Très bel hôtel, chambre très correcte mais dans nouvelle annexe moins glamour. Piscine et centre de fitness ouverts à tous, mais les mineurs (16 ans) doivent être accompagnés des parents. Personnels de réception extrêmement efficaces, certains parlent français. Quartier très sympathique, bien situé.

Un hôtel dans lequel j'ai dû faire une escale d'une nuit. Je n'ai pas pu profiter pleinement des activités proposées par l'hôtel par manque de temps. Ne comprenant pas l'anglais oral parfaitement, j'ai eu beaucoup de difficultés à comprendre par téléphone le lieu du rendez-vous de la navette de l'hôtel à l'aéroport (emplacement 26-H devant l'aéroport). Le lendemain à l'hôtel, devant partir pour l'aéroport avant 6h (heure à partir de laquelle le petit déjeuner est servi dans l'hôtel) du matin, je n'ai pas pu bénéficier du petit déjeuner (compris dans le prix de la chambre) car ils ne le donnent pas à emporter. A part ça, la chambre de l'hôtel est propre, très belle et confortable, et les horaires des navettes pour l'aéroport de l'hôtel (gratuites) sont très larges : de 4h30 du matin à minuit. Etrangement, on peut réserver pour 4 personnes une chambre qui n'a juste qu'un seul lit double.

L'hôtel se situe dans un quartier très calme, à proximité relative (compter entre 10 et 20 min de marche) de tout : restaurants, monuments, commerces. L' hôtel propose un système de gardiennage de voiture. Prévenir 20 min à l avance minimum pour retirer sa voiture. Les chambres sont propres, toutes non fumeurs. Le petit dejeuner est d anthologie!!! À proximité pour les enfants : la caserne des pompiers : les rire pan se prêtent volontiers à une visite improvisée, tentez votre chance.

"Perfect"
I got a room right where I needed to stay and one of the better rates in the area. It included breakfast and free internet. The hotel room was beautiful, the bed was comfortable, and breakfast was perfect. I would stay there again next time. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need for a short or long visit.
"Clean, convenient, lots of amenities"
We've stayed here multiple times and always have a very positive experience. Rooms are spacious, clean, and attractive. All have kitchens and are well -equiped for a longer stay. Breakfast is served downstairs each morning and has a varied selection to suit those who like continental style. Folks who desire a full breakfast have a myriad of foods from […] which to choose. You won't leave hungry. In addition, the front desk has apples and night- time cookies that are YUM! The staff are always helpful and smiling. The hotel has a workout center and an indoor pool. "Solid And Reliable"
The staff at the Residence Inn by Marriott Arlington Courthouse is extremely courteous, which is second only in importance to cleanliness for me. The hotel is newer with extremely clean rooms and a decent number of amenities. The location is very good for going out and about. The lack of room service is really a non-issue as there are many restaurants […] nearby, most within walking distance. There is also a Metro stop very closeby. The weekend rates are particularly good, as the hotel caters to business travelers (or, at least, it seems to). Overall, it's not the Ritz-Carlton, but it's clean, spacious and located in a good part of Arlington. The only reason it's not a 5-star is because I save that for places like the Ritz. Lisez la suite

"Residence Inn Marriot Arlington,courthouse"
We stayed at the Residence Inn 10/28/2011-10/31/2011. We chose it for the convience to the Marine Marathon. The subway is right there ,easy access. The Hotel was perfect for our stay. The room was spacious with fully equipped kitchen. The King bed was extremely comfortable. The decor was new and contempoary. The only downside was the pull out sofa was […] comfortable to sit on ,but horrible to sleep on. The staff was friendly and very helpful. "Good location"
Check in was relatively smooth though slow compared to other hotels of similar quality. Room condition was excellent and was pleasantly furnished. Though there was no room service, plenty of good quality, interesting dining was in short walking distance. I would stay again.

This hotel was in a great location. It is within very short walking distance to a metro station, lots of restaurants and shops. The rooms were nicely decorated, spacious, comfortable bed and the mini kitchen was a nice bonus. It was a great price especially when compared to hotels just a few miles closer in to DC. "Good for families"
We stayed in their 2 suite rooms and found the hotel very kid friendly. Great breakfasts. Lots of good restaurants close by. Enjoyed Indian and Vietnamese cuisine at local restaurants. Only wish the pool was open during the day on weekends. But overall we had a great stay.

Wow, what a nice hotel !!! We were only staying over night so we got a studio. The room looked exactly like the internet. Beautifully decorated and full kitchen, fridge, granite, what more could you want ?? We had the room next to the elevator and it was dead quiet. Comfortable king size bed too. Very convenient to Washington DC. Walking distance to […] some nice resturaunts as well. And their buffet breakfast left us wanting for nothing. This hotel hit all the marks for me-comfortable, clean, next to a Metro stop, close to the city. We stayed in a King Studio room, which was plenty big. Breakfast was free, fresh and plentiful. With relatives nearby and a child attending college in DC, this is a place we will definitely stay in again.
"Just 20 min Metro ride to the White house"
This hotel was extremely clean, and the staff very friendly. My husband and I took the Metro into DC for sightseeing. The closest Metro station is a mere two blocks away. We ate at a nice pizzeria downstairs. We are not drinkers but we are told they have the best selection of draft beers. Overall the trip was very pleasant the atmosphere realaxing.

The decor of the hotel was trendy & colorful yet comfortable and sophisticated. My room was a great size with kitchen included. The free buffet breakfast […] was well stocked with waffle makers, fruits, oatmeal, eggs, sausages, coffee, juices, etc. Great for families and couples alike. The staff was also friendly and kind. "Best place to stay near DC"
I can't say enough great things about this hotel. The area surrounding it was full of families and mother-to-be, so it was a very young professional, young family town. The hotel itself has kitchens in all the rooms, making it very convenient. Full breakfast was served every morning and there was a lot of foods to try (never got bored with all the variety). […] Hotel had a small pool, but there was a lifeguard, great laundry facilities and a modest gym. It was very safe and secure (you need a key to assend to your floor) and the parking was conviently located beneath the hotel and at only $14/ day, it was a steal. One of the nicest places to stay in the Washington, Arlintgon area. Good Prices, great location, clean rooms and hotel and beautiful area of town. Five minutes to the metro which is 6 minutes from all the sites. in DC.We got a two bedroom suite and it was wonderful! I would give this place 4.5 stars NOT the 3 given!

Over all nice hotel. Service at desk and during breakfast was top top notch. Much much more than day old bagels and coffee. They put on a very respectable meal. The only negative was the number of travelers with kids. They kinda ran wild in the hotel and some parents were not responsible. A child or children thought the pool and pool deck was a toilet […] resulting in the entire area being closed for cleaning. hotel Parking is non-existant (twenty to thirty spots always full). Very clean, In a great neighborhood. Minutes from Washington. We were there to take our son to college. We were so happy with our stay that when we had to drive to Virginia the following weekend we stayed over at the Residence Inn again and visited our son the following day.

"Not the best stay!"
I was disappointed with the service in this hotel. Not enough space in the breakfast area, not enough parking, although we called ahead an were told parking was not a problem. Had to make three phone calls for extra towels. The building itself was clean and nice. The service was poor.
