Séjour très agréable dans ce très bel hôtel sur les hauteurs de Dalat. Le cadre est enchanteur, le confort au rendez-vous, le petit déjeuner délicieux, seuls les prix du restaurant et des excursions sont très élevés par rapport aux prix courants du Vietnam.

Hotel was a beautiful estate in the mountains. We enjoyed being able to escape to our villa away from the bustle of town. There was an outside local bar behind our villa that played music until midnight which did somewhat reduce the quiet feel of the place. Overall I would recommend this hotel to those visiting dalat.

Fantastic hotel with very nice rooms and helpful staff. Great facilities and wide variety available at breakfast. Little bit out of the way (takes 15-20 minutes to walk to the top of town) but definitely worth it.

The hotel was almost empty yet they still put us in a room next to Public Tennis Court. We woken up every morning when they staring playing at 6am and it went until 10pm at night. It is a beautiful location on a hill above the main part of Dalat, with old French villas converted into resort hotel rooms. Quiet, very well maintained, very courteous staff who generally spoke serviceable English and went the extra mile to accommodate guests' needs. Buffet breakfast was varied and good. Our only negative comment is that there were stairs leading from the bedroom to the bathroom, which seemed hazardous for people needing to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. We kept the bathroom light on to prevent an accident, but it seemed to be a poor design for an otherwise very nicely designed place. We didn't make use of the spa or gym, so can't comment on them. The villa we stayed is number 6, the view is amazing and the staff is very helpfull and friendly. The problem is only the bathroom. Is big, but is only have bathtub!! When I want to wash my hair, I have to hold the shower all the time!!! And its linkage on the side, as well. So other than that, everything is good!.

We loved our stay, this is one of the best get-aways we've had and a big part of it was our stay at the Ana Mandara in Da Lat. The rooms are large and comfortable, the restaurant is great, the grounds so peaceful, the spa, everything just right.

the Pros: beautiful room and bathroom, including robes that we wore to the pool. The MOST comfortable bed we had in all of our Vietnam tour, and there's even a pillow menu and the very useful mosquito net. breakfast was AMAZING: you could order whatever you wanted our first morning, and our second morning, there was an impressive buffet. there's […] a heated pool. they greet you with delicious ginger tea the price is great for what you get. the CONS: pool is overcome with bugs that we had to creatively dish out of the pool before we swam, and they kept returning. these beetles were nasty, and one unfortunately landed on my shoulder and did well to freak me out. they should put a mosquito net around the pool! if you want to go into town, the hotel is a little remote and you can't walk anywhere, but the taxis they call come quickly, and they're not expensive, and the location is great if you want a quiet getaway. Staff at this hotel are so attentive and friendly. The accommodation is very different to anything I've experienced before - lovely villas with very comfy four poster bedsand a pillow menu. You can borrow DVDs to play on your own personal DVD player. The gym is ok with a cross trainer, running machine, bike and multi gym. The breakfast is great, you can eat inside the restaurant or out on the patio and rather than the usual help yourself buffet service which is common in the larger hotels, you have a menu with watress/waiter service (which is very efficient and friendly). I'd highly recommend the pancakes with fruit...delicious. The villas are a little out of town and although I'm happy to walk anywhere back home, we took a taxi into the town as the roads don't have very good footpaths and the roads are busy. The taxi is around 35000d one way. Would highly recommend the Bluewater Restaurant which is right by the lake. The food is delicious, really nicely presented and the service is excellent. With about 2 km from the center of Dalat, Ana Mandara Villas has a superb location. The villas are located in acceptable distance to each others and to the restaurant and pool. The service level is at a high standard. We would like to come back.

excellent view, good food, excellent service. 1USD taxi ride away from city centre. just that the walk to the restaurant for breakfast took 5min (a big place), but they do provide free rides within hotel if requested. room is spacious and gives you a classic feel, not overly luxurious. overall, very satisfied.

Food, service, and room were all great -- this place has lots of character and I'd love to return. My only complaint, and a minor one, was that the hotel touted their free shuttle service into the town center but when we asked we were informed that the shuttle only runs twice a day.

After the relentless traffic this resort offers a blissful retreat. Set in the hills, in rustic french villas, some beautiful gardens and heavenly views around hills. The breakfast setting is gorgeous and the food selection very good. The rooms are 1930s french- even with open fires for cold days. Keeping it authentic has a few minuses - big tall bathtubs […] with only hand showers with little water pressure. The seclusion is both nice but lonely as ther is not really any natural point for guests to mingle. The shuttle doesn't run very often to town and the hotel is yet to learn that recommendations about restaurants and local knowledge need not be a bad thing - and the prices of food and spa at the resort are really high by local standards. however, it's only 25,000 D to town centre or a nice 2 k walk. The staff are wonderfully attentive and genuinely nice, but english needs to improve to improve interactions. 酒店服务很贴心，我们的管家Vie很周到，由于早晨要赶bus，来不及吃早餐，她还为我们准备了面包带在路上吃。酒店有十几栋别墅，我们订了villa4的1间大床房，1间双床房，相当欧式，给人时光倒流的感觉，非常有气派。但是大床房内只有1张桌椅，床又很高，感觉没地方坐。双床房有一圈沙发，很好。欧式的浴缸令人惊艳，但洗淋浴就很不方便了。莲蓬头没有地方悬挂。

ふっとマッサージの部屋からの景観は前評判通り素晴らしかった。市街から離れて静かな点が利点でもあるが、不便さもある。空港へは直接タクシーで行くか、一度市街へ出てシャトルバスを利用する。直接タクシーを使用すると５０～６０万ドンかかり、一人旅行の際はかなり割高感を感じる。様々ガイドブックを見たが、タクシー代についての記述が全く無い。特に空港から市街へ来る場合は、空港のカウンターで申し込むと２０万ドンで来れるため、余りのギャップに驚くことになる。朝食はビュッフェでは無いので、多く食べたい人には少し物足りないかも知れない。
