L'hotel est très bien (confort, propreté, services) avec une belle piscine bien agréable. Par contre, il faut absolument avoir une voiture car il est impossible d'aller à pied en ville ou en transport en communs.
Situation

How often do you get to stay in a hotel housed in a building built circa 1500 and stroll down the street and around the corner is the Cathedral? Everything was special about our stay in Toledo (except the weather). Staff was very friendly and helpful the room very clean (bathroom very small, but clean). "Hotel Santa Isabel Toledo - Central to walking"
The hotel's location two blocks from the Cathedral makes it an ideal base for walking to all points of most interest in Toledo. The room we stayed in was compact but not cramped, was very clean, and had a comfortable bled. The WiFi worked well. We had a view of the Iglesia Santa Isabel right alongside the hotel. The interior of the hotel was also […] pleasing to the eye because the halways had very attractive ceramic tile on the walls. The contiental breakfast was inexpensive and good plus the service was courteous and quick. Desk staff was courteous and helpful in providing information about the city, storing our bags on the last day and getting us a taxi to go to the train station. This hotel was very good value for money. Since we still have many things left to see in Toledo, we wiil be back to the Santa Isabel Lisez la suite

We enjoyed our stay at Santa Isabel. The signs directing us to the Hotel were very helpful in finding it. It was in great location, very close to the cathedral and restaurants. The room was warm, clean and comfortable. I would stay there again if I returned.

A pleasant hotel offering good value for money and close to the sights in Toledo. We enjoyed our stay - although we failed to notice the air-conditioning unit until our final morning! Entirely our own fault of course. The cobbled streets outside were very atmospheric, but did mean traffic noises were amplified. Conversations at reception desk in the […] early hours of the morning did not help - but perhaps had we been cooler, we might not have noticed!! he hotel is located 2 min. walk from the cathedral, the only problem is that it is >10 min. walk (in narrow allies) from the place where the bus drops you- which can be annoying if you have a big bag. the room was very old fashion. the staff did not understand-ed English which mad the communication a bit problematic...

this was a very nice hotel, clean, accommodating staff, i think they spoke english,all very nice. room was fantastic. not huge but great. certainly deserves more than 2 stars. would highly recommend to anyone. centrally located

Santa Isabel hotel is a good value if you are looking for a clean and convenient hotel and don't want to spend a lot of money. It's not luxurious, but it has charm and a great location. We made reservations online thru hotels.com, but when we arrived, we didn't like the room -it was small and dark. We had to ask to see several rooms until they finally […] showed us a room that was acceptable at the same price we booked, so be nice but persistent if you don't like the first room they give you. One thing we didn't understand at the time of booking is that the "Standard Double" room is two twin beads, not a double bed. So we had to sleep in separate beds...not the end of the world, but not exactly conducive to a romantic get away with my husband. Lisez la suite

Lovely basic hotel. Fantastic views of the Cathedral and Alcazar from the roof top terrace, especially at the weekend evenings when all lit up. Staff friendly, helpful. Breakfast limited but plenty cafe around. Rooms clean and comfortable. Fantablous stay would highly recommend.

This quaint hotel is tucked away on one of the back alleys. They agreed to store our luggage while we toured around Toledo and they were very accomodating. I loved the tiled walls in the hallways and all the wood trim. Our room was so cute! The only negative was that our two twin beds were separated by a lamp and we couldn't pull them together. Also, […] the hotel was a bit of a walk from the bus stop. Otherwise, it was quiet and certainly adequate for our needs. We would be happy to stay there again if we were ever in Toledo. "Amazing location"
We were very afraid that we'd never find the hotel in out rental car considering the Medeival layout of old Toledo. In the end it was very easy to find because it was well signposted on the drive in. The air conditioning in our reserved room was not working so they offered us a nicer room (in the older portion of the hotel ... we liked that portion […] better anyway) for the same price. There was some parking available in the garage (basement of the building) but it was a tight fit! The front desk employees were wonderful and all spoke English. This hotel is location, location, location ... quiet but very near all the sites the old city has to offer! Lisez la suite

The hotel was well located for seeing the sights. Staff was friendly & helpful, and the premises were clean. Navigating the narrow streets to get to the hotel & trying to find street names was a bit of a challenge --- don't drive if you don't have to!

Nice hotel in great location (though tricky to find and drive thru very narrow streets). Has own parking which is essential. Lovely rooftop terrace with nice views.

Hyggeligt hotel i den gamle bydel. Kommer man i bil, skal man være klar over at gaderne er MEGET smalle. men det er et utroligt hyggeligt kvarter. Meget venlige mennesker.
