well appointed with comfy beds and furniture. We did have to wait a while for our breakfast in the restaurant, the kitchen was quite slow that day. We will stay here again next year!

I SPECIFICALLY SEARCHED FOR A HOTEL WITH CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST. THIS HOTEL ADVERTISED THAT IT HAD IT. HOWEVER ONCE WE CHECKED IN, IT WAS APPARENT THAT IT WAS NOT THE CASE. FOR THE PRICE, WE EXPECTED TO HAVE SOMETHING COMPLIMENTARY. WE WILL NOT STAY THERE AGAIN BECAUSE OF THIS. VERY NICE AND CLEAN, BUT NOT A GOOD VALUE FOR THE PRICE.

The hotel was new and very nice and the staff was friendly when we checked in. Everything in our room seemed to be perfect. We headed out for dinner and when we returned, we noticed a party going on in the banquet area. All was fine until we went to bed and you could literally feel the music vibrating the beds. A call to the front desk revealled that […] the party was scheduled to go on until 12:30 a.m. They were very accomodating in changing our room, but I have to say that I was not thrilled to have to pack up and move at 10:30 p.m. I would have readily reccomended this hotel to anyone, but I have to wonder why any hotel would put rooms for sleeping directly over rooms for holding parties.
