Escapade pour visiter la ville et faire un peu de shopping. Idéal ! Cet hôtel est très bien situé au centre ville, à deux pas de la Gan Via et des grand centre commerciaux. Il n'y a pas de circulation devant, donc pas de nuisance. La rue est très calme quand on voit la frénésie sur la gran via... Même chose pour l'accessibilité par le métro, il y a plusieurs arrêts à proximité. On a beaucoup aimé et les restaurants que la réception nous a conseillé se sont avéré très bons ! Je le recommande

trés correct dans l'ensemble j'ai évité le petit déjeuner trés cher comme signalé partout dans madrid d'ailleurs je comprends pas trop pourquoi sinon chambre design et salle de bain parfaite un petit bemol l'insonorisation coté couloir on entends les portes s'ouvrir et se fermer dommage car trs bon hotel uniquement restauration de dépannage

A l'est, le superbe terminal 4 de l'aéroport de Barajas est le plus grand du monde. Réception à peine aimable. Impossible de parler en français et très péniblement en Anglais. Pas de connexion internet pendant plus de 2 jours... sans excuses ni compensation... donc si vous souhaitez travailler j'espère que vous avez une bonne carte 3G... tous les services de l'hôtel sont situés dans l'hôtel juste à coté (Axor - Baja) donc pas de restaurant […] sur l'hôtel et donc pas de service room. Magnifique vue sur un chantier et entrepôt. 60 chaines de télé avec très peu de chaines étrangères..(seulement 2 en Anglais ... et la chaine française de référence ... M6 boutique :)....) Hôtel d'aéroport typique : situé de façon pratique, navette gratuite vers l'aéroport, moderne, confortable, ambiance dépouillée et sans personnalité. Je l'ai sélectionné pour le prix proposé, plus intéressant que la majorité de ses confrères. Il est parfait pour une nuit dans le cadre d'un transit à l'aéroport.

Bel Hôtel moderne, pratique pour rejoindre rapidement l'aéroport, mais réserver de préférence la navette pour être certain d'avoir une place à l'heure que vous souhaitez, situé également à proximité d'un grand centre commercial (Plenilunio) avec toutes les enseignes connues et des restaurants divers.

Nous sommes arriver très tard dans la nuit, et la réception était bien ouverte. La chambre correspondait au photo de l'hôtel et elle était très bien entretenue. Les différents espace sont très agréable et fun en même temps avec une déco du 21ème siècle: wii zone, cyberzone, news zone (télé+journaux du jours espagnol et internationaux) Cependant le […] service de navette est gratuit et heuresement. Le matin il est à l'heure par contre pour le récupérer à l'aéroport c'est autre chose soit pas de places ou avec 1 heure de retard..... Seul ce point laisse à désirer. The hotel is ultra-modern, clean and comfortable. The free shuttle bus picked us up at the airport and I booked it for 4 o'clock the next morning to catch an early flight to Brussels. Absolutely no problems with this service and it is only a 10 minute ride to the airport. Great Airport Hotel. We wanted a hot shower and a clean bed close to the airport. This hotel was way above average. However, the shuttle from the airport was very late in arriving. We waited over an hour. The shuttle to the airport the next day was prompt. That was our only complaint.

Great design concept. The only complaint is walls are VERY thin. I could hear the people next door talking and watching TV until 1:00 a.m. Great CyperPoint room with internet access. Airport shuttle for returning to airport. Cab ride from airport was 27.60 euro. Breakfast was pricey also.

We booked this hotel based on recommendation and reviews. It was a very modern, spotlessly clean hotel which served as a good base to stay near the airport. Only 5 minutes by free shuttle bus. We stayed here for 4 days and travelled into the city. The hotel itself is new and in good condition; however the staff leave much to be desired -- from the front desk to the neighboring Axor hotel's bar and lounge to the shuttle staff. We gave more than 48 hours notice that we were to arrive after 11PM, and the staff assured us this would be fine. We arrived behind another group of guests, and we were […] all invited to go to the bar/ lounge for dinner, where we were ignored and dismissed by the staff despite our being patient and polite. The front desk recommended that we buy our dinner from a snack machine whose only vegetarian option was a 3 euro small bag of potato chips. In the morning we arrived 20 minutes early for our booking on the courtesy shuttle, and a large crowd of hotel guests forced their way into the shuttle, ignoring several people who had arrived beforehand. The location is great for being close to the airport. They have shuttle service running every 30 min. The room was very clean. It didn't have all the extras but since I carry my own, it works for me. The price was great and I had wifi in my room which is the best feature I liked.

The free hotel shuttle at 6 am was perfect for my wife and daughter and the hotel arranged a free minivan service for me before its shuttle operation began at 5:30 am to get me to the airport for my earlier 4:00 am need. An excellent Airport hotel with everything you need for either a short stay or for a few days on business. The shuttle service is particularly good, friendly drivers and good on-time performance which is important for my business travel. Rooms are a good size, with a fridge, plenty of TV channels and friendly reception/cleaning staff too.

We had a 12 hour layover in Madrid so we decided to book a hotel room to have dinner, shower, and nap before a 11 hour flight back home. The free hotel shuttle was the major deciding factor for us choosing this hotel. It picked us up at the aeropuerto at 6:30pm and took us to back at 5am. The staff was friendly and spoke good English. The room was small […] but very comfortable. The decor was modern and clean. The towel warmer in the bathroom was a plus, and the shower was huge with a choice of a huge shower head or a hand held head, which was nice. They only provided body soap though, so bring your own shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. My only complaint was that the only restaurant was in the axor hotel next door. It was overpriced and the service there was non-existent. It was as if they knew we didn't have a choice but to eat there so they didn't even bother coming around to us. We waited to order for about 15 minutes. The food was mediocre at best, but at least the wine was good! Overall this was a nice stay. I would stay here again if I have another layover in Madrid. An excellent hotel. The rooms were very clean and the walk in shower was excellent. The staff were efficient and helpful. It was close to the airport and the shuttle bus left every half hour. I arrive at 8:30 am and tried to check in. They told me that there were no clean rooms but in an hour to an hour and half there would be....I ended up waiting 3 HOURS for a room. The girl I kept asking kept telling me that check in is at noon so I just need to wait. Literally, 2 seconds after she moved away I asked another girl and she checked me right […] in. I don't think it was a lost in translation moment, I think she just was rude and not doing a good job. THEN the hotels wifi was BROKEN my entire second day! they claimed it was a problem with the internet company and not there fault but that is UNACCEPTABLE you are a major hotel near the airport full of business people! YOU NEED TO HAVE INTERNET AND YOU BETTER HAVE A PLAN B! The staff was so nonchelant about it being down. Everyone was complaining and trying to figure out what the problem was... it was really not a good stay! I couldn't wait to leave. Stayed one night at Axor Feria in October 2011. Hotel is about a 10 min drive from aiport, we just missed the shuttle which comes every 30 mins on the half and full hour (brown coach - no need to prebook) so opted for a taxi costing 27E on a public holiday (with airport surcharge of 5.5E included - ie take the shuttle!). In an industrial area near highway, and not as close to airport as anticipated. Had to go next door to sister hotel for cocktails (small bar) and breakfast was lousy. Not a four star.
I had a one night layover in Madrid. This was a very clean, comfortable hotel near the airport. The small shopping center near the hotel, although closed for shopping on Sunday, it was open for a movie theater attendance and had a variety of restaurants to choose from ranging from fast food to rather nice restaurants. I would stay here again.
