On nous a proposé de revenir prendre une douche le soir car notre train ne partait que vers 22h alors qu'on demandait de pouvoir laisser les bagages jusqu'au soir; le patron a appelé lui meme un taxi et lui a expliqué ou nous emmener ( heureusement car ce n'était pas la gare habituelle )

hotel très bien situé très bonne ambiance les restaurants sont excellents dommage un peu excessif les tarifs du kebab corner et le wi fi payant devrait etre gratuit pour les résidents de l'hotel au lieu de 10 euros Lheure c'est un peu abusé!!

Bel hotel, bien entretenu, calme (j'étais au 8 ième étage) entouré de bidonvilles à deux pas de l'IIT de bombay et à 2heures de la porte d'Inde en période de fort traffic.

Tres accueillant, bon service pour nous aider a trouver un taxi chauffeur 4 jours, quoique un peu cher et sans chauffeur anglophone, donc avons du insister pour changer, mais toute la reception a beaucoup aide d'autant plus que je voyageais avec ma fille de 8 ans. Une heure 30 du centre ville.... par contre.
Situation

"Great location and friendly staff"
Rooms are spacious and service is excellent. Hotel 2mins walk to khar train station hence direct link to city centre and 30mins walk to santa cruz. Very convenient drop off and pick up complimentary from airport and all the staff and hotel reception really helpful and guide you. Thank u soo much

"Handy for airport"
A pleasant stay, good food in the restaurant. It is in a noisy location, so noisy that by evening we had to ask for a room change. It's a good hotel. Good breakfast and helping people. Only the wifi is not working very well. For the location and area it's a little bit to expensive.

Close to the aiport with free arrival and departure service. A great and very cheap local market nearby in addition to a short ride in auto-rickshaw to the famous Linking Road. Great for shopping and restaurants. The only negative thing is that it's a bit far to downtown, e.g. Colaba where all the tourist attractions are. "Great stay"
Stayed for 2 wks in aug. Great place for the money, very clean good breakfast. easy access to town and rail station. Make sure when giving directions to tell driver that it is next to Khar west railroad station. Staff very helpful. Rooms are small but clean and comfortable. Occassional hot water issues. I would stay here again
"Average hotel in a poor area"
The staff were friendly, but the bellboy was always looking for a tip. The surrounding location is not the best, with beggars continually hassling you. Aircon was noisy, mosquitoes kept coming in the bathroom window as there was a large gap. Only plus side was free transport to the airport.
"Where the heck is 4th Khar"
So our driver had to stop 4 times to ask for directions at midnight to find where this hotel was. But once we arrived it was an oasis in the slums of mumbai. Great hotel with awesome staff and a great breakfast service!! Not really well placed to anything (try the Irish bar around the corner, but that's it). D&D
"We felt very well"
After the long journey from Goa to Mumbai, we were happy to stay in this hotel for one night. It is located central but at nighttime it was quiet and we slept very well. "Regal Enclave Hotel"
Went to Mumbai for a friend´s wedding. Almost all of the wedding´s functions were near Khar Station or Badra, so the location was really convenient. Everyone in the hotel was kind and helpful, even the ones who could barely speak English. I am gluten intolerant and the waiters were always there to show me what I could have for breakfast. This hotel has been the base for our first nigh in Mumbay and our last night, coming back from our trip. The first night we spent there, the room wasn't available, and after waiting for 30 mins they gave us a room that was not adequate. I really want to recomend the hotel. very freindly staff, excelent breakfast buffet, good hotel restaurant where i had most meals while in mumbai, very good cleaning and pick up from airport went perfect smooth and as expected. 同事回馈：机场接送可以，客房上网却并不像所写的免费，要收每晚USD10，离火车站很近，但是他不喜欢，而且离公司位置太远，花了一个小时从宾馆到公司。他建议下次不住这里了。 个人喜好占很大比例，这里只是不适合他。
