Super hôtel,petit déjeuné sous forme de buffet ÉNORME...Chambre super confortable.Pres de l’aéroport de Tucson idéal pour partir en visite vers le parc de Saguaro et ses cactus géants.Superbe piscine,l’environnement proche de l’hôtel est quelconque mais sur l’hôtel rien a redire...WiFi impeccable...Si de passage dans le coin pas d’hésitation pour le choix de cet hôtel.

Hôtel très propre et confortable. Le personnel (Pennie) est TRES accueillant. Nous gardons un très bon souvenir de notre séjour.

Hôtel très agréable et calme avec une jolie cour intérieure et piscine (pas chauffée), chambre propre et bon lit. Petit déjeuner impeccable. On retourne volontiers. Seul petit probleéme. Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas dans notre chambre (probablement trop éloigné), mais il va bien aux endroits plus centraux.
Des frais pour toute personne supplémentaire peuvent être facturés et dépendent de la politique de l'hôtel.
Une pièce d'identité officielle avec photo et un dépôt de garantie en espèces ou par carte de crédit sont requis à l'arrivée pour couvrir tous frais imprévus.

"STAY AWAY"
Worst Hampton experience ever. We have stayed at Hampton Inns all over the country and never have we experienced anything like this. The beds are horrendous. Worst ever. No trash can in bathroom. Bathroom floor sticky. 1st night the police were chasing people all over. I requested a room change the second morning. Was told I would receive a call. No […] call received. Had to request again when we return to the inn the next evening. The second room bed was just as bad. Carpet was dirty and stained, looked like a crime scene. Bathroom floor sticky again. The water was Luke warm. NO HOT WATER. The door security bolt was broken and unusable. The vent system in the bathroom was so loud you could hear it in the hall way. We left a day early. Couldn't stand to sleep another night because of back pain and soreness from the bed. I asked if I would receive a refund for the 3rd day I booked. Was told since I booked online through a third party the manager would have to look into it and I would receive a call with any information. Guess what? NO CALL. "Great hotel at a bargain price"
The hotel was well-maintained, clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast runs longer than usual (it's available for four hours, and includes a few items; eggs and seasoned fries while we stayed there). We found the hotel to, overall, be very comfortable and in a nice central location for the things we palnned to do. Our single down side note would be the exercise room. Both treadmills were out of order and there was no sign that anything was done to try to reair them the three days that we were there. Our room was clean and comfortable. The hotel met our needs, like Hampton Inn always does. Our only complaint is that the ceilings are pretty thin. We heard a lot of thumping and running across floors above us for most of the night. Could have been just one loud group staying above us. But thin walls, and ceilings/floors seem to be an issue at other Hamptons, too. Loved the Hotel, Located perfect for my use. My Aunt and I stayed 3 nights to visit my Uncle, who lives close by. The breakfast was great and a lot of choices, hot and cold.Really good choc. chip cookies at night to great you when you came in. Housekeeping not so good. Carpets in hallways and Entryway dirty and stained. Beds and bathroom nice and clean. […] But they do not vaccum behind the night stands. I had to pull my out to plug in a device I had and it was very dirty. Nice hotel just need to get housekeeping up to standard. Close to the mall and eating places. The staff was awesome in accommodating our small group of football families. They allowed us to use the breakfast area for a pizza party and where so helpful in getting ice and carts to help set up. "In the middle of everything"
My sister and I stayed here for 5 nights. We were originally in town to see friends and family, but it turned out that no one could get away, so we spent the entire time in the hotel, only running out for meals or to wander the mall across the street. It was the perfect vacation. The staff were wonderful, the hotel and facilities were clean and well-kept. […] My only negatives were that there was no fan in the bathroom and the air conditioner didn't work very well in the fitness center. The breakfast was very nice. Cereal, waffles, two hot offerings - different each morning - yogurt, bagels, and pastries. In addition, there were plenty of places within short distances to eat and shop.
