Cet hotel est lié au dinner 'Peggy's' situé a coté. Avec la chambre, un repas est offert, soit le repas du soir, soit le petit dejeuner. Le dinner est charmant et agreable, l'hotel est tres propre et les prestations tres correctes... => Bonne etape sur la route 30...

"Microtel Inn Council Bluffs"
Staff were very friendly and offered us a special rate due to owning a business. The hotel and room were clean and it is a good location to numerous activities. The only down side was that the individuals next door were partying. We got back to our room around midnight after a movie, and they continued to be very noisy. I ended up calling the front […] desk who stated they would take care of it. After another half hour went by (2 am by now) they were still very loud. I again called the front desk. Clean, safe, pleasant, reasonably priced. Nice breakfast. Only complaint was the lack of a countertop in the bathroom. No where to put toiletries.

the hotel was clean & the staff was very nice the only bad part of this hotel the breakfast they have sucks....they dont have alot to choose from and also they have a small sitting place....they also have a small pool.......

Great hotel, second stay, stayed there because I knew where it was. Rooms were clean, breakfast was OK. Would stay there again when in the area.

Only complaint was burned out light bulb in room and very stale juice in breakfast bar

Personnel was friendly and helpful. Pool room and water was cold. I think all motel personnel need to swim in their pools maybe then then the temp would be adjusted.
Very clean hotel and the room includes a couch and an extra pull-out bed. I just do not like the style of the comfort room -- no tub in the shower and there is no place to put stuff.

Just across the interstate from the casino and down the road from the dog track and MidAmerican center. Easy access to Lake Manawa shopping and food. But the view from the hotel was very industrial, we had a 10' chain link fence with rolled bard on top to look at out our window and the pool windows, guess they wanted to protect the high lifts next door. […] The pool is small and needs to be cleaned more often. The hot tub is noisy, not much pressure, but it is HOT. Hotel is clean, good breakfast and the staff is friendly and helpful. Lisez la suite

"Several Positives and Negatives"
Positives - location, beds comfy, hd tv, shower good, nice modern decor, friendly staff, great price Negatives - super thin walls (you can have a conversation with the room next to you), doors all slam loud, breakfast had little choice if you are a deep sleeper or can wear ear plugs, you will like it. If a light sleeper, then look elsewhere. Great […] hotel, but they went cheap on insulation and doors (they all slam very loud and of course people do not try to close them quietly). "Clean rooms and hotel but poor staff"
The hotel was clean and roomy. The room definately met my expectations. The free breakfast was pretty standard for hotel breakfast. Good loaction as it is close to many things. The pool was clean but it was rather small and there were no towels in the area though. Had to get them from the front desk. My one complaint with the hotel is with the helpfulness […] of the staff. There was rarely anyone at the front desk. We called down a few times and never got an answer. When we went down to the desk the lady greeted us with "Yes?" Like I was bothering her. "Microtel Inn and Suites in Council Bluffs, IA"
This is a nice, clean hotel. The rooms are not very large, however, the window seat is a nice addition and makes the room seem larger. I would like to see a coffee pot in the rooms.
The overall experience was quite pleasant. The room was comfortable and clean. We had easy access to downtown and to the zoo. Great place to stay for the price for the weekend.
"Amazing for the Price"
I gave the hotel all 5 score ratings because of the incredible value for the price. We stayed in three hotels during our 2,000 mile drive and this was definitely the best of the three. I highly recommend it.

Nice newer inexpensive setup. Nice breakfast setup and chance to meet others. Perhaps more seating. Pleasant desk staff.

The two desk clerks spent time smoking outside the main entrance so guests had to contend with that. The outside needed to be cleaned up. The inside was fine and the room was OK. The walls seem to be a bit thin and so you can hear your neighbors if they have their TV volume up a bit. The price is good however.

Family was there to go to the Omaha Zoo. Pros: 1. Location-very close to everything we wanted to see including the Omaha Zoo, Children's Museum and the Pizza Machine. 2. Price: very reasonably priced 3. Noise level in hotel: pretty quiet Cons: 1. Complimentary beakfast was very average. Would have liked more space for breakfast and better hott food. 2. […] Fitness room only had 3 pieces of equipment and the pool is tiny! 3. The room was ok, but pretty small for 4 people. "Great Deal!"
The hotel for the sale price was GREAT!! It was very updated and clean. The pool was pretty small with no hot tub. The gentlemen at check out where very nice! The location is close to resturants and close to the interstate.

"2nd Stay"
This is our second stay at this hotel. We had been here before and really enjoyed it. It is only about 5 min from the zoo. When we got up this time our room was upgraded to a double queen. :) I would stay here again. Although the pool is a little small and there is no hot tub.
Very hot in Omaha the week I stayed there, air conditioning in my room had a hard time keeping up. Was on the 3rd floor. Think that might have had something to do with it. Comfortable most of the time.

We stayed there one night for visiting the Omaha Zoo and Omaha Children's Science Center.Close to both attractions. Close to casinos, shopping and restaurants. Staff friendly. Clean, well kept up and property appears not too old. We did not use the pool, but it looked nice.
