The people at the hotel were absolutely 100% polite, helpful, nice and knowledgeable. The decor was delightfully modern and fun with the bright orange accents, and the immediate neighborhood was stylish, fun, artistic, and classy. le Petit Hotel was beautiful. Every person we met working at the hotel was extremely kind! They were so willing to help make our stay perfect. I felt like i was at home from the minute i walked through the glass door with young beautiful smiles to greet me! The location is a quick walk to the water front and conveniently located near a metro station. […] We took the metro up to the Jean Talon Market then to St. Catherine street for shopping! Believe the reviews...Le Petit Hotel really is that great. We stayed in an extra large room, #401. It felt like we were in our own converted warehouse loft...exposed brick, wood floors, separate seating area, modern bathroom, even windows which opened to a small balcony (but no view). The bed was clean and comfortable with a nice weight to the down […] duvet. Bathroom had Aveda products, robes and body jets in the shower. Bonus: A Wii and Wii Fit balance board in the room. The area is awesome for bars and restaurants. We valet parked the car and then walked everywhere. It was a very safe area. The front desk staff was great for suggesting restaurants. I have travelled all over the worlds and stayed in many hotels and boutiques, but Le Petit Hotel is by far the best hotel I ever stayed in. Great service, very friendly, always gave us suggestions on what to do , where to go . Location of the hotel is right in the middle of Old MOntreal, which is the best place to be if you really want to feel the real […] Montreal. You can walk EVERYWHERE from hotel. THere is amazing Piano bar just block away, where we spent our friday night. the best restaraunts are all around! I wish we could have stay there for a month, there is so much to explore! The facility itself is excellent and interesting. It was both quaint and modern. The staff were super-friendly and really helpful. The location cannot be beat if you are wanting to experience Old Montreal as it is right in the heart of the area. Tons of art galleries and wonderful restaurants are only steps from the front door.

Although a little difficult to find in the dark, it was a wonderful hotel for our overnight stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. Continental breakfast was great and the little cafe was excellent. We will be back. Loved the modern contemporary design in a very old building with character. Loved it!

What a wonderful little place! Small and quaint, very helpful and courteous front desk staff, delicious breakfast, comfortable rooms. We felt very taken care of by our concierges and had a romantic weekend in Montreal.

Modern, cool rooms, friendly staff, and great location. We had a fabulous stay at Le Petit Hotel, with very reasonable rates.

The room was perfect, clean and had the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. The breakfast was good (lots of fruit, croissants, etc). The best part was that the front desk will make you coffee, cappuchino, tea, -- basically any drink you want for free at any time. They even found us a sled when we wanted to go sledding on Mt. Cute, hip hotel. Friendly staff are very helpful with meal and walk recommendations around the fascinating old city. The room is gorgeous and tasteful. I absolutely loved this hotel!! My sister and I had a "Large" room #201 and it was amazing!! It totally exceeded our expectations. The staff was top notch! Jennifer, Philippe and the rest of the staff were so helpful and gave us wonderful recommendations. Philippe even made us a reservation at Restaurant Holder which was perfect!! Our room was beautiful […] and spotless. The bed was so comfortable that it made it hard to motivate. Awesome shower as well. The location is perfect, right in the heart of old town. About a 20 minute walk to downtown. The breakfast was also amazing!! Croissants, fresh fruit salad, muffins, cereal, espresso, cappuccinos, yogurt and fresh baked bread. Wonderful hotel, from the beautiful ambience of the rooms to the indescribably comfortable bed, luxurious bedding, delicious breakfasts and, best of all, the well-informed and incredibly friendly staff. A perfect experience! We're all looking forward to going back.

Not only is Le Petit Hotel superbly positioned in the old town and close to the port, museums and shopping areas, the staff who work there are immensely helpful. They think about their guests as individuals and tailor their suggestions about restaurants, tours, etc. to specific demands, customizing the visit and making each person feel special.

Staff was exceptional, friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and beautifully decorated if a little small. Located in the heart of Old Montreal with wonderful shops, restaurants and cafes. The coffee and Expresso was exceptional and complimentary all day long. In the morning the continental breakfast was included. The croissant were fresh, buttery […] and flaky (I would go back for those alone). There were also chocolate croissant, cereal, artisan breads, jams etc and fresh fruit salad. Great location in the old town, next door to a museum! Great mix of modern touches, bed, shower, wifi, with historic looking architecture. Great staff, and great free breakfast!

The hotel had a great location, the size was perfect and cozy and the rooms were very comfortable and stylish. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They were willing to give suggestions and spent time explaining detailed directions.

The name is true - it is a petite hotel - but it's great in all other regards. Excellent service, excellent accommodations, excellent location, great breakfast in the morning. And an excellent logo. We really enjoyed our stay.

This was my third stay in this hotel since March 2011. The location is simply perfect, right in the middle of restaurants, bars, cafes, but still quiet enough that you don't need to deal with noise. The rooms have a very decent size, and the hotel staff is wonderful.

Highly recommended - this hotel provides old world charm with a contemporary twist. It is situated in the heart of the old town within walking distance of several superb restaurants. The staff is helpful and friendly.

Having stayed in great hotels all over the world, I feel confident in rating Le Petit Hotel up there with the very best. Staff was great, room excellent and clean, location excellent. I'd recommend to the most jaded traveller and look forward to returning there.

Absolutely delightful! From arrival to departure we were treated well. A great location in Old Montreal and the port. Lots of very good restaurants within walking distance, and neat places to visit nearby. As boutique hotels go, it ranks among the best we've been to in the US and Europe. Great place. Friendly, helpful staff made great recommendations for surrounding restaurants and cafes. Excellent shower! Bed was very comfy but a bit soft for my taste.

Excelent room service, a lot of little details to take you in a amazing experience. Just the price I think that it's a little bit higher than other hotels in the same range of quality.

I enjoyed my stay due to the excellent location in the old Quarter; and very knowledgeable and helpful staff.

We stayed 2 nights at the Le Petit, and would do so again if we returned to Montreal. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was nice (standard continental style, but with specialty coffee offerings), and the location was good in Old Montreal. Free Wifi access also. Just down the street from many nice restaurants, sightseeing, the waterfront, […] etc. The bed was VERY comfortable, and the room was really nice and clean - a well done renovation to an old building. Overall our stay at Le Petit was enjoyable. The staff was friendly and both the breakfast and quality of accomodation was very good. I would definitely recommend it!

Great, boutique hotel. What's not to like about being greeted at the door with a cafe au lait? My husband & I highly recommend this hotel for location, price, ambiance, courtesy, etc. We will definitely come back!
