"Decent place"
Though not of the usual standards of IC hotels, it is not bad either. Located quite close to the haram, you can find many shops nearby for anything you might need. Plenty of eating places are nearby including KFC and Hardees. We did not eat at the hotel except for the breakfast which was okay. We got the impression as if the hotel is bit short of staff […] as service was slow (had to ask for the baby cot three times). Lisez la suite

The hotel staff was very helpful. We arrived early and the room were not yet available, but the staff was very helpful and work hard to get a room so that we could get prepared to go to the mosque.

"Un responsive staff"
Its a shame to have a 'Five Star' rated hotel with very poor staff responsiveness to room service requests. Even the when checking in there was only one unfriendly attendant dealing with que of guests.

Great location in terms of proximity to the mosque and the food /shopping areas. Reasonable in price comparable to other surrounding 5 star hotels. Large rooms with free wi-fi. All things considered great value for money.

"Excellent Hotel...close to women's side"
We were very happy with our stay here. The accomodations were excellent. Our flight was cancelled and they gave our room away but when we arrived, they upgraded us to the royal suite! This is close to the women's entrance...definitely a plus. The breakfast buffet was amazing...a huge variety. Good location, great price!

This is a fantastic hotel, just a few minutes walk from the north end (back side gate) of Masjid An-Nabawi, which is great because women just veer left and men straight on for prayers. The room service menu is affordable and good, and they offer a nice breakfast for a decent price. The rooms are moderate to large (one had a massive king size bed and […] the other three "singles" (just smaller than U.S. full size). We had a flat screen with many channels and wireless internet access. They will arrange for a good cabbie to take you around to see the sites (or to the airport) at reasonable rates, with your preferred language. This is a four star hotel priced at 2 stars, and incredibly close to the Masjid. Go for it! Lisez la suite

客室フロアーの１階だった。 メッカ（マッカ）行きの乗り合いバスやら乗り合いタクシーの客引きの声がうるさくて、部屋ではまったく落ち着かなかった。
