L'hotel est relativement calme bien que placé entre l'autoroute et une route à circulation importante. L'exxtérieur de l'hôtel mériterait d'^tre rénové et mieux entretenu mais les chambres sont grandes, confortables et propres.bon accueil

petit hôtel ne payant pas de mine, mais bien situé (proche Grand Canyon). accueil initial un peu "froid", mais s'ameliorant par la suite. seul "défaut": un petit dèjeuner vraiment léger, mais peut-être en rapport avec le tarif. chambre propre mais viellissante.

A environ 2 heures de Grand Canyon, bon emplacement attention les restos sont fermés dès 21h00.

Excellent Hotel superbement situé dans le centre de Flagstaff, un petit déjeuner buffet est compris ainsi q'un petit repas le soir

Hotel de très bon confort. Accueil aimable. Apéritif dinatoire offert., ainsi que le petit déjeuner. Le hall où ils sont servis n'est pas très agréable (tables serrées et ambiance un peu cantine). L'hotel est proche du centre ville qui mérite ce nom, avec ses bâtiments anciens et ses commerces animés, contrairement à ceux de bien d'autres villes américaines. "Old fashioned but did the job"
This is a very old fashioned hotel in a very American style. Looked like the decor hadn't been changed in quite a few years. But it was comfortable and had everything we needed. If I needed to stay in Flagstaff again I'd probably stay again.
"On NAU campus"
The hotel is very conveniently located on the campus at NAU. Location is the best feature. The hotel rooms are really no different than other hotel rooms. The decor was a little boring. The hotel was very clean and the hotel staff were very competent and helpful. The Drury is a little pricey for what you get.

best features - kids loved indoor pool! generous happy hour & internet included - other hotels could learn lots from them!
Enjoyed our stay. Nice that the soda machine was on until 10:30 at night. Also enjoyed the popcorn in the afternoon. Hotel carpets seem dated. Staff excellent.

Staff were friendly and accommodating. Overall hotel fair - feels a little like a dorm. Lobby is nice. Breakfast/happy hour area dark, chairs need replacing - dirty. Breakfast just OK.

"Flagstaff stay"
Our stay at the Drury Inn was wonderful. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The breakfast setup that they have is wonderful. I would stay there again as well as other Drury Inns.

"Great Place - Amazing Staff"
Stayed there on the way to the Grand Canyon. There is a Complimentary Managers Reception every night between 5-7pm with rotating menu's. They put out a buffet with enough food that dinner is not necessary! They also gave us two free mixed cocktails, beer or glass of wine each. The breakfast (also complimentary) is a full meal including eggs, waffles, […] french toast, oatmeal, cold cereal, fresh fruit and so on. And if this isn't enough, they have bags of fresh popcorn for the guest to munch on all day and evening. The staff was extremely accommodating when for some reason our reservation took a long time to get into their system from Hotels.com. We waited about 20 minutes, and then the front desk person helping us said this was ridiculous, upgraded us to a suite, and checked us in without any paperwork. "Great choice"
Liked this hotel so much I booked it in Phoenix for the rest of my vacation. Hotel was exceptional for the price. Rooms were very clean and quiet. Most of all very safe.

This hotel is outstanding in everyway. From the moment we entered the hotel, staff so friendly and courteous. In the evening they had welcome drinks and what was suppose to be nibbles turned out to be virtually a full meal. Highly recommended.
"Friendly, clean and secure."
Great location and friendly staff. Just try to avoid the rooms near the elevators. This past visit was the first time we had one of them and you could hear the elevator dinging, despite the fact that there is a sort of separation wall between the elevator and the hallway. Overall, though, this is one of my favortie places to stay in Flagstaff.

Everything they advertised. Food was great. Service was great. Definetly will stay again. Room was clean.

Well managed hotel right on the NAU campus. As far a Flagstaff hotels goes this one is a can't miss. Free phone, hot breakfast, happy hour, Internet etc..

Great customer service. Hot breakfast and evening snacks (e.g. Mac & Cheese, sausages, etc.) were great. The only complaint I had was that the beds were not firm enough. Otherwise excellent.

"Drury in Flagstaff Arizona"
Everything was excellent. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The room was well kept and the free breakfast and dinner snacks were very good. I will definitely be staying at a Drury hotel again.

This is a nice hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfy. Hotel staffs are very friendly. The only complain i have about this hotel is their breakfast. It is very good compared to motel, but it is not very good compared to other 3 start hotel. I was on a road trip from IL to Arizona and I stayed 4 nights on different hotels and I would say this hotel […] has the worst breakfast compared to all. I wont complain about the quantity in the menu rather on quality. Their cereal is very dry and tasteless. Fruits looked very old. the hotel has a good pool and fitness center. Drury Inn in Flagstaff: This is a great spot, and right on the NAU campus. Dining was available in the evening and free breakfast in the morning. There is a wonderful restaurant across the street (1899). Suites are full of great features, lots of room for a family. I only wish they had softer beds! Overall, very nice experience.

Excellent hotel. Very attentive staff. Good breakfast layout in the morning. In the evening, the hotel generously provides free drinks (3 per person) and a food spread that is good enough for dinner. I will definitely stay at Drury Inns in the future.
