Nous avons passé 2 nuits et tout etait tres bien, l'appart est spacieux avec 2 télés ecran plat ! Le lit est super confortable, le personnel est tres gentils et serviable Le petit dej servi dans la chambre est super bon , les produits sont de tres bonne qualité Le seul bémol est la propreté des ustensils de cuisine dans la kitchenette, on a du tout […] relaver mais ce n'est pas du a l'hotel mais aux précédentes personnes car c'est a nous de nettoyer, l'hotel ne prend en charge cette tache, d'ailleurs il devrait car j'avais deja vu es commentaires similaires sur ce point ! Sinon il est tres bien situé et vous pouvez trouver des places gratuites pour vous garer a 5 min a pied, ce qui fait une belle economie de 17€ par jour Lisez la suite

Bien situé, propre, spacieux, service impeccable et souriant. Seul petits "hics" canapé peu confortable pour les enfants et hotel un peu bruyant. Globalement très correct.

A very nice suite, very comfortable. Problem is that the room I was assigned felt like a dungeon -- there was hardly any natural light. Apparently many of the rooms have the same issue. Recently stayed 2nites here, and we considered this our best stay among the 6 different hotels we stayed in Spain. Easy to locate from train station (about 10mins walk) and just a short walk to all the interesting sights. Good & reasonably priced chinese restaurant located just opposite the hotel. Hotel room is nicely decorated, cosy & most importantly, […] quiet. Staff service is great. Just take note that the rooshower area can get quite slippery with water (almost slipped twice). This is a wonderful place to stay. Quiet, excellent beds, very helpful front desk staff. I had them do some laundry for me, and it was done very nicely. I did not try the breakfasts. Good wireless network. If you are driving there, do download and follow the driving instructions. Driving in Granada is a nightmare, especially with the partly-finished […] metro construction everywhere. If you plan to park a car with them, make sure to check in advance that there will be space. The location of this hotel is good, central to everything and even though on the Gran Via( main st), the noise level is minimal. The suites are comfortable, a small living room with kitchenette and then a separate bedroom. Comfortable beds, clean linens, and a separate bathroom area. Very comfortable for two adults, could have three, but no more. Front […] desk open 24hrs and very friendly and helpful. Bus stops and taxi stands within a few blocks if needed. Great hotel in a great location, staff were very helpful. Room was fab. Would definitely go again and would recommend to others.

This hotel came as a pleasant surprise. We booked it on the basis of a good price and proximity to the train station (about 1km walk). The apartment has a kitchenette (with hotplate, bar refridgerator, microwave and accompanying utensils - although strangely no kettle), a loungeroom (with flat screen TV, lounge and dining table), bedroom (with second […] flat screen TV) and bathroom (with shower not bath). Everything was very well thought out and provided a comfortable base for exploring Granada. There were only a couple of minor issues with apartment that needed to be worked around. One was the lack of a drying cloth for dishes in kitchen. Another was the volume limiting on the TV in the lounge which meant when playing video from our computer via an external HDMI cable the sound was annoyingly quiet. Finally the bathroom had a persistent stagnant water smell which we found common in Spainish hotels. The bathroom was spotlessly clean so I think this is just a systemic issue with Spanish drainage systems. A final note should be made about the toilet. It came with a seat that had a built in bidet, hot air dryer and spa treatment ;) This can be a little strange or a lot of amusement depending upon your outlook. The hotel was beautifully clean and our room spacious with self catering facilities. The room was very quiet The bus to the Alhambra stopped just up the road. We could walk to the restaurants and small supermarket. We would thoroughly recommend staying here

This is a small boutique-type hotel in old Granada. The staff were warm and welcoming, the room very clean. Great shower and very comfortable mattress. Not fancy or upscale at all, but I'm pretty picky and would definitely return to Suites Gran Via without reservation if I'm ever back in Granada.

