"Casa Real Hotel fait rire les chauffeurs de taxi"
L'hotel se trouve pret du terminal des ferry, et l'hotel dispose d'un shuttle service , du terminal à l'hotel. Mais il y a deux terminaux de ferry à Macao. Celui de l'ile de Macao, pret de l'hotel, et celui de l'ile de Taipa. Et les navettes ne déservent que le terminal le plus proche. Qu'en au ferry partant de Shenzhen, il ne désert que Taipa. Alors, […] aprés avoir chercher la navette à la sortie du terminal de Taipa, nous avons pris un taxi. Quand le chauffeur a connu notre destination, il était hilare. Sans doute ne sommes nous pas les premiers et le Casa Real Hotel fait le bonheur des chauffeurs de taxi. Pour le départ vers Honk Kong, c'était plus simple, à partir du terminal de ferry de l'ile de Macao, avec un trés bon service de bagages de l'hotel. The hotel staff was very attentive and helpful. The food choices of the cafe could have been better. However, they gave me a free upgrade to a spacious suite since I am a "regular customer"--I have been to this hotel a few times. "Great value for money"
Great big rooms, nice decor, location was great for us though slightly away from action areas about a km. away, restaurants including a good Indian one around the corner, overall we had a wonderful hotel stay for 2 nights. My wife and I travelled throughout China with our adult son. This was the only Hotel out of several that we stayed in, which accomodated 3 people in comfort. The room was large and we had a proper 3rd bed. As far as service goes, I actually left a piece of jewelry in the room when checking out of the Hotel. When we arrived at our destination in Hong […] Kong, I contacted the Hotel Manger to be informed that they would deliver the item to me in person. Service like this you don't get very often. The hotel itself if great but the service is just SUPERB!!! It seems like ALL their staff are multilingual. They can understand English, Mandarin, and even Tagalog. ""Vacation Deal""
Generally, our stay at the hotel for 3 nights was satisfactory. Me and my family enjoyed the few minutes walk, back and forth, from Casa Real to the fisherman's wharf where we did some shopping and dine-in. It was a new experience for me and the kids. In addition to its location near the airport and ferry terminal, where we proceeded to Hongkong after […] our Macao vacation, we enjoyed riding in buses (just few minutes away from the hotel) to the shopping district. We will definitely stay in Casa Real Casino Hotel next time we come back to Macau. It's also a must for travellers to stay there and experience the ambiance we felt. Thumbs up! I booked the room thru hotels.com and requested the Non Smoking room 3 months in advance. I explained that I have allergies but ONLY got the response that nothing else was available.
