Proche de la vieille ville et des monuments historiques. Personnel dévoué et très accueillant. Chambre confortable et bien isolée, petit déjeuner copieux presque à la hauteur d'un petit déjeuner européen.

Très bien, un peu d'attente dans le froid à notre arrivée pour la navette... mais très vite oublié car très bon accueil à l'hôtel. Chambre propre et agréable.

For a few days, you feel like at home ... the separate bedroom and the kitchen help you in that way. This hotel show a very interesting confort/price ratio. Well done guys ! On top of that ... the laundry is free of charge.

I had no knowledge of the Philadelphia area when I booked this hotel. I was very disappointed with the location but the staff quickly assurred me they would help with travel arrangements and they were excellent. I had maps and they even called the tour company for one of our day trips and they picked us up at the hotel. The food was great for breakfast […] and dinners included Monday thru Thursday with Beer and Wine were a bonus. We were greeted by name each time we arrived or left the hotel. I was in Philly for 3 days. The Homewood staff was very courteous. I had a little problem with a bill that they gave me and the manager handled it quickly without any problems. The room I stayed in was very clean and VERY comfortable. The breakfast they served was good also. I would definitely stay there again. The room was fantastic. Comfortable bed with soft linens. The breakfast buffet left a lot to be desired. The sausage tasted like paste. The eggs were barely warm. "A bad situation turned into a pleasant surprise"
This was an emergency stay. I was without power for 5 days due to Hurricane Sandy. I stayed at Homewood Suites by Hilton Philadelphia on City Avenue with my family for 4 nights. We loved the receptionists Vanessa and, I think, Judy (she worked weekday mornings) as they were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming, both towards us and our son. The welcome home dinners and breakfasts were very […] convenient for us with the little one too! We found the location to be excellent, close in proximity to places we were visiting. There is also a Target right around the corner which we found convenient! The only negative is the rooms have no wifi access, only via cable. Very pleased with our stay at homewood suites.we travelled with our 2 kids ages 2 and 3 years old. The people were very friendly , especially Toni she is great! We will definitely go back. We were pleasantly surprised with the size and comfort of our room. The room was very clean. The towels and sheets are high quality. Housekeeping did forget to wash our glasses after our first night in our room. On the whole, staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was OK but the coffee wasn't hot enough either morning of our stay. If we were only […] staying 2 nights, I'd stay there again.