My family (myself, husband, and toddler) stayed at this hotel when we visited Grenada. The hotel room is very spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable. Staff were very helpful and accommodating, and all were fluent in English. There was free wi-fi in the room. Kitchenette included 2 burners, small fridge, microwave, and sink. We stayed in Suites Gran Via in mid march and found that the accomadation exceeded our expectations. we had a quiet front street facing apartment that had all the amenities you would expect , was clean and had plenty of room, which was an unexpected bonus. only downside is reaching the facility which is on a main road, but is a bit hard to drop off […] at ,and in our case ment a taxi had to detour down a number of small streets. Our room was very impressive at first glance. Great little 1br suite with kitchen, and nicely decorated. Service was an issue, though. We went to the front desk late in the evening because the shower wouldn't drain if you turned the water on more than 1/3 power. When telling them what room we were in, they said, "oh yeah, we know about that. just let […] it overflow and drain in the center of the bathroom". That isn't acceptable for a place that charges what they do. So, be warned if you have room 16. In addition, the night manager wasn't at all helpful. He laughed me off when I asked for shaving cream, and wouldn't even look for some until I showed him the services guide that said they could provide some if needed. Lisez la suite

Wonderful Value for location and amenities!!! Parking available in the hotel, just ask at the front desk. huge rooms with terrace and french doors, helpful staff, on the main street a few blocks from the main pedestrian area, so much better than stayign at a hotel

Great hotel nice, greatlocation 5 min from train station. ALHAMBRA BUS stops 1 block from it, as well as the albicyn bus to go to mirador de san nicolas.. AIRPORT BUS stops 4 easy blocks from it. In the middle of the town. cathedral is literaly 4 blocks away

We stayed in a superior suite and were pleasantly suprised at how well furnished it was. Very bright, modern and colourful and well designed to be sound proofed. Wish it had a kingsized bed - but the matress was extremely comfortable. Would recommend it to others. Just a short walk away from the tourist centre.

The rooms are very well appointed and central to all the sights. The bus to the Alhambra can be accessed right outside the hotel. It is also conveniently placed for the catherdral. Unfortunately our room had a leak in the ceiling so we were forced to move suites late at night. The suites however are very nice. Gran Via was just as we expected. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The kitchenettes were properly stocked for cooking a simple meal. We had a young child traveling with us and the suite was perfect to allow him to sleep in a separate room from us. The staff was very friendly and helpful with booking taxis, getting directions, and checking us in for […] our flight out of Granada. Mooie, ruime kamer met modern comfort. Zeer speciaal toilet. Ontbijt op de kamer gebracht. Dichtbij centrum van de stad. Granada is een aanrader! Wel vooraf tickets voor het Alhabram bestellen!

Vi hadde et veldig fint opphold på hotellet, som ligger meget sentralt i Granada. Praktisk med leilighet da vi hadde med spedbarn som kunne ligge i eget rom. Rommene var store og fine. Vi fikk også parkering uten problemer, men dette kan være vanskeligere i høysesongen (vi reiste i mars). Alt i alt veldig godt fornøyd med oppholdet og vil uten noen […] betenkeligheter anbefale det til andre! Lisez la suite

This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The hotel is new and very modern and yet it has a very welcoming and relaxing feel. The staff is exceptional and extremely hospitable. I would recommend it to anyone and when I visit Granada again I will stay here. The location and the price are very reasonable. The price is perhaps the best feature […] because it is much nicer than other hotels and does not cost near as much and because it costs less I would stay there extra days when I otherwise would not. スイートルームのため、広く快適でした。サロン等のつくりも良かったです。 キッチンは電熱器ですが、スペースが広く、食器類も十分にあるので便利です。但し、やかんがありませんでした。 バスタブはなく、シャワーのみでした。 大通りに面しており、少しあるけばカテドラルなど中心部に出ることができます。少し頑張れば、アルハンブラ宮殿まで徒歩で行くことも可能です。 フロントは親切な対応をしてくれますが、英語を話せないスタッフの時間帯もあるようでした。

Perfect hotel voor zowel enkele reiziger als gezinnen. Prachtige kamers, meer dan voortreffelijke service in de vorm van ontvangst als faciliteiten (inclusief luxe zitkamer met internet en TV) Van tevoren enige bedenking over mogelijke geluidsoverlast, maar dit was nauwelijks aanwezig. Geluid van drukke weg dringt niet meer dan gebruikelijk door tot […] in kamer. In nabijheid van hotel veel mogelijkheden voor ontbijt, lunch en cultuur. Kortom: een aanrader !!! Lisez la suite
