I called Hotels.com and made ONE reservation for two suites. I had to use my credit card 3 times just to check in. Two days later they called me at home... as they had only charged me for one room and yet they gave us two room keys. I had a friends name added to the reservation as he would be there first and could get into a room while he waited for everyone else. He was not allowed to get a room key as they couldn't find the information. We were also not informed of getting a parking pass for our stay and received a $35 parking ticket which I had to appeal online the next day. Our stay was fine, but I have never had such problems from just a simple hotel stay. VERY VERY disorganized!!! par un client Hotels.com le 13/05/2013
