Personnel sympathique - parking gratuit - bon confort - petit déjeuner copieux - Peut-être un peu excentré par rapport aux visites dans la ville de Saint Louis.

Un motel typique. Très bien... pour une nuit d'étape, pas de surprises :) Accès pratique à l'autoroute (juste à côté) et prix défiant toute concurrence :)

Un très bon hôtel, chambre luxueuse (même si la literie n'était pas excellente: lit trop mou), un bar terrasse superbe avec très jolie vue sur la ville. Des alentours sympas avec une vie nocturne, restos, bars... Par contre loin de la grande arche (20mn) Bonne ambiance, personnel charmant.
Des frais pour toute personne supplémentaire peuvent être facturés et dépendent de la politique de l'hôtel.
Une pièce d'identité officielle avec photo et une carte de crédit sont requises à l'arrivée pour couvrir tous frais imprévus.
Les demandes spéciales sont soumises à disponibilité à l'arrivée et peuvent entraîner des frais supplémentaires.

"Every expectation was fully met."
We just needed a clean comfortable room for one night and we certainly got that. We felt safe in the hotel and in our room. The complimentary breakfast was great. There were groups staying in the hotel and the staff seemed to be taking care of them very cheerfully and professionally. We were quite satisfied.

Our room was immaculate! Loved the desk clerk...we actually were able to get an early check in, which was a miracle, since we had been up the entire night before our arrival! WE WILL RETURN!

"Hampton on Dee rd"
There hotel was excellent. Worth every penny which to say wasn't alot for what you got. Very friendly and helpful staff. Bed was some nice and cozy. Had a good breakfast in the morning, which was included. I will start to stay at hamptons if that's what they are all like.

Our experience was delightful! The room was impeccably clean, which is a BIG deal to me! All the staff were friendly and helpful. Our housekeeper (Sandra?) offered us extra towels in the morning, and front desk staff were a pleasure to speak with. We never heard noise from surrounding rooms (except for the child throwing a tantrum in the hall the last […] morning we were in town!) It is a bit of a drive to downtown St. Louis, but really, for the price, I can't complain. And being away from downtown gave us the opportunity to explore the surrounding area - Florissant is quite quaint! Overall, we had no complaints with the hotel, and would gladly stay again. Staff was very helpful. Room first assignment had something sticky (like spilled soda pop) on the bathroom floor. They immediately gave us a new room with their apologies. All else was fine. Except...the bottom sheet on the king bed were a little too small and the edges kept "popping" off. Still, I would stay there again without any hesitation.

This is the second time we've stayed at this hotel. Both stays we had clean rooms, friendly staff and the breakfast is good! We will stay here again when traveling this direction.

I was astounded to have such a nice hotel room for the money and the service was some of the best in some time. Everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. I don't have a single complaint to make but to say I was really surprised at the level of professionalism and comfort at this hotel.
Excellent service! The people were friendly & thought of the little extras that make business travel easier. It was so nice to have a "sack breakfast" ready to go in the morning and a warm cookie when I arrived after a long work day. Thanks!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast staff was also great and the food was tasty. I would recommend this hotel to others.
I am extremely picky about hotels. I do love the Hampton Inns, and I've never had any unpleasant experiences at any of them. They have the most courteous, professional and accomodating staff, they are clean, well-lit, secure, and very well priced. The only thing i would have changed during my stay is that there would have been more than one waffle iron […] during the continental breakfast on Sunday. The young lady who was serving us omelets was so sweet and accomodating though, I was satisfied to do without waffles. I would definitely recommend this hotel and i will stay there again if go back to Florissant or St Louis. Lisez la suite
"Extremely Nice Staff"
The hotel staff is extremely friendly, it was quiet and clean. The coffee bar was well stocked and the breakfast was great and much appreciated. It is close to a Metro-Link Station to take you to the must see sites in St Louis. The room was a nice size in general, but seemed a little crowded with furniture. Over-all very pleasant place to stay.
Although the first room that we were sent to had not been cleaned yet, we were quickly and courteously given another room that was ready. The staff at this hotel was first rate!!!!!!! Especially the front desk clerk and the lady who was responsible for the continental breakfast. This hotel was right on our way from Indiana to Oklahoma and definitely […] was a wonderful place to stop halfway and enjoy the sights of St. Louis. It took us less than 20 minutes to get to the arch where we had a blast!!! The rail on the pool stairs was a bit unstable but that did not take away any of the enjoyment that my family had at the pool. GREAT JOB STAFF!!!!!!! YOU MADE THIS VISIT FIRST RATE!!!!!!! BREAKFAST FOOD WAS GOOD, EVERONE WAS VERY POLITE, VERY CLOSE TO EVERTHING AND THEY HAD DIRECTIONS TO EVERWHERE I WANTED TO GO. I WILL STAY HERE AGAIN AND RECOMEND IT TO OTHERS.

"Hampton Inn at I270 - fantastic value for money"
We returned to this hotel this summer after staying there last year with our 3 children. It has a fabulous breakfast that is included in the price, nice rooms, friendly staff, an exercise room and a pool. I definitely recommend this hotel for budget conscious families.
This hotel really needs a major renovation and all the decor needs to be changed. It has a great location and could likely make more money if some major changes took place.

Good location for our purpose of visiting family members. May not be convenient location if you want to be in downtown St Louis. Very clean and overall well maintained hotel. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. We needed a handicap accessible bathroom to accomodate older relatives and this one was the best one we have ever come across. The grab […] bars were in the perfect locations and the shower seat that was available if needed was an unexpected plus. Parking was convenient and well lit.
